obsidian is the best scent i've tried in 2020. well that's a bold statement! What's even crazier - i didn't think much of it until halfway through my tester. Alright - here's where i'm going to muddy the waters a bit: Obsidian is a familiar scent. The pineapple is familiar. The sweetness is familiar. It's all familiar. I have given this a lot of thought - and i've even gone as far to smell some of my other stuff to see where i'm pulling the familiarity from. The only thing i can figure is the pineapple. Of course - pineapple is now synonymous with aventus - for good or for bad. So - yeah, there's a link. This could be an aventus without birch - wood - and smoke. The opening is striking - it's sweet and playful. The drydown is tame, but retains the allure of the opening. This performs better than most - and while it doesnt project for that long, it stays around for a while. This will eventually find the surface - and i think people will love it. for now, let's keep it our little secret. this is a love.

This is going to be a fairly quick review as I'm just getting aquainted with this fragrance but as of right now I absolutely adore this fresh and uplifting scent. Gorgeous bergamot opening that makes way for some violet in the base. I'm likening this to a dryer sheet fresh out of the dryer but in the best way possible. Performance is great as I'm getting a good 8 to 10 hours from this on my skin and good projection for 4 or 5 hours. If you're into heavy, nuclear frags that say "taste my fragrance" as you walk by this definitely won't be for you. Unique to my nose and definitely a winner for warm climates. I'm in no way comparing this to the infamous Aventus because they're not even close but if you're a fan I'm sure you'll love this. I may have just found my new signature. I foresee good things from this house.

All I can say is that this is "Magnifi-Scent"! It's not something that you smell all the time and to my nose, it's unique. Performance and projection is real good on my skin. I would say there's a certain personality that perfectly match this fragrance. This is masculinity in a totally different way. It exudes simplicity, confidence and mystery. To my nose, this gorgeous juice is 9.5/10 for its uniqueness. I should have given it a perfect 10 but it's a little pricey though :)

Lots of citrus sitting on top of airy musk and creamy sandalwood. Not the most complex scent, and at times evokes the feeling of being comforted by a fresh-washed, soft and fuzzy blanket; this is like the most luxurious laundry scent. The citrus is almost breathtakingly sweet. As it dries down the sandalwood and musk show itself. There isn't much cedar or spice to me. I really enjoy this and would recommend getting a sample.

I guessing Emily purchased this for Kyle? Emily I gotta tell ya, give this some more time. Mine has been sitting for a over a month now and it gets better every time I wear it. The bergamot seems to be "popping" more the longer it sits. This juice is AMAZING!

What a fantastic fragrance. It’s alluring and beautiful. Definitely a compliment getter, mostly from the women at my office. My favorite release of 2019 from any fragrance house. 9/10

Smells like aventus mixed with fun dip candy. I absolutely love it. I need a bottle asap.

Bought this frangrance for my man secretly to surprise him since he really wanted it. Paid $120 for it and me being very fond of colognes, I don’t find this worth the price. To me it smells like a dry clean sheet and it’s very soapy. The type of the soap would be like the powder detergent for clothes. I’ll usually compliment guys for the colognes they wear, but to me if I was to smell this smell on a man, I wouldn’t say anything. I would think it’s their detergent but more cloying. It’s not citrusy to me as the notes say, you can somewhat smell the rosemary. Presentation of bottle is nice and sturdy, spray is good, longevity is about 5+ hrs no more than 7. The cap bottle is not magnetic, it comes off easily. Overall rating I would give this 6/10.. JKyle081 I love you but this cologne is alright. Coming from a women’s point of view this isn’t a bad fragrance. Just not worth the price.

Clean and fairly unique bergamot with a nice musk base, I don't get a prominent pineapple and I don't get what I would expect from a "acqua" scent either, it has a lot of character....and...this is the most important part, this is unique. It won't be like anything else on your collection and it won't be mistaken for other designers or niche fragrances. I will do a full review soon and will update accordingly.

Hidden gem. I tried it with a sample and fell in love with it right away. I've yet to smell anything like this before, it's a splash of sexy bergamot that has longevity. I feel so clean and confident with it on. My staple fragrance has been Gendarme for the past couple years, and never was able to find anything up to par, until I found this. I'll be switching between these two for a while.

I ordered their samples from their website over one month ago. After three weeks, still nothing in the mail. I asked for a refund. They refunded and claimed they would still send the samples. 5 weeks later....Not a thing. If they want to get their brand out there, I would highly suggest they make a better effort.

Obsidian , you get exactly what the notes suggest. It's a combination of citrusy molecules residing in the most citrusy fruits like citron, pineapple and bargamot. It's fresh, very Sumner appropriate, its bright , it's safe. Recommended use: Same as Good life but it's more masculine leaning.

This one reminds me a bit of jacques fath curacao blue.. The issue with these fresh clean blue fragrances is it's tough to nail it without the sharp ambroxan heavy smell.. it is decent but can't say it doesn't smell like it's cheaply made and synthetic. IG: eatandsmellgood

This is amazing, everyone at work loves this scent. It's easy, light, and projects amazingly well. Sillage 8/10 Scent 9/10 Performance 8/10 Longevity 8/10
