Capucci de Capucci Extreme

Capucci de Capucci extreme is definitely one of the few best-loved, hidden, affordable gems in my fragrance collection. The opening is a burst of orange blossom and citrus surrounded by a cloud of the most beautiful tuberose. Hints of ginger add depth to the powderiness that is all around. The sandalwood drydown tames the light white flower explosion, but it still retains its sweet, elegant powdery bearing, even when the user does overspray. There's nothing synthetic or unrefined about this light, tuberose delight and it doesn't feel at all dated in all its powdery glory; mind you, if you're not a fan of tuberose, you might find it smells 'vintagey-dated'. In my experience, it lasted 4-5 hours on my skin and 6-7 hours on my clothing. I would wear this year-round with the exception of freezing winter months and have already secured for myself a back-up bottle. Addendum: I would not advise this in very humid and hot climates... Its beauty cannot be experienced there. I finished a 100ml bottle within 4 months.

Capucci de Capucci Extreme by Roberto Capucci an overture with very intense citrus tones, the dominant bitter orange on a sparkling bergamot and spicy notes of ginger. A heart full of enveloping and majestic tuberose with citrus references of orange blossoms, and smoky oriental notes, all blended divinely by a warm accord of sandalwood and boises tones of cedar softened by vanilla. A new formulation that brings back to vintage fragrances. Very pleasant sillage, good duration. A good fragrance does not always have to cost a fortune, often beautiful discoveries are made in the bargain sector.

I think I had it ,well I bought it second hand but it was with the regular Capucci box ,no indication on the bottom of the black bottle that it's the extreme version.I have the regular and that one is different.There is the agrumes maceration and I can feel their union with the jasmine and neroli .It has something oriental rich indeed.Now I'm reading to explore more from Capucci !

Oddly, to me this smells of sweet cola, without being overly saccharine or artificial. Not what I was expecting from the note pyramid or reviews, but a pleasant surprise. I definitely concur with the other reviews that this smells more expensive than its price point.
