Really interesting fragrance, I think I love it?? Got a free sample of this alongside a purchase of another fragrance and have only started to wear it recently, after I stopped smoking bud. I missed the smell and thought this might bring the sort of vibe I needed. I feel like this fragrance smells different every time I use it — on first and second use, I was getting a lot of cannabis. Today, quite a bit of oregano on first spray which entirely disappeared in the dry-down. I get absolutely no celery, as others in the comments have mentioned. On me, this fragrance gives off subtle cannabis notes with citrus and something peppery that stays through the duration. As others have mentioned, it doesn’t mimic the scent of smoked cannabis, but is certainly reminiscent of a citrusy strain of bud. I’ve definitely smoked weed that smells like this fragrance. The longevity is great, and the sillage is pretty mild, as long as you’re spraying conservatively. I find 1-2 sprays does the trick for me. I get compliments on this every time I wear it, which I found quite surprising, as this is a pretty adventurous fragrance for me. Probably best suited to the warm months, but I’ve been trying this out all through the fall and it never really feels out of place. Love it, will definitely get a travel size when my sample runs out!

i'm pretty new to fragrance in general, and i got a sample of this because i was trying to find something to replace my favorite discontinued oil from a smaller, local brand that was a really simple peach, cannabis, and patchouli blend, and this was really the closest thing i could find (rip). i can't say this really hits the same vibe as that, but it’s honestly even better and i'm so happy to have found it. i can be super sensitive to some woody and spicy notes and often find them heavy and overbearing, but this doesn't bother me even when they come out on the dry down. very fresh, citrusy cannabis when you first spray it which i adore, not skunky or sour at all (though i wouldn't necessarily mind that). as someone who smokes but doesn't grow i'd imagine it's probably more similar to how the plant itself might smell, because i definitely still get the cannabis, but it doesn't smell anything like you've just smoked a joint. someone mentioned nonbinary herbal witch, which feels about right. to me it also reads kind of androgynous rockstar on the road but less sweaty tourbus and more summer festival, a little sexy and mysterious. everyone that has smelled it on me loves it and says it suits me very well, and i'm inclined to agree. full bottle on my wishlist. i <3 you sweet leaf

Contrary to AD80’s comment, I am a woman, and I wear this voluntarily, a lot. For reference, I love realistic greens, herbs, woods, and teas, which not everyone does. This is the fragrance I find myself craving most often, though I didn’t think it would be that to me on first sniff. I love it because it wears linearly, and you get those savory herbaceous notes through the whole wear, whereas a lot of green notes solely exist in the top and then fade away. To me this fragrance smells mostly like an oregano/cannabis accord. I don’t really get grapefruit at all, or jasmine. I do get a little eucalyptus in the opening in a menthol way. I like to pair this scent with a woody base scent so that it feels less “tinny” and top-note heavy, and gives it a little more body. Right now I have a travel size of Apres by Ellis Brooklyn, which on its own is not that remarkable, but I really like to wear them together. To address the cannabis realism debate, no, I don’t think it’s a photorealistic cannabis scent, but I definitely smell a fresh cannabis connotation.

I was blown away. This is a separated–at–birth doppelgänger of Killian’s Smoke for The Soul; my signature (bougie) scent. At half the price, I plan to purchase (at least) two bottles of oh, so Sweet Leaf, an affording that permits my spraying with great(er) abandon. I loathe the smell of skunk weed Devil’s Lettuce. This is *not* that. This is bright, verdant and juicy freshness. Clear, crisp and classically—almost soapily—clean. Squeaky. Squeezed for you grapefruit, muddled (in only the best way) with eucalyptus and the greenest of earthy, herbaceous greens. Cannabis? Ok, sure...whatever man...I’m just trippin’ on how damned much I love this iteration, and the O.G! It just gives me all of the olfactory feels...and it’s so very welcomed by this weary dude. I’m not easily enamoured, let alone enraptured by new scents so, it’s frightening similarities to one of my ride–or–die’s (very short-list) is a fortuitously, boreal-ly grounding intervention; right at the end of such an up in the (dark) air period. I’ve seen people concerned about the cannabis notes on other platforms, but like other reviewers have noted it’s not a realistic cannabis smell, but it’s an overall green experience, to its great benefit. Nothing skunky. I can see where this scent is polarizing, but for those that really do like earthy, herbal smells, this perfume is definitely worth a try. This is on my whole bottle wish list. It’s kind of powerful, so probably not the best choice for workplace or anywhere low key. This is a good going out smell, or sitting at home smell. The grapefruit note doesn’t make it super fruity, just brings out a nice tartness in the earthy green tones

The labyrinthine debate on this platform about the realism of cannabis notes in Sweet Leaf summarily misses the point. This perfume smells like being high. It is an olfactory trip. It is heady and green, it is weirdly cooling yet warm. I can smell this all around me all day. Like being trapped in a Lewis Carroll novel, except I am both Alice and the white rabbit simultaneously. It is sinuous and suggestive but beneath the surface is a cache of lost innocence. This is a perfume to wear when you want to smell more like a feeling than an object. Stop overthinking it and enjoy the ride.

