Fetish Pour Homme

Fetish is an odd one to me. I smell it and I like it but I feel I don't love it, but there is something so addictive about it that draws me in to smelling it and I find I am wanting to put it on more than any of the other frags I have in my entire collection. I have no idea why, and its quite perplexing. Some of the other frags I have that are very similar too are decants of PureDistance M and of Mona Di Orio Cuir (both stunning especially the MdO), vintage BelAmi and Bel Ami Vetiver. I think the Hermes Bel Ami Vetiver is the best value of the bunch, a excellent take on the classic Bel Ami that is more approachable than the others mentioned. It or its older brother are an essential in a serious collection if you like very masculine leaning scents imho. It leans sweeter herbal than the rougher smokier takes all the others have but is still an unmistakably masculine scent. Definitely check that one out as it is easily available in department stores. Puredistance M is quite similar but Fetish has a lot more focus on the rough leather than the spiciness double-down in the PD. PD M really amps a spicy clove and cinnamon accord and its bergamot pops with that to almost come across as a spicy chai earl grey tea that has echoes of smoky leather rather than that being the main theme to me. Mona Di Orio Cuir is simply stunning and probably my favourite scent out of these in obvious terms. A really beautiful blend of smoky slightly green cade and partly animalic leather with an exquisite spicy cardamom note. It’s sad that Mona passed, she was an exceptional perfumer and this is one of her best. But like I said although RD Fetish (and it's the parfum version I have) doesn't at first strike me as of nice of a scent as the MdO Cuir, there is something completely intoxicating about this blend. Its pop of lime in the open is a little on the nose (pun fully intended), it feels like its leather is too rough and its smokiness is completely over the top, so I don't think you could describe it as sophisticated...but it does something to you that is subconscious and is hard to put into words. Hats off to Roja Dove on this one, a clear take on the classic Bel Ami styling that I don't think could ever be described as boring, that's for sure.

Of the Roja fragrances I have had the great fortune of being able to sample, Fetish Parfum Pour Homme is undoubtedly one of my favourites from the house. In my experience, it strikes an excellent balance between the overtly masculine - though not brash - character of Enigma Parfum Pour Homme and the opulent regality of Diaghilev. Fetish opens with a sparkling, effervescent hit of citrus notes, which immediately brings brightness to the fragrance. Of the listed top notes, lemon and lime take centre stage. The lime used in this fragrance is immediately reminiscent of Kaffir lime; a crucial component of Thai cuisine that I imagine many of you would be familiar with. After approximately twenty minutes, the top notes give way to the heart and base notes. I am able to discern an ever-so-slight fig note; though unlike that used in Amber Aoud, for example, it provides added depth and 'roundness', as opposed to Amber Aoud's voluptuous, juicy fig note. A tinge of refined soapiness and cleanliness is brought into the equation by the addition of neroli, although this is soon balanced out by a dirty, indolic jasmine note, which also happens to facilitate an excellent segue into the fragrance's base notes! The base is where the true magic of Fetish lies. It is immensely spicy and peppery, and 'tickles' my nose. Cardamom and pepper intermingle with cinnamon and labdanum to add a distinct Oriental facet to the fragrance. These are joined by a buttery leather note, with castoreum adding additional depth and a sensual, sexual 'dirtiness'. The incorporation of patchouli and vetiver provide Fetish with a distinct green earthiness. In the base, the fragrance cycles through these different stages, giving equal attention to each note. By no means is this a feminine fragrance, or even unisex-leaning, for that matter. Fetish exudes an air of confident masculinity, class, and immaculate taste. It certainly isn't the most versatile fragrance, but it doesn't need to be. This is something that is as suited to a quiet night out as it is a glamorous ballroom function; something that is as wearable in public on a brisk winter's day as it is in the bedroom, behind closed doors. Absolutely brilliant!

