Update: After wearing this for a while, I have to say I surprisingly do get a floral facet at first that differs from the original and yet I think adds to the creaminess in the most delectable cotton-y gentle pretty way. Like your laundry just got done in creamy caramel milk. If thats lily of the valley then I think I just became a lily of the valley fan. It is super smooth and more wearable. As it settles in, it becomes more and more identical to BL then its basically the same thing. It still kind of holds onto a slightly more angelic vibe. Original: This is the most spot on Bianco Latte dupe to me, Latte Abyad was pretty close but leans way more into coconut than the original and lacks alot of the caramel, and Eclaire is like 90% there but something is done differently to smell more sweet and like a bakery oven with cakes and well, eclairs, which I dont quite get from the original, this one is like a 1:1 to me. Creamy, milky, caramel drizzled condensed milk. Same strength if not stronger than the original, and incredibly smooth. Cream Velvet is just not close at all to the original but is more like a buttery biscuity caramel with little to no milkiness, I kind of like that as well as I have been wanting a little twist on the DNA recently and it is probably the most edible buttery smelling. I have to say this is the least plasticy of all the dupes I've tried. I would say its not plasticy at all but even the original is a bit plasticy to me in the opening so I think its just the nature of the coumarin note and caramel blending, I only pick this up in opening as well with Riffs and it a hundred percent goes away compared to some of the other dupes where it is still in the background somewhere. Update: I would now say my favourites are in order of Eclaire, Latte Abyad, Cream Velvet, Original Bianco Latte, and Riffs Noor. Interestingly Eclaire was my first take of the scent profile and is what made me fall in love with this profile. Somehow no matter how interested I get in others I still come back to Eclaire, none is quite taking over her spot. It just has the most delectable presentation of the milk note to my nose, it is the one that smells exactly like vanilla ice cream to me. They are all lovely and surprisingly not totally the same, so I am happy to have fun with a collection of them to compare and contrast depending on the mood. I'm just not finding Riffs Noor to be as milky as it was at first and thats my favourite part of the scent profile, its becoming a lot more of a dense caramel than a milky caramel and even the original seems more milky, so for me Eclaire is the most satisfying. Maybe Riffs Noor would gain more milkiness again as time goes on because I used to get it a lot at first.

I had read that Noor was a more creamy and smoother version of Bianco Latte so I jumped on it in hopes of a more creamy and lactonic scent experience. Noor is very similar, just a bit more woody, warm, and slightly less floral and milky. Side by side with BL, you can definitely tell them apart. BL has a more floral richness to it, but Noor has a nice warmth to it that will layer with almost anything you could throw at it. Noor is a perfectly non offensive scent for work and is just as nice for cozy couch nights at home. I feel like I will use it as a base for my coconut, almond, and more gourmand perfumes since it does have good longevity. Overall, if you want BL but don't want to cough up over $100, Noor is a good substitute and is worth buying. If you love a suble caramel vanilla gourmand then I would say it's a safe blind buy since it's easy to find for under $40 (If you like Rifaaqat by Paris Corner, there is a very slight similarity in the dry down of Noor, that softly incense-y vanilla). The more I wear Noor the more I adore it, I just can't say that I have any idea of what is behind the bottle design, lol. It is awkward to display but love the scent and don't care if it looks kinda goofy

I’ve tried countless BL dupes and this one’s even more smooth than the og! This is a beautiful warm, vanilla, caramel dessert. It isn’t woody; the praline note worried me initially. It also isn’t super milky either; I find milk notes in fragrances a bit nauseating and overwhelming. In comparison to Eclair, Noor is more smooth and less synthetic/rubbery. In comparison to Vanilla Voyage, Noor lacks the licorice note and buttery vibe. Honestly, since this fragrance is missing the butter note and the honey note, it almost allows it to be more vanilla forward with a dash of caramel for a nice creamy, cake-like gourmand dessert. It’s not overwhelming in the sense of sticky dates with too much caramel forward or screechy either and it doesn’t smell like popcorn. The lily of the valley note in this fragrance is barely detectable. I don’t get a floral feel from it and if anything it kind of ties the fragrance together in terms of creaminess. I also do not get candle vibes from this at all and believe me, Khamrah is a prime example of a “candle” fragrance vibe. Truly beautiful and I’m so glad it lacks the buttery consistency because it was such a turn off for my nose!

