Blade Of Grass

This is delectable. For the price £9, I was just needing something occasional to throw on at home. Nope this is a very well balanced spring scent. Longevity isn't great, but this is a very addictive complement getter. It reminds me a lot of the Gucci batman scent (I call it that, not them) but this is so much more fresher. It's rare a woman smiles so much when she leans in for the kiss with this on

If this had a better longevity, but especially a better projection, it would've been the best summer cologne. Juicy, herbal with no sweetness, which I like a lot. I don't get any amber(soft, powdery) or any moss(green, slightly sweet); this is very dry and herbal through and through.

I agree that this is similar to Trefle Pur but mintier and with more creamy fig. For an EdC the longevity doesn't suck and managed to pick it up in TK Maxx for under £20. A very pleasant, green, herbal scent.

Very green, very herbal, and very masculine scent. I loved the notes listed but the woods and oakmoss were strong after the initial figgy/grassy top notes and I have it to my husband. It's more rugged than I expected, but very nicely done for an aromatic men's scent.

I was very excited to find this in TK Maxx as I love Richard James' Savile Row, and Michel Almairac is my favourite perfumer. The fragrance hasn't disappointed. It's a grassy green fragrance and it reminds me of two others. One called Jatamansi by L'Artisan Parfumier - which has a himalayan grass note in it which really sticks out but has a 'eastern grass' smell that's quite peculiar. It also reminds me strongly of Chanel No19 - the green classic women's fragrance from the 70s. I got hold of No19 a while back for my wife and liked it so much I thought of wearing it for myself - but didn't because I knew a lot of women would recognize it. This fragrance, to me, is like a more obviously unisex version of that scent with that signature Almairac petrochemical vs natural 'pop' that I love. This one has a lot of sillage, it stands out, it's very fresh, it's intelligent, it's clean, it's energetic, it's simple but unmistakable. 5 stars from me.