My review is for Fetish Eau de Parfum. At first, I didn't really smell the similarity between Fetish and Puredistance M but I've since realized that I'd simply applied Fetish too strong and by doing so, it kind of masked or wiped out a Puredistance M comparison. So, I tried again, applying Fetish much lighter - one spray at a distance and sure enough, it's Puredistance M, although a bit more gritty or rough around the edges. Still, the scent is 95% the same, with Puredistance M being more smooth.If you have Fetish, owning Puredistance M is redundant and vice versa. On the plus side, for me, Puredistance M is one of my favorite fragrances and Fetish is just kind a bonus, especially if I want a bit more projection. Still, with the size of my collection and the fact that I just bought a 60ml size of Puredistance M, I'll likely never it use it all and am considering trading Fetish away. Fetish, even applied lightly, has well above average projection and exceptional longevity. ***** Update: I had a sample of the EDP and I thought I'd ordered a Discovery atomizer of it but when I got it, it was Fetish Pour Homme, which turned out to be a win in my book. Maybe it's me but quite honestly, I don't notice a whole lot of difference between the two. ** Edit #2 ** The more I use this, the more I like it. This fragrance is a first for me, in regard appreciating a castoreum element. Prior to fetish, I haven't enjoyed fragrance with that note. It has to be how well it's blended, I supppose. ** Edit #3 ** I bought a bottle of Fetish Pour Homme. It's definitely become a favorite.

ROJA FETISH POUR HOMME REVIEW specifications: bottle has no roja imprints on both sides. Meaning a newer batch Details: direct review after initial spray Status: DISCONTINUED I hated the opening. But the mid phase and dry down is so beatiful. Performance is an ez 12-24 hours+, I tried an older batch and a new batch. They both perform the same, but I actually prefer the newer batch(no roja imprints on the sides) it’s still incredibly strong and the sillage is MASSIVE. my bottle did not even have to go through any maturing phase for it to perform. This brings me to one conclusion. Roja does not reformulate their fragrances. At least until mid-late 2023, which is the last time fetish pour Homme was being sold before its discontinuation. Now the difference I get from the 2 different batches is close to zero. The older batch with the imprints on the side is stronger in the opening, but performance wise it’s still the same. That’s also probably due to the fact that it’s been sitting in the store for years and it had some time for air to enter. Now this would have to be at my top 2. Pushing Great Britain to the 3rd spot. This fragrance is worth the price, especially for the performance that you are getting. If you can find this at retail or even slightly discounted it is already a good deal! It’s very hard to find and I was lucky enough to find one last in stock. This does give me a WOW effect like Diaghilev. To me Diaghilev is the number 1 best roja OAT, nothing can change my mind. My rating for fetish: 9/10, would be a 10/10 if the opening was better.

Wow! A beautiful Masterpiece!! I have sampled most of the Roja Dove line so far, and this is heads and shoulders above the rest IMO. I also own the original Bel Ami and have to agree that Fetish does share similarities with it, but I find Fetish to be a little better blended. Roja has stated that Bel Ami impressed him, so it does make sense. It is also compared to Puredistance M, which is another fragrance created by Roja Dove. I have had this one in the past and can see the similarities between that and Fetish as well. In my mind, Roja loved Bel Ami, used that as a model for Puredistance M and then perfected his Masterpiece of a version with Fetish. Fetish is so well blended and balanced that it is hard for me to pick out specific notes. So I will talk about impressions more so than notes. On my skin Fetish is a soft, sensual and smooth scent, but yet it has a dark smoky side hidden deep inside, just waiting to be released. I also get whiffs of the "aftermath of a deliciously long sexual encounter with your lover" on my skin that others have referenced. It is the good, clean and very passionate type of encounter that makes you smile... every time you get a whiff throughout the day. This is the fragrance I would expect Christian Gray. from the 50 shades of gray books, to wear. I get great projection and longevity on my skin. After owning this for a while and wearing it quite a few times I have moved it into my top 5. Yes, it IS that good.

Roja Dove on IG responded to a message that Fetish pour homme may return "hopefully" next year in 2026...fingers crossed... This is by far my most cherished perfume. As a huge fan of Hermes Bel Ami, when I heard Roja had created a perfume greatly inspired by Bel Ami I had no choice but to try it and it was an instant addiction. The leather accord Roja has created for this perfume is unlike any other leather accord in any other perfume and to say it made an extraordinary impression on me is an understatement. The perfume begins with a fascinating opening of lime and black thick smoky incense. The leather appears within 15 minutes and it's a black, luxurious, ultra sumptous leather. A very discernable and delicious fig note also appears at the heart along with the dirty jasmine, rose and orange blossom. The base is very animalic with castoreum, more leather, ambergris plus the cinnamon, vetiver and oakmoss and vanilla. Days later your shirt will smell of mostly castoreum and ambergris, very nice. As it's well known, Fetish PH is insipred by Bel Ami, so it gives off vibes of those wonderful 80's powerhouses and this Roja creation is in many ways the ultimate interpretation of that concept. It's a masterclass in perfumery composition and scent wise it's just glorious. A perfect 10 for lovers of this scent profile.

