Feu de Rose

Sprayed on skin at Liberty London; loved it so much I went back and purchased a bottle the next day. It’s a scent defined by a strange, beautiful friction—smoky, weathered wood meeting a lush, jammy rose and the heavy pull of white flowers. It feels like sitting in a garden at dusk; the air is thick with petals, but you can still catch the dry, sharp scent of a bonfire drifting from somewhere nearby. It's shifting, alive, and truly unisex.

i was directed to this perfume after it was heard that i love the scent of geraniums. i think it's more of an ideal, rather than realistic, scent of a room where lovemaking has taken place and cigarettes have been smoked; you could even call it poetic.

This one smells very strong and herbal, I can barely detect the rose. It smells like a shot of Jägermeister, I really dislike it...

I've never smelled anything like it before. It's a very dark and "gothic" (RED) rose. Spicy, leathery, a hint of smoke, and a red velvety rose. It's dark and bewitching, but totally wearable and enjoyable. I have smelled all the line at Liberty London, and this is the only one that smelled original. If Dracula was into perfumes, this is what he would be wearing!

No reviews? Okay I’ll start. Only sampled it on card, but it is a very well executed smoky rose. Reminded me of Trudon fragrances, and makes sense now I see Yann Vasnier did this as he’s done several for that brand too.
