Oasis de Fleurs

March 6, 2018 London is finally free of snowfall today and so I decided to enjoy the day. The sun was out and there was a gallery talk at the British museum about Greek civilisation and Minoan art which I went to. The talk made me yearn for spring and summer to come soon. I decided to walk towards Covent Garden and had coffee at my local cafe, it started to drizzle. Glad I am warm and cozy with a cup of latte. As soon as the drizzle fizzled I decided to head to the National Gallery...but my eyes noticed the decorated doors of Rituals. Seemed quiet. I decided to have peek. I was immediately drawn to their fragrances and a lady showed me different bottles and scents. When I smelled this fragrance it brought me back to spring rain back home - warm Philippines. I decided to buy myself a simple gift which reminds me of my other home by the sea. As I walked towards the National Gallery, I thought --- this is a FUN day to be out! I just want to share my experience of how a simple fragrance can make any day better. This is not about if this fragrance is gorgeous or not, if not this is a simple and uncomplicated fragrance. For me it smells of tropical rain which I love! This brings back fond memories. This is the reason why fragrances are made, to seal memories and bring it back to us.

Oasis de Fleurs is a good fragrance for people who are looking for a summer fragrance that does not have pronounced citrus notes or too much aquatic notes. Oasis de Fleurs has both citrus and watery notes but very very subdued. It's clean, out of the shower fresh but somehow there's something slightly fougères-esque about it. The best I can describe it as is an aftershave made for ladies. Personally I like it very much because I enjoy green woody fragrances but do not expect pretty flowers as the name implies you would be disappointed (lol). Clean, somewhat green with a hint of citrus and moss in the dry down is what I experience with Oasis de Fleurs.

If you're looking for a long lasting fragrance, then try another one. This fragrance is a fresh after shower scent - great to wear at summer times. Bergamot + mint are the most notable notes among all for me. Although the fragrance is a very nice one, the performance is not that good unfortunately. The scent vanishes in a very short time. Still, you can fill an atomizer and respray it whenever you feel the scent is gone.

I woke up in the grey hours of the early morning, having intended to sleep in late. But, I had no inclination to go back to bed so I put this on and went for a long walk down the Las Vegas strip. It's very fresh and soapy, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I can still smell it on my shirt and skin, but I also used about 3ml because I like to be fully immersed.

If you, like me love Hermes Le jardin de Monsieur Li but find it too pricey then really go for this one instead! They smell very very similar and Oasis de fleurs even has better longevity. It seems a little hard to find it nowadays though, but if you do encounter it - buy it! You won't be disappointed. It's such a wonderful perfume.

This one is a very good copy of Le jardin de M Lee from hermes.... As long longevity as Jardin... Smell exactly the same.... A very good copy for cheapest price

Very similar to Le Jardin De Monsieur Li, but more masculine. Le Jardin is more orange-y, brighter, sunnier, polite and natural. Oasis de Fleurs has something aggressive, "industrial" and cloudy to it, there is an oriental note, something like cardamom-saffron-burned plastic/hair (hibiscus?) which make me feel sweaty(an strange impression of "not my sweat on my skin") But I really like other product of this brand - "Tiny Rituals" - a mist for mothers and babies,. It smells wonderful (bird cherry blossom), I wish it was launched as an EDP.

Clean fragrance with a light wooden note. The bouquet develops well (just give it 15 min), it has shadows, i feel that "fresh spice" and some very light citrus in it:) It brings you a long weekend feeling and calms your spirit like a meditation. I'm not a fan of floral fragrances, but this one has that spicy-woody intrigue in it and brings lovely calming feeling.

This scent is not for me. Selling it if anyone is interested; message me. Brand new bottle, just sprayed once. Edit: sold it. There’s something in there (maybe moss) that was hitting me hard. This was a gift so I don’t mind letting go of it.

Clean with an almost antiseptic feel. Not really flowery or pretty enough to be feminine, but without any bite to make this masculine either. This one sits in pergatory for me. Kind of ho hum and thats about it, which isn't enough to make this worth while.

I've had this in my collection for about 3 years now. There is nothing "weird" here, nor zesty. Yes, it is fresh, and very summer appropriate, but it never gets citrusy, zesty or sharp. It is utterly feminine floral perfume that everyone around you will appreciate, even those not very fond of perfumes. Inoffensive, easy to wear and i get over 10 hours out of a single spray to the neck. Definitely NOT a skin scent, at least not on me. I have three Rituals perfumes and they all perform nuclear on me, which is why i seldom wear them. For those experiencing "weirdness", i wonder if their sample/bottle has turned or somehow got compromised? My collection is huge but i consider this one of the most beautiful florals i have.

I bought a 10ml travel size of this scent as a blind purchase, hoping for another less expensive scent for ordinary work days. Some Rituals fragrances have a sickly note to me and unfortunately this is one of them. It's frustrating, as I can discern elements that I really like but this one particular note overpowers everything. It is a sickly note, with a slight hint of rotting vegetation - I can sometimes get the same smell when certain plants get mouldy from over-watering. A pity for me and I guess perhaps a note that everyone will perceive a little differently.

Top notes are zesty, smells promising.. not crazy about the dry down. Something weird as someone else said. If you like strange herbally things, you might like it. Not for me.

Opens up Citrusy floral and stays floral. Subtle and tender, has decent longevity and remains a skin scent. I like it quite well

This was a scent I liked at the opening but once it dries down, the scent disappears. The longevity is really poor on this one.