The names of these Roja perfumes are so strong and provocative and although the juice is great I don't see them as dangerous, scandalous, fetishist...etc. I think Enigma is the only one with an appropriate name. It's the refinement in all his perfume with I can't help but respect and Fetish is no different. I think the complexity and warmth of this creation doesn't scream 'Chypre' to me there's elements of the aromatic fougere, and oriental about this too, making it hard to pigeon hole. Definitely comprises old skool masculine elements of oakmoss and leather with the sharpness of citrus. The animalic element again although detectable is not strong or overbearing combining with a rich mixture of mild spices both sweet and peppery, benzoin/vanilla amber accord combo and by favourite 'gelling agent' Labdanum. It's interesting that all three masculines I've tried have this signature warm, creaminess that some people would maybe find a bit 'boring' or 'beige' but I think it just makes them more wearable and adds another dimension. I suppose there's no accounting for taste. This is a brilliant fragrance yet again not my favourite in the line but my girlfriend really liked it. I need to get a proper sample so I can be sure of what's going on here!

I consider it one of is best creation out there, a fierce perspective on leather, just pure class in a bottle. Starts with a fresh lime/bergamot and turns few seconds later into a very powerful, slightly bitter, musky animalic leather. The castoreum here is incredible, although the `dirtiness` degree depends on skin chemistry. In contrast with its Fetish is loud, aggressive and very masculine, fills the space around pushing the perimeter with the vigorous, virile Alpha wild animal characteristic. After a while the perfume turns into a chypre leather with just the right amount of smoke and hints of cardamon. The leather softens in the dry-down due the patchouli and labdanum turning after ca. 6-7 hours into a warm, soft ambered leather skin scent. Fetish has an incredible longevity and projection. And is definitely not for the faint hearted. This shouldn't be discontinued; it is fine blend with pure class. Scent: 9.8/10 Silage: 9/10 [ 5+ Feet radius] Longevity: 8/10 [ Solid 5+ Hrs afterwards it becomes skin sent] Bottle: 9/10 Price: 7.5/10 [As this is discontinued, people are selling for very high price]

First Impression: this is good but not crazy hype worthy I tested it blind on skin expecting a sexy animalic musk bomb based solely on the name. The opening I get the citrus top notes clearly. Sometimes the citrus in these complex frags is drowned out or quickly overshadowed but not here. The mid is clean. Violet, jasmine, and and neroli. There was a slight fruitiness I couldn't identify, and that was the fig I suppose. Then into the drydown it gets into a smokey, vetiver with leather underneath. I thought for sure this had incense or guaiac, but I guess it's the elemi, vetiver, and patchouli giving me that impression. It really didn't get animalic or skanky leather which I expected based on the name Fetish. I can see why this has its fans but no way I'd pay the premium. The price is heart attack inducing which I personally wouldn't pay, but there's no denying it's objectively good if you disregard price. My skin amplifies the smoke so I consider this a sexy smokey fragrance. What's funny to me is that the original Michael Khors (not saying that they are similar) does sexy smoke better than this and it was once sold ditrt cheap at TJ Max.

Fetish Pour Homme is a masterful creation for the most confident of men. Opening very bright initially with lemon and lime, at first you’re not sure what you’ve got yourself into. As the soft florals begin to make way for what can only be described as an intensely rich, dirty and animalistic scent, you begin to become excited. A powerful leathery labdanum is joined by heaps of the highest quality castoreum, and an overdose of spicy cinnamon. Three dominating notes all fighting for attention, with the lime running through the background as a refreshing constant. The other notes listed don’t really stand out to me, likely just providing further depth and warmth. This fragrance really impresses me as it combines two strong fragrance families - chypre and amber. The classical elements of the Chypre structure combined with the warming Amber accord in the base take my breath away every time I smell it. I love animalic perfumes and this is one of my absolute favourites of all time.

