H The Exclusive Parfum Pour Homme

Luxe citrus-woody fougère 🍋🎄 When it comes to an exclusive release there is always high expectations that come with it. And I have to say that ROJA PARFUMS execution on this one is quite exceptional. Today I want to share about limited and exclusive release for Harrods (world's famous department store) called H The Exclusive Pour Homme. This creation take a woody fougère fragrance to the highest level in terms of quality and scent sophistication. Starts with a zesty sparkling bergamot and grapefruit for an uplifting intro wrap around with lemon notes 🍋 giving a unique tartness so it don't feel overly freshy like basic fougère. Lemon notes on my nose can turn out too stingy with its sharpness. Gladly it doesn't happen here. This is the smoothest lemon accord I've experienced. And then to add more uniqueness there is a hint of plum in the heart creating a very happy atmosphere. There's also a subtle leathery feel coming from labdanum that only noticeable when I really pay attention. After a while the woody notes composed by exquisite quality ingredients start to emerge beautifully in the base such as sandalwood and oud (with pure woodines not animalic or skanky whatsoever). Pepper adds touch of spiciness just enough to make it feel mature and sophisticated. Like all Roja's creation there are tons of other notes blended seamlessly creating a complex and luxurious wearing experience. This fougère is meant to be enjoyed all year long but it shines especially in colder season like this time around. As a comparison I can definitely relate it to ROJA Burlington 1819. In my opinion H The Exclusive Pour Homme is a more refined version due to it's smoothness and understated luxury feel. I'm sure 1819 fans will definitely enjoy it too. Both have a different approach while sharing citrucy accords as the main stars that lasting from start to finish. #vscentorientreview

Stopped into Roja's Haute Perfumerie in Harrods and sampled its exclusive fragrance "H pour homme". At first sniff, it's a pure citrus blast. You have to give it a chance to dry down, settle and transform into itself. Right off the top you get straight bergamot, lemon and grapefruit mixed with sandalwood, ambergis and patchouli, which gives it this slightly dry, woody, powdery, mild sweetness. This scent is masculine, through and through. You will smell like you just left the barbershop. It's very modern and gentlemanly. Truly a work art. The more I smell it, the more I love it. Don't expect anything earth-shattering from this, but it will blow your socks off in quality and development. A barber shop usually carries two types of scented after-shaves, Lavender or Lemon. The lavender choice would Roja's "Danger pour homme" and the Lemon option would be Roja's exclusive Harrod's line "H pour homme". If you're looking for something fresh, zesty with a good masculine base, the this is it. Not sure you'll turn heads with this stuff but people will take notice to it quality. This stuff is powerful, if you put too much on you'll smell like bathroom cleaner. A little goes a long way with this stuff. I would say this could be a signature scent. It's an all day everyday option. 24/7 365. I would say the summer would be the peak time to be worn due to its citrusy nature. Ages 21-60. Wow, this is a beautiful pile of sandalwood. Don't be intimidated by the oud. The oud here is not fecal at all, and in fact it's more like a supporting note to add texture to the sandalwood. Also, don't be intimidated by the plum note. The plum here is also just a supporting note that adds a pulpy fruitiness to the mix. At first, I thought it's gonna be all about plum but the main star here is definitely the sandalwood. There's something like rice liquor/sake accord going on too, but the whole profile is surprisingly dry. Needless to say, the quality of the ingredients are amazing.

Wow, I am very pleasantly surprised by this one. It is like a spicy creamy sandalwood scent with plum and citrus. H PPH definietly has similarities with Halfeti but goes in a fresher direction. A stunner!!! Hidden gem to say the least. Damn this is creamy and lovely, addicting af. Usable all year, everytime, any occasion who cares!!

A perfect entry-level Roja Dove creation. Imagine MFK Amyris Homme Extrait with just a hint of humanity. Ok, yeah, Roja send me a bottle of this one too.

Longevity is a little weak but scent and quality is top of the line. Another great fragrance from Roja...Very happy to own a bottle

Lovely aromatic woody chypre style fragrance that exudes a warm subtle masculine glow. The perfume opens with citrusy notes of bergamot, lemon and grapefruit. The brief heart has plum and labdanum. The perfume settles into a powdery woody base of cedar and sandalwood surrounded by hints of vetiver, ambergris, oud, pepper and patchouli. The masculine leaning perfume has moderate sillage and projection and very good longevity. Not one of the best offerings of this house but still miles ahead of the run of the mill niche perfume offerings. Suitable for wear in almost any occasion and anytime, this is a happy and pleasing olfactory experience. Enjoy!

This is Roja's take on the plum and oud DNA. first spritz is a bit weird, the pungent plum and the funky oud combination really can be a bit nauseating at first. but once everything settles down it becomes this elegant and sophisticated and mature sort of scent. Definitely do not get this retail, well you won't be able to since its already discontinued. If you can find this at a good price second hand, i'd say go for it.

a little more mass-appealing than your usual roja-chypre. anybody selling this, dm me

I blind bought this recently. It's not what I expected. When I saw reviews comparing it to Rock Rose and Amyris Extrait, I expected to be wowed. I also thought it would be a warm weather scent. It's really just a plum/oud fragrance, similar to Plum Japonais. There's some citrus on top, but it burns off quickly. I see this more as a cool weather fragrance. Something smells medicinal to me, likely the oud and it lasts the entire life of the fragrance. It performs fairly well. Sorry Roja, it's a dislike. WKC nailed their review. Scent: 6/10 Longevity: 8/10 Projection: 7/10 Price/Performance Ratio: 2/10

بالواقع لست من عشاق عطور روخا بعد عدة تجارب مختلفة ... لكن هذا مختلف قليلا...حمضي البداية وبنهاية عود جميلة ... يصلح لمن يرغب بارتداء عطر عودي باي مكان ... طبعا اول مرة ارتدية اليوم وحصلت على اكثر من اطراء واستفسارات عنه.....الفوحان جيد ، ثبات قوي وخيط عطري متوسط .... Actually, I am not a fan of Roja perfumes after several different experiences ... But this is a little different ... start of beautiful oud end ... Suitable for those who want to wear Oud perfume anywhere ... I wore it couple of times and got many compliments and inquiries About him ..... projection is good, longevity is good and medium versatility ....

A rather boring offering from such a spectacular house. This is nothing more than a mass appealing designer type scent with better ingredients. Don’t get me wrong, this aromatic fougere/woody revolving around the note of plum will be appreciated by those around you but there’s nothing exclusive, unique, or artistic about it. If you love this scent, I recommend getting Milano by Fragrance du Bois. Very similar scents but the FDB is cheaper, 100ml, and has better performance. 6 out of 10 due to lack of originality. Performance is good and versatile as well.

This is a high quality dirty skanky rotting orange which almost makes you wince for the first half hour becoming slightly more woody but never losing that abrasive nostril twitch inducing whiff of unpleasantness (or not according to your taste!) For me this is almost a scrubber but Hermes and Cartier also have there offerings in this genre so there must be some kind of customer demand. Phew. Fragrance: 7/10 all round including quality otherwise 5/10 for smell Projection: 8/10 Longevity: 8/10
