Sana

Saw everyone compare this to VV but took a look at the notes and took a risk as I was trying to avoid paying 40 for Latte Abyed which I have a sample of. And yes, this is BL dupe (not comparable to VV). This does not have eclairee's burnt rubber smell and it reminds me strongly of Latte Abyed at about half the price and much more denser (IMO LA is lighter than BL). Sana opens with a nice coumarin note (can not stress enough no tonka or burnt rubber) and mellows down to sweet creamy laconic vanilla caramel that is 95% to the original. It is smooth, and not screechy but opens with an initial alcohol blast that lasts 7 seconds. Longevity is nuts. I get like 11+ hours on skin. But projection is the one thing I haven't determined yet. Probably average. I don't think it thumps like the OG but whenever I open the cap I do get whiffs of it. My bottle was manufactured in 11/24, for anyone wondering how long it's been sitting, but I received it 2 days ago and it's been performing right out of the box for me.

This is more or less Latte Abyed in terms of smell, pretty much identical. But imo it's lasting longer and projects better.. whereas latte abyed fades quicker .. also I've had Sana only a day which is impressive and I've had Latte Abyed for several months so it didn't seem to get stronger in that time frame. Also it's probably one of the cheaper bianco latte dupes you can get right now so I'd say you can't go wrong.. it's very close. Not as intense as BL. This is NOT vanilla voyage.. thankfully because I find that one too sharp.. but I heard some people compare it. Definitely not Uhud which is raspberry.. not Cream Velvet which is more buttery whereas this one has that airy creamy quality from BL. The first review is pretty much spot on to mine.. imo this is a hidden gem and not many people know of it yet. But also people are probably tried of this dna.. I still love it.. I don't know about the person who got straight alcohol but mine is performing and projecting nicely right out of the box.

Really enjoying Sana. I have cream velvet, Noor, eClaire, Celeste toffee, tiramisu caramel etc so this safe buy just fits lovely into my gourmand collection. Doesn’t need to macerate imo but I think it will keep improving over time as well. No harsh chemical smell on opening and dries to a sweet and creamy scent like the others. She is a safe blind buy for gourmand lovers. 28th July today - ok this has become my favourite perfume over my beloved cream velvet and over Noor and Celeste toffee and over eclaire (eclaire is the bottom of my list for context of best scent and longevity). The honey 🍯 has just got even better in this over the weeks. It’s strong and lasts all day it’s just improving and improving (did not need macerating after opening this one is a 2024 batch). I just bought another bottle on sale so I don’t run out of this holy grail scent.

In my opinion, this is if cream velvet from Khadlaj had a baby with eclair from Lattafa. I’ll tell you why I say that I love the smell of cream velvet, but it doesn’t really project on me, or last that long, but I love the creaminess and the smoothness of the DNA. I get a lot of projection from eclair however, the first burst is so harsh it makes me sneeze and it’s not enjoyable until the dry down for me then it becomes incredible. This no lie gives you the best of both worlds. It gives you the smoothness and the creaminess of cream velvet with the projection and longevity of an eclair. I’m in love and for the price you can’t beat it. I think when I’m done with my eclair, I will be purchasing a backup of this. It’s not like vanilla voyage that has a distinct butter note that this is lacking.

I’m really surprised I haven’t seen any video on Instagram of this perfume. I own Eclair and I adore it but it needs a lot of maceration. I blind bought Sana because of reviews on this website and I’m very surprised! It smells amazing right from the bottle. I don’t think it’s completely the same as Eclair. Eclair is more lactonic and more cozy but I don’t mind at all, I just love this DNA so much. Both of them are dreamy, you just need to let Eclair sit a couple of weeks/months
