RSX/02: Flaming Dandelion

Lovely, warm scent. Opens with the smoke of a flower being ignited before settling to a soft, lingering flame with just the right amount of sweetness to engulf the smoke without becoming cloying. Linear but in a beneficial way, as it maintains a constant but comforting profile, ideal for if you're gonna be outside a while.

Just a little identifiable dandelion leaf and flower in the opening, then it resolves into soft woodsmoke and (borderline gourmand) toasted marshmallow. Very ambery, cosy and comfortable to wear and totally unisex to my nose. Interesting to read about how it was developed.

The only one I actually liked. It's one of the only two wearable perfumes from this brand(IMO) as most of them are either too smokey, too earthy, too green, and one of them actually smells p!ssy. 😳 It's complex but extremely approachable and wearable. I get mildly "smokey dandelion" anf some patch in the opening. The dry down smells woody, smokey, sweet(almost like burned sugar.) I just thought that the fact that it's the most expensive out of all the rest of the collection(you're only getting 30ml unstead of 50 for the rest of the collection) is a b*tch move lol. It's probably a best-seller, so why not milk it real good! 😄

Sort of a smoky smell and a little spicy in a herbal way maybe. It is a lot more wearable for me compared with the other scents I have tried from Rook. I have worn this to work several times because the scent sits close to my skin and won't give anyone a headache.
