Eau de Rochas Escapade en Mediterranee

Escapade en Mediterranee is a super juicy citrusy scent , which is not overly sour. Feels like it has a pinch of sugar in it . It's fresh a bit aquatic. Very long lasting . And it's especially refreshing in hot summer days. I don't know why but I get heavy Amalfi Coast vibes from it :) I love it!!

Love it! It's the most tender citrus fragrance I've smelt in a long time. Edge rounded orange blossoms and jasmine. The basil adds a gentle green note to the citrus providing it from a fresh picked up fruit feeling. My skin and my senses love it.

It's a pleasant smell, I prefer the original though because in this one the jasmine is very strong, and I'm not a big fan of a powerful jasmine. It doesn't necessarily remind me of the pure Mediterranean area, more than the smell after rain of a garden in France full of jasmine. I would have liked to go more on the Italian-Greek area, maybe if they would had replaced jasmine with a stronger orange blossom, or an Anemone with something aromatic spicy.

A beautiful,uplifting, citrussy, warm-weather fragrance. This new incarnation of Eau de Rochas is as breezy and carefree as a sailing trip on the ocean.It doesn't have much staying power, however, annd is only really noticeable for around half-an-hour to my nose. Maybe other people can smell it for longer on me but it is by no means a heavy scent. I do prefer it to the original EDR, which I find somewhat hard to wear due to an almost stagnant note in the base.

Lovely colour. And the juice must be nice. Seems like a classic unisex cologne. the entire concept, name and colors, seems stolen by the Hermes (the line Un Jardine Sur/de/en/apres..) and Dior ( the line cruise collection Escale a.. ) a mix up between the both. maybe in summer 2017 la femme Rochas will escape somewhere else.. on the indian ocean, who knows?