Second that this is what I wanted Eclaire to be. No regrets getting this and I won't be looking for any more of this scent profile. This is it for me in regards to BL dupes. Riffs Noor, I am 100% satisfied. Upon first spray I must warn that out of all the BL dupes I have, this was the only one that had a faint smell of tyres to my nose. However as with most arab fragrances, they get better with time. So I'm glad to say that the tyre smell faded away in a few days. Riffs noor actually PROJECTS, which eclaire never did for me. Eclaire was like a skin scent after 20 mins. When it comes to Riffs Noor - I wore it the night before and i'm still smelling it on me now. It's sweet, it's creamy, it's gourmand, and I can actually smell it on me as i'm typing this the morning after without needing to press my nose to my skin. P.S. For those who have vanilla voyage, you should get this if you're looking for something closer to eclaire. I love VV because of it's projection, butter note, and how it smells like sweet vanilla extract. But Riffs Noor is closer to eclaire. They are different enough to own both. I forsee both of these will continuously be in my collection.

I’ve been testing out Riiffs Noor, and honestly, it’s one of the more elegant offerings I’ve come across in this price range. The opening is soft and slightly sweet—almost floral, but not in an overly feminine way. There’s a fresh brightness at the top, maybe citrus or light fruits, but it quickly transitions into a smooth, creamy heart. I’m getting hints of white florals and maybe a touch of powder, which gives it this clean, almost luxurious feel. The dry-down is where Noor really won me over. It settles into a warm, slightly musky base with just enough sweetness to feel cozy without being sugary. It’s subtle but not weak—perfect for someone who likes their scent to linger quietly rather than shout across the room. Longevity is good, i get about 6-7 hours maybe a touch more, with softer projection after the first hour or so. It wears beautifully as a skin scent and feels really versatile—daytime, office, even casual evenings. If you’re into smooth, soft, and classy fragrances that don’t try too hard but still feel put-together, Noor is a hidden gem, I use this as a layering tool along with fruity and sweet fragrances.

I am in Love! This perfume is EVERYTHING. Its sweet, creamy and heavenly! It's a comforting fragrance, and all I can say is, it's just delicious. I cannot stop smelling my arm! I have alot of the BL dupes, as I now know, I am besotted by this scent profile. It does smell like Eclaire, yes... but I much prefer Noor. The packaging it comes in, is also beautiful. The bottle ...hmm...unique!!! If like me, YOU LOVE this scent profile, it's a definite must buy, but if have Eclaire and just like it, it could be redundant in your collection, in my opinion. For those, who are unfamiliar with Bianco Latte, Eclaire, Risala Sana etc... Noor is a SWEET caramel and milky Vanilla Scent, personally I don't get any floral note. It blends together effortlessly and leaves a scent trail to die for! I would only advise to blind buy if your love sweet gourmand perfumes. But definitely try it... it is yummy xxx

This is what I wanted Eclair to be, I kept thinking there was something wrong with my bottle of Eclair or my nose as I wasn’t getting what others were raving about all I was getting was alcohol mint and then nothing -after 1 hr. This is amazing no alcohol on first spray, no sneezing just glorious sweet spin sugar deep cream butter toffee gorgeous absolutely gorgeous Lasts on skin 6-7 hrs but still get wafts 9-11 hrs and clothes longer next day It’s perfect dupe for og in my opinion minus the weird mint. I have to be honest the bottle is bit frustrating but I just keep it in its box rather than use the stand and the lid... isn’t a lid it’s like an open loop, not an actual lid/ stopper it doesn’t seal the atomiser at all so I have replaced the lid to keep the good juice inside Will repurchase 100%

