Leather

These are the notes on their website TOP NOTES: Red fruits, Saffron, Cardamom HEART NOTES: Rose, Peru Balm BASE NOTES: Leather, Vetiver, Patchouli I'm reviewing this with a bad nose and flu... sensitivity down Initial sprays I thought I went nose blind as despite doing the first layer of sprays, I hardly can smell, just a faint fresh scent and I did a second layer over the same areas on skin..it got better and I left it as that. Surprisingly, the scent starts to settle and open up after 10 minutes or so ...I could get it better after couple minutes but it shines more after 10-15mins To my nose I am already getting the aventus citrus vibe (not pineapple) and a leather over it, Abit of slight fruitiness but not that sweet type/kind....think aventus citrus mix with ombre/Tuscan leather type of vibe and dna..also whatever Saffron, Peru balm I'm not getting...a slight rose yes but it's still quite aventus like..And it's still pretty synthetic.. somehow I feel there's some amberwoods too. If u want a synthetic nice smelling semi sweet leathery scent u can try this..I bought it for fun at $16sgd...not sure how much it sells in USA/UK or Europe.

Tried a tester at Mustafa Centre and right off the bat, it smells like something I had at home. I couldn't recall as I have many fragrances at home. Very sweet, fruity opening that I know I would wear regularly. So I bought this at S$15 which is already dirt cheap. I narrowed down to a few that I have and lo and behold! It's exactly a dupe of Al Wataniah Special Oud, note for note! It has average sillage, moderate projection but good longevity. And its unisex! I would often use this at night before sleeping and in the morning.