One spray of this, in all honesty, makes me smell like i just finished up having sex that lasted several hours. The only difference, I'd rather smell like this scent than like the actual sex-aftermath stink. That animalic (castoreum) opening backed by leather and citrus undertones exceptionally captures this "stink" but in a pretty stupendous way. This fragrance only goes on to re-affirm why Roja Dove is known as "The Master of Perfumery" of our age. He takes you on a ride down to the place where he wants you to be...and he does it bloody darn well! You just can't explain how rich, complex and masterfully crafted this perfume is until you get your nose on it. Overall: 10/10 (Sheer perfection!) Note: This is not for everyone. You need to understand why certain perfumes are a certain way in order to truly enjoy them. If you are a fragrance collector like me, then you might find this interesting. If you are just starting out with fragrances, you'll probably throw up. ;)

Smelling this fragrance straight from the bottle smells like Coca Cola. When you initially spray it, you will get a sweet, warm, dry, very spicy, very leathery and extremely sensual fragrance. The opening is to die for. You can smell the accords of bergamot, lemon and lime followed by the sweetness of cinnamon, cardamom, benzoin and Vanilla which makes the fragrance surprisingly sweet but not heady sweet just to the perfection sweet. But after an hour this fragrance loses all its sweetness and turns into this very dark smoky leathery fragrance. It is magic how this fragrance evolves. Sex in a bottle. Dry down has that pencil shaving / smoke leather accord to it which is so addictive and makes you keep going back for more.Once you smell this fragrance, you are under it's spell. You will be obsessed with it. After one use this fragrance will become your fetish and it will make you to keep going back to smell it and get your satisfaction.

What a flawless blend of naturalistic and IBQ-type leather notes! I don't think you could get away calling it Fetish without at least a hint of isobutyl quinoline - it gives it a "wait, what?" moment when you inhale that prevents the whole thing from being too easy to swallow. I love Bel Ami to pieces too, and I see where people are getting the connections. Night to Bel Ami's day? I'm a fairly femme woman and I'd have no issue wearing this on a night out, although there aren't really many fragrances I've met that made me think, "good, but for a man and not for me". OTOH, maybe they kept the name on the box as Fetish pour Homme to give an opportunity to feel transgressive wearing it when not un homme? That would be consistent, at least. I got a 7.5ml travel size from the Roja website, as that's the right amount of this stuff to buy for most people. I wish more of the super-expensive stuff came in this size directly from the company.

I dare to decliare this is in top five male marketed fragrances. A sexy captivating men perfume for women. Edp is a better version than others. I sincerely suggest this Roja Dove masterpiece to all perfume lovers all around the world. At the very first spray this may remind you of "Puredistance M" but fetish has lemony leather while Puredistance M is smells clearly of sinammon and leather. Fetish needs attitude and occasion to be used but Puredistance M is rather comfortable and more wereable and finally fetish is several times more effective and has more quality than Puredistance M سمپل ارجینال جهت تست موجود است

It is winter, last few weeks and daylight is returning to it's normal phase. I'm dressed in Black with a hint of grey, color of my hair. The citrus & floral notes compliment the daylight settings, Leather (faint), labdanum, cardamon, elemi, oakmoss, benzoin, pepper, castoreum add to the mystical black. Fig, patchouli, musk, neroli are present in the background, for when I occasionally smile. The only one in Roja's collection, that I will wear, reservedly for A/W season only. A bold perfume, wear it with caution, would not recommend it for hotter days.

Patience is the key to tame this beastly monster. Not for everyone. Not old-fashioned or obsolete yet! Never clicked with me before the second wearing when I got more than 6 compliments on that same day. Once you start accepting the harsh leather tobacco, spicey animalic that has an austere burning smell you will discover it's uniqueness and hidden manly beauty. An art deco type of vintage scent which makes Bel Ami a boring redundancy and I personally prefer it over M Puredistance. And again, compliment galore! A lot of Roja perfumes are.