Christlove below me is correct! Creamy dreamy goodness! This is what I wanted Eclaire to be! This smells just like Eclaire but without that weird gasoline smell. I'm very pleased with the scent, but this bottle design is absolutely asinine. The bottle has a pointed bottom and it comes with a plastic base for it to sit in, but the base is flimsy and too short to support the bottle fully, so it leans and it feels like it's going to fall over at any moment. I just got this so I'll update on the longevity later. *Update - Something in this reminds me of mint tums. I'll use this until it's gone but I won't repurchase. I want to find a perfume with this dna but without any floral notes.

Oh my god. First time I sprayed this I didn't really like it, it was way to lactonic, had a faint tyre smell and in the background very far away I could notice the caramel note. BUT, as with many arab fragrances, I trusted the process and let it sit for about one week and then the magic happened. A very deep caramel, not too sweet almost like a burnt brown sugar, a little bitter (is there a coffee note maybe?), not too lactonic and very intoxicating. A not very sweet and rich gourmand that performs very good on skin and for days on clothes. Please give this a try if you like not overly sweet gourmands, won't regret it but remember to let it sit for a while before using ✨️.

Riiffs Noor smells exactly the same as Eclaire Lattafa. Maybe a bit stronger and lasts longer, but still - the same. But i love it. It has alcohol opening, which Eclaire also has, and it lingers even in the dry down, but i don’t mind that. Because cream and vanilla are stronger and simply enchanting. I love love love this perfume, and Eclaire as well. When i checked the notes, Cream Velvet has the same notes as Eclaire and Noor, so it might also smell the same. I will buy it for sure, even though that means having 3 same perfumes in different bottles. But you can keep this in mind when choosing which perfume to buy. I do totally recommend buying them all.

Oh wow 🤯 this arrived this morning. So sweet and long lasting and beautiful. I think this will only get better and better (and I’m still smelling this in my skin and clothes 11hrs later). I love cream velvet but this is stronger and even sweeter. I started with eclair as my first BL dupe but that is still very plasticky months later. I’ve kept that one as a body spray and don’t think I’d bother to repurchase now I have Noor and cream velvet. They are better in every way to eclair. I cannot recommend this enough sooo good.

First initial spray this came off so screechy and headache inducing i couldnt wear it and the bottle itself pissed me off It never wants to stay up. As i know with a lot fragrances especially middle eastern you have to let them macerate. I left the bottle alone for a good month and finally came back to it. I ended up absolutely loving it! It turned into this milky, caramel creamy goodness that I get a ton of compliments on. This is an absolute banger And way better than any of the other dupes I've tried. Go for this one!

I've been searching for a perfume for over 2 years that has the same depth and richness that Bianco Latte has. I've tried Eclaire, Vanilla Voyage and Latte Abyad. Apart from Eclaire, those fragrances sit too powdery and airy on me. Noor is the best i've tried to date! It's so warm and sweet and creamy on my skin, it projects amazingly as well. Longevity has yet to be tested (i just received it today) but it is already off to a very strong start! I just wish the bottle could stand on its own, the stand is a little flimsy.

I bought this after hearing it was a better version of Bianco Latte and I really love that scent DNA... can't get enough. This is extremely long lasting and I would say has moderate projection for 6-8 hours before turning into more of a skin scent for another 4 hours. It is a rich, beautiful caramel and I prefer it to Eclaire for it is much smoother. At first spray it doesn't seem very strong but after about 20 minutes it takes off after it warms into your skin. So beautiful ❤️

Beast mode compliment magnet bianco latte dupe. I bought this one and sold my Eclaire, it is just superior, no weird plasticky smell, straight up caramel latte gourmand! I just wish the bottle could stand up firmly on its own, mine is kept at the box inside the closed (box too big to be at my shelf) and i might do some 3d print stuff to make the bottle hold itself because i want it so much displayed on my collection :'(

Angelic scent but this is not a cute little cherub but a freaking archangel of apocalypse - it is that strong, projecting and long lasting. It takes 24 hours and 2 showers to remove it. Didn’t have enough courage to check on clothes. The bottle is apocalyptic too (or plain obscene) and highly impractical but the box has an unexpected advantage. It perfectly serves as a cradle for my daughter’s mini dolls.

