Areebah

To me this couldn't possibly lean unisex or even masculine because it's the embodiment of a sensual, confident, mysteriously beautiful woman. I'm slowly branching out from my sugar sweet love dont be shy perfume wearing days, and it has been so friggin awesome. I'm so glad I tried this and went out of my comfort zone! Areebah starts out sweeter than I expected from a qos clone. The tropical fruits note is definitely giving passionfruit vibes which is in the og. I would definitely rock this daily if it stayed this sweet after dry down, but the real magic happens when the other notes shine. The saffron and passionfruit are still present, they just make room for the oud, patch, and musk. There's definitely some florals rounding everything out, but I really couldn't identify exactly what they are if I didn't already know. The end result is just this spicy, musky and Woody amalgamation of all that is sexy made more wearable by the tropical fruit. I'm so happy I put my big girl panties on and ordered this. The patch really scared me because I'm not a fan normally, but its just a grounding force in this scent. Dare I say I even like it? Its not loud or overpowering in case you're like me and dislike patchouli, I'd say it's safe. If you wanna step up your perfume wardrobe I'd highly recommend Areebah. Straight out of the box she may be the strongest of my perfumes. She's not loud and obnoxious, just bold and unapologetic. Also this is lasting me 10 hours plus. I can't wait to see how she ages! UPDATE: Areebah has matured for 2 weeks now, and putting her against my decant of queen of silk she's 95% similar. There's definitely something extra, maybe the florals, in queen of silk, but not enough for me to order a full bottle when I have Areebah. She's gotten more similar to qos as she's aged and I bet she will get even closer the older she gets. Even if she doesn't, in the air they're nearly identical. I'm really blown away by Areebah. If you're thinking of dropping several hundred doll hairs on qos, buy this first and let her mature for a few weeks. I truly see no reason to buy the og when I've got this. Yea the bottle a bit ugly, but I'm not dropping that much cash for a brand and a bottle.

Areebah by Riiffs was definitely an unexpected one for me. I originally bought this for my wife thinking it would lean more feminine because of the tropical fruity and floral notes, but she instantly picked up on the masculine side of the fragrance. I think the woody musky base mixed with the patchouli gives it that unisex feel right away. The opening is very tropical and fresh with a nice fruity vibe, but the dry down is where this fragrance really shines. It turns into this smooth vanilla woody scent with soft musk and warm spice in the background. Honestly I don’t pick up much oud, which for some people might actually be a good thing. After wearing it myself I decided to keep it in my own collection because this is 100% wearable as a man. My wife actually liked it more on me than on herself. Just goes to show fragrances don’t need labels. If you like the scent, wear it confidently. This one definitely sits right in that clean tropical unisex category with a smooth woody dry down.

Tropical luxe with a deep, woody soul. Areebah kicks off with a juicy splash of tropical fruits, kissed by the sweet floral warmth of osmanthus and a dash of saffron spice—rich, exotic, and attention-grabbing from the get-go. The heart is a sensual blend of frangipani and patchouli, wrapped in a soft veil of oud. It’s floral, a bit smoky, and definitely leans luxurious without being too heavy. Then comes the drydown: Madagascar vanilla, cedarwood, and musk. It’s creamy, woody, and comforting with just enough edge to keep it interesting. Unisex? Yes, but with a warm, seductive lean. Projection? Noticeable, not overpowering. Vibe? Think tropical sunset meets Arabian nights. If you want to smell like a mysterious vacation in a bottle, Areebah is that girl.

This is a keeper! I tried the Maison Alhambra Avant Silk and it smelled good in the bottle but had a really funky smell on skin. I gave it away. A bunch of people recommended this instead and let me tell you- this has that wonderful smell I was looking for:sweet, suede-leather from the saffron, feminine boss babe and addicting. Love this one! Only downfall is the stand is a light plastic compared to the heavy bottle that can’t stand on its own

Dark, rich, mysterious, sexy! This is dry fruits enveloped in woods. When I think tropical I think creamy but there is zero creaminess here as it's more powdery instead. It's definitely unisex thanks to saffron, osmanthus and patchouli which creates some spice, and soft suede feel. This comes across as a mature scent with barely any sweetness. Nonetheless it is interesting. I'm not getting beastmode like others right out of the box.

Areebah is just gorgeous! It did require a week of maceration, to get rid of the initial detergent-like molecules, but after that, this perfume is a powerhouse. Elegant, potent, absolutely CEO vibe perfume. It is a dupe for Creed the queen of silk, which I believe is done perfectly. Although Riiffs is affordable, this is a niche quality performance both for longevity and for refinement. I would buy this again, definitely.

Okay this is a 10/10 Dupe for Queen Of Silk but made more sweet fruity and wearable the woody notes are toned down this is definitely more mass appealing it’s an absolute masterpiece I love this so much I’m glad I picked this up one it’s very strong and the longevity is great 🔥🔥

I’ve mentioned this on my YouTube channel. It’s so sexy! Think sexy summer nights. This is spicy, fruity, and woody(Oud) at the same time. I compared to Creed Queen of Silk, and it’s a 95% dupe, but even better because it’s less balsamic. 🥰

I wasn't expecting such a gem. Reminds me a lot to Le belle Le parfum. Smells so exotic, intoxicating and expensive. A real steal.

**UPDATE: Let it be known, there is a synthetic type harshness to this when she is initially sprayed, but thankfully it disappears quickly. It's a little less old lady, more mature woman than when I first tested--it's beautiful. One wish: better longevity--although this turns into the most delectable skin scent after about 5-ish hours. And before you asked: I sprayed like 11-12 sprays. Think of this as a grown up sweet DNA for those who want to graduate from Yara Candy or Delina. ____________________________________________________________ This came recommended by a friend, so I jumped and bought it. I got a STEAL of a deal at $20 so I thought for the cost of a light lunch, let's try it. The sweetness isn't typical sugar sweet that is so prevalent in a lot of fragrances these days. The sweet is more...green and doesn't last too long. Moving through the fragrance you start to immediately pick up the patchouli--thankfully it dances well with the vanilla and woods. I personally think this is a unisex fragrance, but might lean feminine to some. Also, for some reason--on my skin--it wears very mature. It's not bad smelling, but it reminds me of a very classy old woman that still goes to the salon every week to get her hair set, wears vintage Chanel suits when running errands, and attends a country club. This fragrance is sort of a beast, and would not recommend to wear to the office or any job where you work closely with others. But if you're looking a date night scent, or a something to wear somewhere classy--Areeba is your gal. I will update my review in a few months to see if it wears different after sitting.

It's not quite Queen of Silk but its almost there. Something catches in my nose in the opening of this one which is a real shame as I prefer a smooth scent experience from start to finish, but after that initial blip it is pretty much Queen of Silk. QOS has a more pleasant saffron and a sweeter, more powdery incense in the base. (Actually this one has no incense listed and it might be the cedar that pops up and freaks me out at the first spray) Longevity is about the same as the OG. I got it for £19 so can't complain really. Update: after having this one for nearly a month now I conclude it is virtually identical to QOS. If it doesn't even "remind" you of it I don't know what to say.

The opening is a little harsh and annoying but the dry down 😍😍 85% similar to queen of silk mut slightly sweeter. I am going to let it sit for a while.

This is An elegant lady out for a stroll on Rodeo drive. She’s got no where to be and plenty of cash dying to be spent. A sufficient dose of Oud and patchouli to make it roar but subtled by the fruits and vanilla. lasted about 4 hours on my skin. Great for the price! daily reviews on IG @scentstylist
