Paradise Found For Men

How am I the first person to review this? Opens sweet but not overpowering. The dry down is amazing, it smells green and warm and fresh and luxurious. I'm no fragrance expert and I would be lying if I said I could identify any of the notes. I definitely pick up something like a coconut vibe which reminds me of D&G The one EDT(maybe its the amber). I also pick up some musky notes and a hint of spice which I can't really identify. The bottle itself is a masterpiece, a thing of beauty. The only critique of the bottle would be that I wished the cap was solid metal and not plastic with a silver coating. It would have been exceptional if it was also magnetic. Overall this is a versatile classy scent and I have a feeling this will soon make a name for itself. I could see this being used in all seasons except maybe on exceptionally hot days. I also, think this is better for more dressed up occasions (not necessarily formal) and ideally at night but not limited to that. Scent: 10/10 Presentation: 9.5/10 Edit : Performance is very weak. Barely lasted an hour on my skin which is a pity because it performed so well on the test strip. Performance (1/10)

Fragrances tend to last longer on me than average and this is no different. Paradise found is very pleasing to wear. Its gentle and doesn't offend at all. Its the sweetest piney scent I've tried and I'm wearing it a lot in hot weather. This lasts until lunch thanks to the musk and is calming for the entire wear. I'm chasing JCH frags this year and with a bottle design and price, this was a great buy. Paradise found is also one of few recent pine centred frags to offer an everyday alternative to the blue woody aquatic profile. Other green scents in this family include Lalique L'Insoumis and Rochas L'Homme Aromatic which have more forest and less musk, Coach Green which has fruit, and Polo Intense (Green) which is more mature. All so so good. Thank you RC and JCH, I hope you do more work together. Also, can you please bring back Cavalli Black?

I love unique fragrances. This one is unique. I can see it being a signature scent, but may be a bit much in the heat of the summer. Check out the notes! It is a green frag, but in an unusual way. I love it whether it is cheap or expensive, this one is a great one!

I tested it at shopping mall, it is great fragrance, love for me.

First of all, this is a very nice, mass appealing scent. Secondly, I don't know who screwed up the notes listed above, Fragrantica or Roberto Cavalli, but they do not give a precise picture of how this one smells. I've found a description on robertocavalli.com, which does a much better job at conveying what this scent is about. I'll paste it here, in case it disappears in the future: "Roberto Cavalli Paradise Found Eau de Toilette for Him is designed to take the wearer on a hypnotic trip to an exotic garden of pleasure. The initial chords of pimento berry oil and star anise deliver spicy yet sweet aromatic impact that's softened with a touch of pineapple. Secondary notes comprises a sophisticated blend of calming clary sage, fragrant lavender and patchouli oil, adding an earthy richness to the scent. The base perfectly balances the sweetness of tonka bean absolute with the resinous depth of styrax oil, and is enriched with precious ambergris. The key things to take away from that description, is some of the important notes missing from the listing on fragrantica: Tonka bean, pineapple and to some extend, lavender. This scent is above all else very sweet. The pineapple is noticeable in the opening but is very short lived. The big one is tonka bean, which together with amber are the most prominent notes from the opening all the way to the end. I'd describe Paradise Found as a sweet, slightly spicy, ambery scent, with a hint of green notes and a very fleeting fruity touch. For me personally, this is a cold weather and night time scent, but a very good one at that.

Actually I bought this perfume when it's launch period due to some special launch offer price discounts . not a mind blowing perfume so I just kept almost an year in my shelf, occasionally I just use it in for casual outdoor visit. recently here in middle east I use it at 96 degree F heat summer day time. surprisingly it's give very fresh feel and wibe and it's not usual aqua type of fresh, it's different. definitely you can enjoy in high heat. earthy green balsamic feel.

I purchased blind because I liked the bottle style and on a Hope with it's name it would smell similar to Muelhens Sumatra Rain, I'm glad to say it does have slight characteristics but, lacks the opening punch, sits a lot closer to the skin too. Overall I like it, one for late spring, summer and early autumn. A good one for the office as it's not offensive sitting closer to the skin, in high heat outdoors the scent lifts slightly more.

It is a great fragrance kinda mature and versatile, this has a beast longivity, got it sprayed on a test card (double sprays) and it has been sitting in my office for over 7 days and i still get 70% of the scent performance on the card!! The dry down is so masculine and amazing

Great for those who love the green environment it get you love the air around you, you feel like it’s totally natural notes, this is what make this fragrance different.

SImilar and almost as good as Oriflame Architect or Fan di Fendi Assoluto, not great lasting power, but a nice scent, it's chocolate! :) 7.5/10

This one is okay but right now I'm not too impressed. It has a slight bubblegum sweetness and I'm not really getting any green notes. The scent itself is really restrained and doesn't develop much. It's rather simple as far as its scent profile and nothing is complicated with this one. Maybe this is one that needs to be worn in the warmer weather to reach its full potential.

This is sadly a departure from the great Uomo line,PF became cheap in a brief time,is a very empty fragrance,it rapresent a generic sun oil smell,a bit green,and that’s it,no reason to hype such a low grade frag,for me can worth 5€ for what it is.Honest opinion.

I did everything I possibly could - washed and moisturized my skin, applied it heavily, even on my shirt. And still, after only two hours, it's completely gone. That's just bad, because scent is nice.

I gotta say this is quite unique and one of the best dry downs I have ever tried. It feels like the fragrance evolves to a final boss after the dry down since it gets more delicious.

As much as I tried, I couldn't stand this smell. It has this cheap and sweet component, maybe it is musk, that was too strong here. But the notes are interesting, that's why I initially bought it blindly. I just gave it away to a friend, at least somebody else enjoys it.

I love the concept of this and the bottle but it smells like Cederwood for men (also by Coty) Very old fashioned smell , reminds me of my dad, he wore Cederwood.

Been looking for a suitable replacement for Spicebomb as my cool weather/night time spicy scent when it was declared by a live-in relative to be "old man smelling" and "migraine-inducing." This fits the bill somewhat - spicy, warm, yet green and musky, but never fusty. Can even be worn on relatively warm days. There's a fairly nice bay note in this too - the first time I've actually enjoyed that scent.

This is a very alluring scent to my nostrils for whatever reason. It reminds me of a DNA similar to le male, hard candy, and something else I can't put my finger on. This is a great cheapie and worth checking out in my opinion.

After reading some of the reviews here i decide to blind buy it. Is a nice fragrance, but not the best. Projections is good.

Initial notes are weak, but dry down is lovely on my skin. This scent teleported me in late '90 for some reason.

Seriously why is no one talking about this fragrance?
