VV Platinum

I had to really test this before I gave a review because I got it for the bottle and the reviews make one believe you can't go wrong with this one. I thought to myself, lime (bitter) orange (I like orange) tea (an odor but not a perfume note) quince (they smell?) violet ( I love it, but everything else will kill it) pepper (with tiare??) lotus (shrug) coriander ( it's in a perfume I love) amber (not with these notes) doesn't sound like it's much of a perfume. This is class all the way, feminine, clean, fresh, youthful, and just so much better than I could have dreamed. I hope this makes the creator rich! It's affordable, and beautiful to look at and smells like a price tag you wouldn't bother look for! The scent lasts too. I put my shirt in the washer and I could smell it the next day, and this when I realized just how lovely this scent was. If I smell THAT good, this is going on my top 10 list so far! This is a winner for anyone unless you love heavy spicy vanilla scents, then this is too clean and light...or IS it? This is way over the top, amazing good! This is a must have.

This might sound crazy, but my first reaction (lasting a few hours) is "Gucci Envy". That same cold metallic vibe & sharp freshness is enveloping & invigorating. This is a wonderful find, long lasting, reasonably priced, very wearable AND smells like a love I've been hoarding! WIN/WIN!

It smells great. Not too fruity, not too flower. It's got a metal feel to it. It's lovely. And the bottle is just so beautiful. Can't take my eyes off of it.

OMG, yes, this is real Gucci Envy dupe...it is very, very close to Envy..the same arome, the same vibe...what a pleasent deja vu!

This perfume reminds me very much of Kenzo Amour EDT due to its top green tea and citrus notes. Point plus for the cube bottle which is cute on display. The scent is just ordinary, and can be use during daytime, office friendly, nothing striking as advertised. This perfume is an EDP, yet its life span is too short, just slightly over 3 hours. I have to sniff constantly to smell it. It's a pity that it does not last long.

Nice Spanish scent for summer! The creator managed to mimic fresh cut meadow scent. Very unique, suits summer days. I have a 30 ml. and will get an other bottle when I am finished with it. For the original VENT VERT BALMAIN lovers???? It is it without the lovely flowers. try it and let us know whether it is a good replacement or not?

I consider this aroma to be quite unusual and ideal for summer time wearing. I like it for being fresh and interesting at the same time. More to the point, I think that it's similar to male perfumes in some notes (for me it's an undeniable advantage. I'm going to try it in winter, probably it'll play in the waves of frosty wind.

Wow!It smells delisious! The bottle is a masterpiece, so nice to have on once shelf :) Elegant parfume for an elegant lady.. The first sent is tea and lotus. Then lime comes out. It is very tiny and fresh sent. At the end of the day I smell alittle bit of coriander and tiare.. Must have for a lady :)

I cannot distinguish separate notes here. As a whole it feels like cozy aura, it "sits" very comfortably. Smell is very pleasant - fresh, soft, elegant, little bit cold, little bit spicy.

Smells fresh and nice, if I should describe it with one word it would be discretion. An elegant scent, not my favourite but still special with no punging notes.

I bought it expecting it will sound like Gucci Envy. I regret to say - it is not. Gucci Envy is an abstract, a knife blade covered with poison, which a vicious daughter would use to kill her mother if mother will be on daughter's way over money or a lover argument. I would recognize it on anyone even after smelling once. VV Platinum is a nice cold green floral, but I would not recognize it on anyone even after thousand of sniffs: too generic. If you look for Gucci Envy, better to buy its dupe at Perfume Parlour.

just bought this recently blind and also because of the excellent reviews it has. i like the notes it contains but coriander? no. on first spray, it is a soft floral (i'm a fruity/floral or more of a woodly floral musk or oriental floral but not plain floral person) i don't really like this as it smells similar to many other scents that i've had before. after the top notes wears off, i could smell the coriander, i do not like obvious notes of mint or coriander but it does make this floral a fresh one - but not one that appeals to me although i do love the bottle/packaging, i decided to give this a miss as i've got something similar but without the coriander note - azzaro - blue charm.

I got this in a blind buy. It was a price I couldn't resist, and the bottle is amazing. What a wonderful surprise! Normally, I'm a gourmand kind of girl. The sweeter the better. But then again, I have those days when I'm not feeling so sweet.... You can smell the pepper and lime without this becoming too sharp. (I think the violets tone them down quite nicely). I was afraid from the notes it may smell like suntan lotion, but I don't get that at all! As it dries down, the coriander comes through softly. I really don't get a floral note with this, but I can smell the "fresh cut" aroma some of the other reviewers mentioned. It's soft and clean and even though it's not sweet at all, I fell in deep like. Something about it, even though I am a spicy gourmand through and through, appeals to me. It's also one of the few fragrances I have that crosses over quite nicely on my husband.

A very fresh and clean smell , my favourite type in the summer when I can't stand a heavy or sweet smelling perfume . I can clearly distinguish pepper ,green tea , citrus and an aquatic note or maybe a metal one when sprayed on clothes you can always pick it up the next time you wear them as something clean as if you just got them from laundery , I like clean smelling perfume so no complaints here , it reminds me with eau de givenchy and also the new bamboo by frank olivier however it is not identical to neither , givenchy's version has more sillage , bamboo has less sillage also l'eau de givenchy is the best among the three ..but the three perfumes are great for clean smelling fresh perfumes , the three of them to me are of the "white" colour category as their bottles are symbolizing freshness and cleanliness ...

I tried this one on a strip of paper, suggested by the salesman. I didn't try it on my skin, but on paper it smelled very green fresh with a touch of flower. To me felt very refined, those kind of fragrances that don't follow the current trend, but maintains its on style, a classique. On paper (again) it had a good staying power and its very linear on the dry down.

I bought the perfume yesterday and enjoy it greatly . I have already had some Roberto Verino aromas , to my mind , the most of them are elegant and must-have ones. This one is in the 5 top I like so much ... Strongly advise you if you prefer non-sweet and not hard smells...

I would like to complete my first review of this scent. It has one of the longest staying power i've ever tried, up to 12 hours. Definately refined, stylish and original. Well worth trying and i'm seriously considering buying it.

woooow, stunning! can anyone advice, what is it like? I really like the package of all these - VV platinum, VV rose, VV, tropic. Would be a nice collection, all the colour cubes next to each other :)

I really want to love this, the lime, lotus and tea are so fresh and beautiful. But I'm getting a strong celery scent after a while which doesn't dissipate.. So strange, I'll update in the future!
