Roja Love

This Fragrance is amazing I am actually in love with it. I thought at the beginning it wouldn't be for me as it was a bit feminine smell from the beginning but it just keeps playing with smells like musical notes and changes as time passes by. I am surprised on how light the notes of the smell is and yet how strong in sillage and longevity it is. It stays on my body for a good 2 days and clothing probably a week. It is very unique smell, it feels like your standing in thin clear water reflected by clouds, while a beautiful breeze of light jasmine and vanilla circling around you like your in heaven.

Why, oh why did I not buy this when I had the chance. When I was at Bergdorf Goodman last year, I was able to sample it and just fell in love with it, no pun intended. It was between this and Diaghilev and I ended up buying Diaghilev. Only 100 bottles were ever made of Love and if I had known that at the time, I would have easily purchased a bottle right then and there. The fragrance is a very special, clean, and fruity fragrance that can be easily be worn all year round. It's nearly impossible to find one now without overpaying for it. If anyone has a bottle or even a decant, please let me know!

An absolutely stunning Oriental chypre composition from the master perfumer. The beautiful perfume opens with notes of luscious bergamot and mandarin. The floral heart reveals a lovely jasmine surrounded by black currant and a luscious peach. The perfume settles into a powdery aromatic musky benzoin base where one can detect orris, patchouli, pepper, cedar and sandalwood. The whole feeling is that of orchards and gardens laden with fruits and flowers. The perfume has a lovely three dimensional effect. Unisex, moderate sillage and good longevity. Pricey and rare, but an absolute essential for his fans. Enjoy!

Dua has a dupe of this, but smells predominantly of white musk.

Love is absolutely indescribably beautiful!!! I get the Bergamot in the beginning along with an orange burst. Once the middle of the perfume begins I experience Peach, Black Currant and what I discern as a beautiful white floral jasmine. The dry down is absolutely amazing where I can experience Musk, Vanilla and Benzoin. I might get a nice wooden smell lightly fading through. This fragrance is now 5 years old. It's unbelievably rare and worth every penny!

This is one of the best and smoothest most beautiful fragrances I've ever worn, and now that my decant only has one more wearing I'm about to cry. WHY did they do this beauty in only 100 bottles?! Mr. Dove, you're killin' me smalls!! Help!
