Splendid

This is a blind buy that I just purchased and I love it! I can definitely smell the fressia and just a tiny hint of the pepper. The scent has added a touch of spring to this freezing cold winter's day I'm having here. Thanks Revlon, this is gorgeous!

You can buy this in New Zealand. I have it and i really like it, the staying power is good, it has sweet-sour smell and it also has rosy fruity smell. At first when you spray it, it smell like insect spray, but as it dry it will get better. I haven't got any compliment from this perfume. I also got Revlon Splendid Candle and it smell sooooo good i wish Revlon Splendid perfume smelled like this. i will give it 8 out of 10.

Warm floral, I smelled this on another woman and found out it was this. I bought one and it's in the affordable category. Has powderyness to it- not like Kenzo flower though, floral, but a muted floral not sweet. Dry down is floral vanilla- but I'm not up with the jargon yet, not sweet vanilla. I'm not sure how to describe the smell... Perfectly good

Sadly, this does not work for me: as a previous reviewer said - quite strong notes of insect spray at first, and for me they never really go away. I get a little black pepper and general fruity-floral background note, but the insect spray (patchouli??)is always right at the forefront. It has a similar vibe to the dry-down of Angel (which I didn't like either)and will also disappear from my collection. Fortunately I only have the trial-size rollerball, so no great loss.

Smells like a beautiful vampire. I know that's a weird way to describe it, it's like the rose and berry is just a front, something to draw you in and seduce you, but then there is a darker side to it, the pepper, patchouli, musk or moss, I've never really smelt anything quite like it, I bought this as a mini sample but I have seen the full bottles for sale online and I better get one, it's a shame it seems to be such a rare and discontinued perfume.

Sweet and soft flowers and berries, with something more intruiging underlying it, and a touch of my Nanna's expensive powder foundation. It was unfortunately overwhelmed by the sillage monster I tried on my other wrist, but I want to go back and try it on its own, because I suspect love may develop.

The notes sound lovely...indeed, Where oh where can we find this little gem?

The bottle looks similar to Very Irresistable Givenchy.

Most likely this isn't sold in the U.S.