A dirty little secret to wear on the skin, once inhaled, you become a slave to its power, compulsively coming back for more . “ Roja Dove “ Fetish ... its sexual and sensual scent : 10 / 10 quality : 10/10 longevity : 9 /10 projection : 9/10 bottle : 10/10 ( parfum ) it is extremely addictive and don’t forget this is not a ‘making love’ perfume , this is the scent of dirty , sweaty sex . one of my favorite fragrances ever 🔥 sex in a bottle ( It’s not worth the price ) ( It’s not for everyone )

I like to think of Fetish, as opposed to Enigma, as a more bold and confident fragrance that is worn as a display of presence. One does not wear this to hide meekly in the corner but to make known that one has arrived on scene. The longevity and sillage is great and as with all RD bottle construction, I find that the misting properties are great, no dripping or spurts but a fine mist that one can find tune. definitely important on scents of a higher price point and of a high potency.

Roja Fetish (2012) - vintage leather - Creative director #rojadove churns-out a leather-forward accord mixed with animalic notes of Civet, spices of Cardamom, Cinnamon, smokey and resinous Labdanum & Elemi under a perceptible cloud of Salty-skin-like Ambergris. Base grounds with Patchouli and Vetiver. As someone who collects and understands a lot of vintagebfragrances, Roja is a great evaluator and his fragrances are rounded and refined. Reminds you of an old well worn jacket.

Great work Roja. It is like leathery cola syrup, and irresistibly hot. I reckon it to be a bit of a flanker of Creation-E(nigma) Pour Homme. Expect someone to ache with longing to smell it on you again, constant reader. If you don't ordinarily enjoy leather fragrances, then I'd recommend seeking out a sample of Fetish Pour Homme.You may achieve an appreciation of leather's subtleties and carnal appeal, being equipped with knowledge of this epitome of the genre.

Wow I'm glad I just got it with a very good price around 270$ specially for a discontinued perfume , it's very nice and classy vintage scent I felt in love with it, can't wait for next winter to get the full experience. If any one want to get a very close experience try xerjoff starlight they are very close I own both of them. But in total I've never smelled something like Fetish before in my life it's that special, just wow.

I have the new reformulation but the vintage paper label bottle is so much more dense and better quality. The vintage version which I had a sample of is very dark, heavy woody, animalic and oh so sexy fragrance that deserves its place in the list of classics. Yes, it is a "version" of Bel Ami and a toned down version of Puredistance M with prominent lime note as the difference compared to the earlier in the opening.

This is my best Roja so far, I didn't like many in the house as they're so pricy but this one really worth it! I bought a used bottle blind buy as a reviewer I trust "RamseytheRam" said it's similar to "Puredistance M no.3" which is one of my fav.s Fetish for me can be even better! I sprayed them both on skin and Fetish performance is way better, it's more sharp and the quality is same! I really love it

I ordered a 5ml sample from Ebay,and spritzed a little on, and WOW,i knew i had to have a full bottle! To me, this is what i think of when i think niche. It's rich,animalic leather with hints of spice. I get the citrus notes in the top but fade very fast.it lasts 10 plus hrs, and projection is good, but not too much. I love this so much, that i bought a backup bottle the very next week!

Had to buy a decant of this. I totally get why men love this stuff. Heavily dark and woodsy, just like everyone wants, without the forest fire notes some comparable fragrances have. Nuanced too, a different base note at every turn after the first 15 minutes. But way too expensive for most of us, especially this year. It's like what they say about cocaine: proof you have too much money.

I'm not here to say this smells like this, that, or another fragrance. I'm just here to say this smells unbelievably good. This fragrance is the opposite of linear and provides the wearer with an actual roller-coaster of an experience. Sadly, this has been discontinued but there is still stock floating around at some of discounters.

LOVE LOVE. Everyone says this cologne smells like sweaty sex. Well... Kinda but it's amazing. $480 USD. Not cheap for a 100ml but worth it if you have the cash. Strictly at night dates and events. This isn't a summer during the day frag. If you have the cash, test then buy it. Roja Dove probably the best in the biz.

Rich dark and resinous amber accord along with lime, laying on a leather sofa from the victorian era. The smell of iron almost takes you back to the industrial revolution. Take a look at Roja Dove himself, look how he dresses and the details on his clothes. This fragrance suits him perfectly. Absolutely love this !

