Acqua Di Parisis Venizia

First impressions is this smells exactly like miss Dior! I bought this because reviews said it smelt like LVEB, but to me this smells so so much like my bottle of Miss Dior I got back in 2017, it’s an orange bottle Miss Dior absolutely blooming - when first sprayed on skin and paper there’s genuinely not much differences that I can detect and it was an instant comparison for me. Acqua maybe has a more vanilla dry down as opposed to staying sweet and floral like Miss Dior, but it’s still great as miss Dior fragrance is also an expensive one and this isn’t! Can definitely smell the patchouli in the opening but it isn’t crazy stand out once dried down, blends really nicely within the floral sweetness, i also pick up an orange note in the opening. I wouldn’t say it’s overly spicy and I can’t smell any caramel initially but it does have a sweet vanilla, slight caramel dry down, with an ever so subtle powdery muskiness that blends amazingly. It’s definitely similar to LVEB and flower bomb, but miss Dior 100%. Projection is moderate and it lasted on my skin for about 3 hours, on clothes a bit longer - but it’s not as crazy in your face as LVEB can be, which is a plus. I would recommend buying this over the others if you are wanting something budget friendly but still performs great and smells so similar and maybe not as intense! 10/10 recommend a great blind buy if you love sweet fragrances! Update - This perfume doesn’t last long on me at all, maybe like 2-3 hours on my skin, and even on clothes not long at all. Bit disappointing as I love the smell of this , but performance for me hasn’t been great.

I love it. At work I ran into a co-worker and noticed the fragrance right away, but she stated that she was wearing La Vie Este Belle by Lancôme. I scratched my head, because I don't own this La Vie Este Belle, and her perfume smelled so very familiar. When I read up that Venizia supposed to be very similar, it made "cling" in my brain. Uh, now I know why it reminded me of something in my collection. As I do not own the Lancôme version, I never compared the two side by side to see if they are really exactly the same. However, whether it is like La Vie Este Belle or not, Venizia is really a great, sweet fragrance and a wonderful addition to my collection that I enjoy wearing. It is almost too feminine for me (as if that could be possible), but yes, it gives me a "nice gal" vibe, and I usually like more edge and depth in my frags. But she is still a keeper, for when I feel like wearing a summer dress and flip flops, because as intense as Venizia is (great silage and projection), it doesn't strike me as a fragrance for cold weather. Maybe because it misses balsamic and woody aspects, that I like for colder days.

I agree that this is in the La Vie Est Belle family but perhaps a cousin. It's more a soft rose with a candy-like sweet background. I don't believe notes listed here on Fragrantica are correct. These are the real notes as far as I could find online: Top notes: juicy plums, peaches, black currant Middle notes: bouquet of rose, ylang-ylang, jasmine, osmanthus Base notes: creamy sandalwood, vanilla, resins, amber Hope this helps others. These notes actually do fit the smell too. It's a very nice affordable perfume and well worth having imo. 9/10 rating Edited: Just updating because I feel like this perfume keeps getting better with age. At first it was just as I described above. Then it turned into a combo of La Vie Est Belle & Pink Sugar. Soft but potent. Just this week I wore it and the scent has gotten much stronger even. And it's morphed into what smells to me like a trifecta of LVEB, Pink Sugar and Atomic Rose. It's beautiful. Such an underrated perfume. If you get this, spray it a few times and let it sit for a good while.

très bonne tenue sur le vêtement, impressionnant pour le prix. Une bonne odeur qui aurait quand même pu être mieux travaillée: je retrouve un peu trop l'odeur d'alcool. Vraiment une jolie découverte.