I just bought this. It smells EXACTLY like Lattafa Eclaire too me but softer and creamier and more gourmand (a delicious, edible caramel) and without that screechy burnt rubber note (which does disappear after a while) ~ happy I bought this because Eclaire was a staple perfume that added a sprinkle of sugar over whatever other layers I was wearing. Excited to get to know this one. So far 9/10.

I sprayed Bianco Latte on the left hand, and Noor on the right one. BL starts with more coumarin and musk, Noor is softer. After 30 minutes they are identical. After 3 hours Noor is slightly sweeter and less musky. Persistence and sillage are the same. This is a spot-on dupe, the best I tried so far. 10/10 for the scent, 3/10 for the tacky bottle with its tacky stander.

this is a 1:1 dupe of bianco latte, the only diff i could make is its opening a bit harsh after 1-2 mins it settles down nicely. if you like lactonic notes like milk ,caramel then only you will like it. its sweet can get cloying sometimes so dont wear more than 5-6 sprays as its really strong. projects for like 2 hours + and lasts a full day on clothes

Agreed with the everything fordmusings mentions below. At the beginning it's one of the closest BL dupes and after it sits for a few months the floral note becomes slightly stronger and it has that cotton-like vibe that fordmusings describes. It's like I was the one that wrote that review, my thoughts exactly

I get cinnamon toast crunch with milk on my skin. There is a little hint of floral yes. This is a smoother, and milkier version of eclaire. Eclaire feels denser, and has more texture. Also seems to have more of a caramel feel to it. I honestly think you could have both, they are different enough.

Very strong dupe of bianco latte, and after the first initial spray and it dies down it is gorgeous, can smell it on myself all day, the bottle is very impressive on my dressing table, its such a gorgeous gourmand perfume, just get it you won't be disappointed, riifs have got this so right 😀

Milky, creamy super sweet vanilla with a lot of caramel that smells like burned sugar. Sweet nutty praline and just a hint of floral by Lily of the valley. This is inspired by Bianco Latte but it is so close that I can’t tell the difference side by side. Highly recommended it 👌

this is my best BL dupe it’s slightly more powdery imo it’s missing the buttery notes in vanilla voyage lasts so long I thought the bottle looked cheap but it’s actually super heavy! the plastic it stands on it cheap but whatever! this may be my new signature scent

This is the best of the best 10/10 for creamy vanilla fragrances. It is pure perfection! Ive tried many of the BL type fragrances over 20 and there are a few I like but this one is the very best! Absolutely addicted to this heavenly perfume!

I absolutely love this! It’s like a smoother more refined version of Bianco Latte. It’s hands down the best version of it that I’ve bought. Longevity is brilliant too, sprayed in the morning and could still smell it by teatime.

I have this and Eclaire: to my nose they are almost the same, except this is a bit sweeter and the weird initial note fades faster. It's pretty, sweet, lactonic and cozy. Easy to like.

Noor Riffs is very similar to Bianco Latte when it dries down on my skin, maybe a bit sweeter and with less of a caramel scent. Its longevity and projection are surreal!

