I've tried this at Fenwick very recently, and it was absolutely marvelous. Rue de Cirque actually shares the DNA with Fracas and Petit Fracas somehow, however, it adds a fresh/warm spiciness from nutmeg and geranium. In addition, the last note is woody little bit due to vetiver but, not that masculine vetiver. I absolute LOVE this!! Edit 6/5/2024 This is actually similar to Delina by Parfums de Marly rather than Fracas! I've tried Delina very recently and found that. It's tart fresh spicy sweet floral scent profile in Rue de Cirque reminds me of Delina. Also, some notes in this perfume overlaps with Delina, such as nutmeg, and vetiver (and similarity between rose and geranium).

This fragrance tells us about Paris in the eyes of Piguet: flowery, spicy, with a sweet and tasty background. A fragrance that makes you dream and portrays the beauty of a moment. Reading the comments here... could this be the Fracas eau fraîche flanker that was supposed to come out last year? Renamed as Rue du Cirque?
