Cavalli I adore your dedication to blending scents which feel like home to me. If you love saffron and leather blind buy in a heart beat. I don’t reach for this often but when I do I get gracious compliments and it’s great that this DNA maintains an air of composed sophistication

Tough competitor of Tomford oud wood. Roberto cavalli valour saffron is top-notch perfume. Highly recommended! Love it.

A similar feel to something like TF Tuscan Leather the way the Leather comes off. Opening is a bit rough for a few seconds/minutes. Once it smoothed out its a beautiful scent. In the forefront are Saffron, Leather and Velvet. The Saffron gives a spicy aspect that later smooths. Secondary notes just behind that is a Incense note with a very modern Western clean Oud. As it further dries I get a bit of slightly sweet Myrrh and Woods. Not much Pepper that I detected. Usually pepper is very easy for me to detect even in trace amounts but here it was not. If anything a dry, uncracked peppercorn type of pepper rather than an aromatic cracked pepper. A very elegant but loud fragrance. Some comparisons could be Tuscan Leather mixed with bits of Ombre Nomade with much less Oud. Issey Miyake Or Encens also comes to mind the way the Incense comes off. Some may find this leaning feminine including myself, but not so much so that a man can't easily wear this. Performance is great. I wouldn't recommend for casual use. Fall/Winter.

Very strong spicy, woody, ambery and heavy fragrance. It has excellent projection and longevity, might not be ideal for those who prefer aquatic and fresh fragrances. Very oud like in nature so if you are an oud fan you'll love it otherwise you might not like it.

when i first got this, i found it to be very unbalanced and too sweet but after letting it sit for a bit the leather and sweetness have mixed nicely. still leans a bit to the feminine side in my opinion but unisex none the less,
