Daring Amber Body Mist

Warm and sweet but light body and hair mist that is immediately comforting and a classy base for sweet scents or to add gourmand notes. On my wrist after an hour I have an echo of it and I feel mainly whipped cream and amber. Pleasant ritual. Applied globally it is very pleasant and not too much. But it seems to just be a pleasure to apply but it is not strong like Sol de Janeiro. The packaging is stunning - the best in mists department. And the price was also nice. If you like mists and are sensitive to strong smells this adds just a sheer sweet aura. My entire bathroom smells of it for many hours after I used it there.. I actually feel it on, but as a gentle effect - I catch wafts of it from time to time 3 hours already. I think it perfect for work or school if you dont want to be parfumed.

I tried this in TJMaxx recently, and made some notes to save. It was a very "Victoria's Secret/B&BW-esque amber", sweet, fuzzy and modern. Sheer, nothing overly heavy, but less truly resinous and more vanillic. It opened with what felt like solar notes and some citrusy tones. I never would've guessed at "whipped cream", and it didn't strike me as such at all. Nothing lactonic to my nose. It wasn't necessarily upscale smelling, nor was it cheap or tacky. It was approachable and pretty.

There is also a blue mist called aqua something. I was pleasantly surprised to see RC perfume mists...

I think this fragrance would would be super popular with tweens & teens. But for me it’s a way too sweet, syrupy & sickly. Not trying to yuk anyone’s yum... I have several Roberto Cavalli fragrances that I love. This just isn’t one of them. My niece will inherit this one & I suspect she’ll be demanding another bottle pretty quick 😂
