Much lighter than I expected,however as it warms on the skin the spices develop & intensify.Although the individual spices are not listed,there is a definite hint of nutmeg,which reminds me a little of No.89 by Floris. The longevity is excellent,lasting several hours on my skin on a cool winter evening & well into the night. The sillage is unusual as just when you think it's fading it seems to warm up again in waves.I got many compliments while wearing it! The bottle is amazing but unlike the photo shown above mine is clear glass with a deep red top.I wouldn't recommend standing it on it's cap as shown,as there is "step" cut into the cap which just makes it fall over.Maybe this just another of Mr.Gigli's in-house jokes? A friend commented on this fragrance ;"you smell like sweat,but clean sweat"....

I recently had the pleasure of trying the perfume Laki for Men by Romeo Gigli. It comes in a beautiful red horn bottle that is truly a work of art and makes it look like a talisman or amulet. The fragrance itself is bold and masculine, with top notes of bergamot, basil, and thyme. The middle notes of leather, patchouli, and jasmine give it a touch of warm sophistication. And the base notes of sandalwood, cedar, and musk give it an earthy, woody finish. The scent lasts for a long time and is perfect for any time of day. I especially like it during fall and winter, when it's nice and cozy. Overall, I'm very impressed by Romeo Gigli's Laki for Men. The packaging is truly unique and the scent is just the right blend of notes for a confident gentleman. Highly recommended!

Like a lightened, sweeter and more unisex version of L'Eau d'issey Intense somehow. It's a delicate and subtle scent with very moderate sillage and projection. Could be easily pulled off by women as well. Perfectly suited for the office in my opinion.