EDIT (April 19): well.. I’m very disappointed with the bottle, sillage and projection. When you first open the box it slides open like a revolving door which I thought was so cute, but the cap got stuck so it was very hard to open. Eventually, I saw that my bottle is cracked. I’m not sure if the small crack has changed the silage and projection because I still can’t smell anything. The sweetness and yumminess is there at first but it’s gone after a while. I wish this lasted longer. I might just end up buying Bianco Latte so it would actually stay on me longer. Sigh. Overall 6/10. EDIT (2 days after I wrote this review): I just received a compliment for wearing this lol. I truly couldn’t smell it on myself anymore, but I guess I’m anosmic to this scent. Still liking it so far, but it’s just a bit too subtle for me. My new Eclaire bottle needs to be macerated for a bit (I think). It’s almost like I prefer this one over Eclaire. And Noor didn’t even need to be macerated. Original review: I love all the Eclaire/Bianco Latte DNAs! I don’t have Bianco Latte, but I assume with all the dupes I have, I would love that one too. I’d much rather have a million dupes than to buy the expensive OG bottle. Noor is very subtle. Not cloying at all! It’s very much like vanilla ice cream. The atomizer is INSANE! Incredibly safe to wear during the hotter days as it is lot more lactonic and softer than Eclaire. I don’t smell any flower notes yet. Eclaire is more caramel, flowery, and beast mode. I find with Noor, something is missing. Not sure if I have to let it macerate to let it perform better? But I do like this! I think it’s safe enough for the office too. Sillage and projection is not too much either which is why I think this is safe for the warmer weather days! I also don’t detect any flower notes like Eclaire, but I shall let it sit for a bit and I will provide an update!

There are a ton of people who compare this to Bianco Latte, but I have not smelled that. At first, I was not a fan. It was sort of screechy, and artificial in a way I couldn't quite place. But after sitting in my drawer for about a month, it's growing on me. Is it nice? Yeah. Is it something I see myself grabbing regularly? Yes. Here's why--it's long lasting, but not over powering. It's creamy/lactonic/milky but not heavy or sticky--probably in large part to the caramel. Then the vanilla swoops in and mellows it more, but again--not heavy but warm, or maybe luke-warm since it's mellow. Where does this shine (in my opinion): LAYERING. Noor has such a high oil concentration it grabs onto whatever you spray on top of it.

If you're looking for the most spot on Bianco Latte dupe, go for this! The only strong difference between BL and this, is the opening. BL starts with the well blended mixture of coumarine, milk and caramel. Noor opens with a horrific, stingy alcoholic strike I almost dropped the glass thinking WTF is this, but wait for just 30 seconds, and it goes away. After that literally Bianco Latte comes and stays the whole time. Maybe there's a slight difference in performance, but it's not noticeable. I didn't know that this is a dupe of BL, and TBH I'm so over with the whole BL scent profile, but if I start to miss it, I'm sure I'll go for Noor.

Noor by Riiffs to me is a cozy, comforting scent. It's like a warm, creamy vanilla without being overpowering. There’s a gentle sweetness, almost like comfort, with just the right amount of milkiness to keep it soft and wearable. It feels like something you'd want to wear on a chilly day when you need a little extra warmth and comfort, but it's never too much. A perfect balance of sweetness and smoothness that feels just right.

I agree with the comparisons to Bianco Latte, just a little more wearable. I find Bianco Latte quite cloying and I don’t get this with Noor. It’s like a creamy vanilla soft scoop with a glass of milk on the side.

On me this had very poor performance. No projection and it didn't last on my skin. I much prefer Eclaire, Caramel Cascade or Cream Velvet.