Masterpiece!!! in one word it’s a masterpiece. This one is really a mature, bold scent with loads of notes those can be detectable almost individually and in well order. Blended and well rounded with sheer craftsmanship Projection 9.5/10 Scent Trail 10/10 Longevity 10/10 Those who own it are the luckiest 👍👍👍

This is extremely well blended. You can detect similarities with Enigma by Roja and YSL Tuxedo. Its an alluring scent suitable for dressier formal setting. This leans masculine all the way. Even though I like the smell profile very much but I cannot justify spending the retail price on the small 50ML bottle.

XGR04@ I’m not saying they are the same but for me they are close I think maybe because they sharing some of the same notes but they gave me the same vibes of course without the animalistic notes in Fetish. Also I mentioned that in total I've never smeld something like Fetish before.

This fragrance is turning very fast into an olfactive obsession. Best leather scent around hands down. The dry down is wonderful. Scent: 10/10 Longevity: 10/10 Sillage: 10/10 Cost ratio: 3 Overall: 8.25 Complex and sophisticated it can wear you instead of you wearing it.

Amazing projection, absolute originality. Like most Roja’s, it is blended so well that you can’t describe what you’re truly smelling. The top is bright and citrusy, the mid is creamy and leathery and the base is earthy with a spicy patchouli. Definitely a great scent.

I own both the edp and parfum. Both are excellent, same scent but the difference lies in performance. The parfum lasts longer on my skin (12 hours +), however i find the sillage much better with the edp. A beautiful sexy scent which i am glad to own.

I have both Puredistance M and this and I just don't get the similarities. Fetish is far better in my opinion, it lasts longer and has far better sillage. I love the animalic phase of this then is settles downs and just smells magnificent!

@DEXTER99 I wouldn't say Starlight smells anything like Fetish. It smells like Magenta Tanzanite, more than anything. Fetish is a leathery Chypre, whereas Starlight is more of an Oriental fragrance; they couldn't really be more different!

This is a masterpiece. I don't think it's so dirty at all. It's a warm, sweet and ambery scent, with leather, castoreum, lime and spices. A grown up scent for fuzzy gentlemen. A White iron shirt is required! 10/10

You never hear anyone talk about this, but I gotta say its truly a masterpiece! One of a kind scent that is really intoxicating and dirty in the most sexiest way!

Beh, cosa posso dire... non mi dispiace di aver sprecato €162 per soddisfare la mia curiosità. Quindi, in ordine: 1. Prima di tutto, il più famoso e pubblicizzato profumo di Roja - Diaghilev non assomiglia comunque, a Mitsouko, o a una miscela degli altri profumi di Guerlain, come spesso può essere trovato nei vari recensioni, però, nelle sue note iniziali è leggermente ricorda l'apertura di Vol de Nuit (sotto una forma del profumo puro), solo che Diaghilev, secondo me, sia più debole e con qualche strana amarezza che per fortuna scompare dopo circa un'ora. Anche se in generale non è male, ma non vorrei indossarlo, come non vorrei indossare gli altri 5 di 7 profumi da uomo di Roja che io abbia ricevuto, l'eccezione sarebbe Roja Scandalo pour homme. 2. Nüwa, come si aspettava dalla lista degli ingredienti, puzza francamente di cumino ed è proprio insopportabile. E 'una sorta di soffocante fetore di uomini sudati in una concentrata miscela dell'odore di mandorle. 3. Fetish e Reckless sono buoni comunque, ma poi, come spesso succede coi profumi di Roja, Fetish, secondo me, assomiglia come un gemello a Interlude Man di Amouage, mentre Interlude non costa € 500, ma molto meno. Insomma, Fetish e Reckless sono buoni profumi, ma, come dirlo, sono un puro esempio di "troppo". Sono un sacco di cose di troppo. Per questo, credo, che i ricchi consumatori russi li adorano. 4. Di Enigma e Danger non vorrei nemmeno parlare - sono 2 noiose fragranze legnose. In una parola può descrivere l'arte dei profumi di Roja come le opere nel genere Rococò: sono molto intensi, tutto sempre viene creato in stretta conformità con le leggi della profumeria di lusso, ogni dettaglio è preso in considerazione, ma... è troppo, non è nel posto giusto e in generale sono i soldi sprecati solo per il nome di Roja. Comunque, se un giorno, nonostante questa mia recensione, qualcuno deciderebbe di regalarmi qualche profumo di Dove Roja, allora certamente preferirei Roja Scandal. Quest'ultimo almeno, il più originale e, al tempo stesso, più stabile profumo di tutta la linea maschile. Diaghilev, per esempio, nella sua nuova configurazione si evapora abbastanza presto. Mentre stavo scrivendo questa recensione, i 7 profumi messi in prova sono arrivati alla base della loro piramide olfattiva e ho deciso di aggiungere alla conclusione che tutti loro, tranne Scandal hanno completato la loro trasformazione ad un di tutto normale nota legnosa, come succederebbe anche nel caso della maggior parte degli fragranze maschili ad un prezzo di € 50 per una bottiglia da 100 ml. Perciò, spero che il tempo dedicato a leggere questa mia recensione vi sia passato in modo molto più utile del mio, sprecato per conoscere i lavori di Dove Roja.

