Oceania Parfum

I have had the EDP on my left hand and wrist all day. And the new Parfum on my right hand and wrist all day. In my opinion, in the opening the Parfum is much better in scent, projection and overall quality. The Parfum is richer, sweeter, brighter, louder and better blended than the EDP. All the way through the mid and early dry down, I was actually surprised and a bit disappointed that I liked the Parfum so much. I was hoping that it would feel redundant and unnecessary to a person who already has the EDP. I became worried I would be forced to buy it due to its magnificence. And then the dry down happened ... a subtle cumin/coriander Schweddy Balls smell appeared. I have smelled the same thing in several other popular Roja fragrances, especially Burlington. I don't find it to be sexy, flirty, fun, pleasant, or even neutral. I actually find it to be gross and disgusting, so thankfully, I will not have to buy this Parfum. The BO is very subtle, but it is there, at least for me. It is not there whatsoever in the EDP, so I am happy to stick with my EDP.

okay what..i know this is a new release but this is so perfect people should talk about this, is heaven bottled yes its worth the pricetag yes this is the best fragrancee ever made and ill take that quote to my grave, im gonna glaze this until the end of my days so good 10/10 cant get any better please please get your nose on this,anybody whos hating is stupid take my words on that. The fact that theres only 1 bad review says a lot. i want this to stay underground but at the same time i want this to be famous becuase it deserves it.

i hope i can smell the dry down better, it opens up less "pungently" than the EDP, surprisingly, so its more soothing, calming, and fresh. To me it smells like a crisp sunny day in a memory, if that makes sense, you know when you say "The air seemed to smell different as a child", i think this would've been it, or very close, luxuriously fresh, lasts a lot even in my skin, which somewhy evaporates even the stronger frangrances "quick", but it is expensive, 50 ml and 470 euros... oh well, its worth it, get it if you can.

This is more robust than the transparent and airier now discontinued EDP version. Nearly identical scent DNA but this just somehow feels more refined and luxurious. Obviously they layer really well together. If you got the cash this is the version to buy. A bit redundant if you already own the EDP. An easy 9/10.

I too love this one better that the original EDP. Much better constructed, balanced and fits well in the collection it is in now. Still not aquatic, of course, more like a garden by the seaside kind of imagery. Great performance too!

A much more improved version of the original. It's just smoother, deeper and more complex. The original smells kinda like hand cream to me. This one on the other hand is a proper modern citrus-aromatic fougere. Leans masculine.

I liked, but didn't love, the original. Excited to try this one and see if the amped up quality can make the cut!

Cool bottle but that's about all - smells like.. something else I can't quite remember. It smells like one of those frags you say "nah" to and then try another. It also has some of that "Amazingreen Comme des Garcons" vibe about it (it comes a bit later in the middle) but with a bit more grit/depth to it, a bit more masculine musky layering just underneath the top. I'll be skipping this one. Doesn't smell "oceanic" in any particular way eitiher. It's just perfume. * it's really the Amazingreen smell that I keep getting hit with all day... go smell some and tell me if you agree.

This is unisex but on the more masculine leaning side with the woody citrus notes. I’m glad I tried it on a decant before committing to a bottle because this stuff is expensive! I also either go nose blind very quickly to this or it doesn’t last long on my skin as I feel I have to put my skin to my nose to detect this. Happy to have tried this but may pass it on to one of the boys as I can’t see me reaching for it.

Boy this is gross to my nose! It is super lime-y, with harsh lavender/rosemary follow up. The combination is like the worst of every cheap commercial disinfectant labeled: “New! Fresh Scent!” Like “Fabuloso.” Absolute horror. I think I will casually leave this somewhere and hope it goes to someone who will appreciate it.

Roja stripped the edp from the great florals wich were the most interesting aspects of it. The parfum is just a blue, scratchy and boring if you do not enjoy blue.

Citrus start with lime contrasting soapy lavender, violet and moss. "Air freshener" watery-woody drydown. Fougere, not marine. Usual bonkers price.

not as citrusy as the edp, maybe it smells a drop deeper but in my opinion the edp is a better summer scent. Edit, def better than EDP perfect summer cologne to wear when getting dressed up, citrus lime with bottom notes of Iris.

On me I get a slight curry like smell on the fry down around 3 hours in. Sadly this ruined the experience for me as the opening is so bright and refreshing. Just don’t know why I’m getting the cumin like note.

Tried this in store. Nothing that special really. Gentleman’s style cologne. Decent but wouldn’t drop that kind of money on it. Was told they are discontinuing the original for this just so you guys are aware.

@glyde69: It literally says, in the description of the perfume, that this is a new formulation from the Original Oceania... it looks like you are under group 2 🤭 because you are throwing punches to the air.

For the dumba$$es out there trying to be funny, comparing this to the Trump fragrance.....that just means it smells like WINNING!!!!!

Oh my god they give me samples of their new perfumes and this Oceania is a masterpiece. Amazing quality.

If it smells more like an amped up barbasol shaving cream, i'll take it since it smells divine anyway