I will have to allow this to macerate as it is only "ok"...I am hoping for more depth, if not I will have to try to mix it

I’ve never smelled Bianco Latte, Eclaire, or Cream Velvet, so I can’t accurately compare it to any of those; however, this smells identical to the now discontinued L De Lolita Lempicka I had back in 2006. Definitely a hot caramel chai latte with vanilla whipped cream. Big spices up front, lots of coumarin, and just a whisper of muguet. I did a single spray on my wrist and it truly is enormous... which I thought I wanted from my fragrances! Just maybe not with this. This one seems like it could very easily choke you out or cause a migraine if over-sprayed (and I’m saying this as someone who isn’t afraid of a few extra sprays) The box was one of the best I’ve seen from ME fragrances, definitely a great presentation that would make a nice gift. Bottle and cap are gorgeous and heavy and look of quality. Unfortunately the holder is very flimsy plastic that doesn’t support the bottle at all, and it’ll have to lay on its side in a drawer. But, for around $25, I’d say this is a great buy for gourmand lovers, even if it isn’t my cup of tea.

I try to steer clear of blind buying affordable Middle Eastern fragrances because I have been caught up in the hype far too many times and consequently disappointed but not so with Noor. It's lovely. I have been on the hunt for a White Chocolate scent for Autumn and I found pretty much everything I wanted in this. Sweet but not too sweet, creamy vanilla, whipped cream, white chocolate, condensed milk and a hint of caramel. It's not winning any prizes for elegance but it makes me feel cosy, pretty and huggable. It is perfectly lovely on its own but I think it will also layer beautifully with Coromandel (That's probably sacrilege but sometimes I want more white chocolate!), Blanche Bête, Lost In A Dream and This is Her to name a few. I will use this all through the colder months and shamelessly enjoy it. The presentation leaves alot to be desired though. It's monstrous!

Very close to bianco latte. Same cereal-ey, sweet milky vanilla but way less loud. Bianco latte is a monster so if you want bianco latte but not as loud, go for this. Definitely less sweet and heavy compared to BL. It also is less sweet than Eclaire, but overall the performance for noor and eclaire are quite similar. Eclaire has a stronger initial rubbery note which Noor doesnt have as much of. TLDR: If you have money and want super projection and longevity = BL, If you are on a budget go for Eclaire, similar, slightly more rubbery and alcohol burst in initial spray, but scent wise very similar to BL. Definitely less dense than BL. If you are on a budget + $10-$20 more = Noor. Garbage Bottle design, great juice. BL but less dense, less sweet, less loud, less longevity, less projection.

Noor is that kind of scent that instantly feels familiar and comforting — especially if you’re into the creamy, cozy Bianco Latte vibe. The moment you spray it, you get this soft swirl of caramel, milk, and vanilla, I also detect some coumarin kind of note which add a slight nutty aspect. Compared to Bianco Latte, Noor is stronger, lasts longer, and has more presence. It’s comforting, polished, and honestly just so easy to wear every single day. What’s also worth mentioning is the bottle — it’s so elegant and eye-catching with its soft, sculpted shape. It looks absolutely beautiful on a vanity.

Riiffs is definitely beginning to lose a lot of credibility due to them having lot's of fake ratings here. I mean, on most of their fragrances they have hundreds of people voting as Eternal and Long lasting, which is ridiculous when most of the reviews say otherwise lol. I hate it when brands do this nonsense. If they truly want their fragrances to be voted as strong, then just create Strong fragrances!! They should cut back on the cost of their presentations, and put that money on making their fragrances last longer. Smh

I just got this and am honestly blown away. Since it’s an extrait, it’s powerful and long lasting, and it’s gourmand without being overly sweet and cloying. This is a grown person’s gourmand! For the first twenty minutes I just sat and inhaled my inner elbow where I’d sprayed it. I even closed my eyes when I do that. That’s not a response that most fragrances get from me, so that’s all you need to know about how insanely good this perfume is immediately upon opening. No maceration needed for this one.

As someone who got gross waxy vibes from Eclaire and Cream Velvet both this has absolutely none of that. It's like what Eclaire was trying to be without the wax or the nose-burning alcohol opening. As with my other Riffs fragrance, the atomizer is amazing and the packaging is stunning. I love that they seemingly include the notes on all of their fragrance packaging and they actually deliver the notes they're describing. This is backup bottle worthy.