EN. This is a general review for all 7 men's fragrances by Dove Roja, which I received from his boutique in Harrods (London) as 2ml pure perfume samples. Well, what can I say about... I'm sorry I wasted $210 just to satisfy my curiosity. So, in order of things: 1 First of all, the most famous and most publicized Dove Roja's perfume - Diaghilev doesn't smell like, Mitsouko, or like a mixture any the other Guerlain's fragrances, as can often be found in the various review here, however, in its initial notes it slightly reminiscences the opening of Vol de Nuit (pure perfume edition), Diaghilev, as to me, is weaker and with some strange bitterness, which fortunately disappears after about an hour. About Enigma and Danger I wouldn't even talk - they are just 2 boring woody fragrances. If I need to describe in one sentence the style of perfumes by Roja I would call the Rococo genre: they are very intense, everything is always created in strict accordance with the laws of luxury perfumery, every detail is taken into consideration, but it's too much, it's not in the right place and in general you wasted your money just for the name and authority of Dove Roja. However, if one day, despite this review, someone would decide to give me a perfume by Roja, I would certainly prefer Scandal by Roja. This one, at least, is the most original and, at the same time, more stable perfume of the whole male line. Diaghilev, for example, in its new configuration evaporates too soon. While I was writing this review, all 7 fragrances are arrived to their olfactory pyramid base and I decided to add in the conclusion that all of them, except Scandal have completed their transformation to a very regular woody note, as happens to the most men's fragrances that cost from $50 to $90 for a bottle of 100 ml. Therefore, I hope that the time you find to read this my review was spent much useful than mine, wasted to discover Dove Roja's perfumery art.

Finally, I feel in dry down , green leather by geranium, while I dont see geranium in the pyramid. . . A noteworthy point in this perfume is the strong leather of this perfume, which, in contrast to other notes, shows only a little flexibility, and the bitter and leathery atmosphere still strongly adheres to other notes. Having the same perfumer that can inadvertently lead to the creation of two similar perfumes with Attar's unique signature. I call this one "great stink". Fetish is a fitting name for this stuff because it really has a dirty stink and sweet combination to it. It starts off as a very pungent animalic scent (castoreum) then the leather creeps in soon after. These are the most permeating notes of this fragrance to my nose. The leather in this scent kind of reminds me of Clive Christian C a little. As this scent begins to dry down, it sweetens with a mixture of fig and floral accords which is the neroli and violet. Basically a castoreum and leather scent, softened by fig and flowers. This isn't my favorite of the Roja dove line but I can't argue the fact that it's quality stuff. Roja never fails to blend things so well even the most clashing of indigents. The way Roja makes his scents truly shows you the art behind the making of perfumes. You know that smell you get from your clothes after you've left them in the washer, wet, too long, and then you dry them with a scented fabric softener? This scent's concept almost has the same composition. This smells almost identical to Puredistance M also made by Roja before he opened his own fragrance line. My advice to the wearer of this scent is to apply it during the colder months. If you want to stink and smell good at the same time then this is your scent. I wouldn't recommend this during the warmer months. I would advise all to be careful with this juice, as it's not for everyone. It can turn people on just as easily as it can turn people off. If you like dirty and sweet then this could be a winner for you. I wouldn't blind buy this, sample this on your skin and see if it works well with your body chemistry. You're natural scent mixed with this could make all the difference. I see ages 35+ for this bad boy. *Projection 10/10 becarful how you apply, it can be unbearable to you and everyone around you if overdone *Longevity 9/10 *Day or night *Fall and winter