I have tried multiple fragrances with cannabis in them so far. -Fragrance du bois: Cannabis intense -Fragrance du bois: Cannabis blue -La via del profumo: Hindu Kush -Nasomatto: Black Afgano all of them left me disappointed. none of them smelled anything like cannabis (that fresh bud sticky smell left on your fingers after grinding) in the least. Sweet Leaf is the first to actually, legitimately smell of cannabis. and it is very lovely combined with the citrus notes. stoner, and dispensary employee approved cannabis scent.

I sprayed this fragrance in a room 1015 store and oh boy was it an experience. As soon as I sprayed this I was hit with the hard weed note which instantly made me made geeked. I proceeded to jump onto the front counter and drink the fragrance which ultimately ended in disaster. Many bottles were smashed and I now have a court case coming up. 9/10 fragrance highly recommend.

Mugler Cologne 2001 & Tom Ford Oud Wood had a baby. Its name is Sweet Leaf, final answer. There is nothing “sweet” to my nose at all. Oud Wood is to Comet cleanser as Sweet Leaf is to...Listerine. Awesome dry down, at least on me. I see no reason why not to wear it any season. No woman would ever wear this voluntarily! 0 and I mean 0 cannabis but still fire🔥 9.2/10

If you like green scents, give this a try. The cannabis is subtle, and I get a lot green herbs and tomato leaf, with the pungency of grapefruit giving an approximation of the devils lettuce. My all time favorite green scent is Sisley’s classic Eau de Campagne. This is feels more modern and gritty, less pastoral, but just as lush with greenery.

Wow!!!!! I love this! It brightened my mood immediately. I definitely would buy a full bottle of this one. It is striking and green, and even though I typically don't go for green fragrances, this one is green in a way that I very much enjoy. I love the eucalyptus and weed combo. It is really wonderful.

I've been on a kick recently of trying perfumes with a prominent cannabis note, and this was the clear winner. I do think this gives the impression of sticky, unsmoked bud - it's herbaceous and deep green. To my surprise, it softens into a sweet, cool jasmine skin scent.

i fell in love with the sample i got. it is cannabis heavy, which isnt for everyone but i found it divine. it lives up to the name, cannabis with a sweet floral twist. it lasted for my entire shift as a butcher, which always impresses me lol.

smells like a foggy crack of dawn morning in a seaside forest . the description is pretty accurate with the roadtrip part . will be wearing this forever . my whole family loved it . only problem is that it doesnt really seem to last long .

I find this to be angelica heavy, but it's also a very fresh aromatic citrusy bud scent. Alone it is nice and can be easily paired. Great for spring and love it on a casual day.

I love this and it last long on clothes. This smells nothing like marijuana. This smells like putting camphor on, outside in the woods while someone far away is burning leaves.

A handful of fresh wild herbs, collected on a cool dewy spring morning, sliced with a sharp knife. Very green, juicy, wild.

The best Cannabis scent in the market!! WoW!!! Highly recommend!

This smells like weed but not smoked weed. Its closer to smelling like the bud. In fact, even blunt sprays have this same type of smell that mimics one facet of marijuana. So, it has parts that do smell like cannabis but it’s also missing the necessary stuff to have someone mistaking you for handling actual weed. It’s also quite savory almost like oregano. Sweet Leaf reminds me a lot of Prada Infusion de Vetiver; however, the Prada does not hit true cannabis territory. It just hints at it. The notes listed on the Room 1015 website are the following: Top note: Grapefruit, Eucalyptus Heart note: Cannabis, Angelica Root, Turpentine Base note: Jasmin, Cashmeran Wood, Patchouli I feel like I can smell all of the notes especially the turpentine and grapefruit rind. To me it smells more like cannabis when it dries down than when I first sprayed it. Overall, I think the average person would not suspect cannabis as a note. It’s just herbal and fresh. I feel like I’m at an art studio painting citrus fruits in a bowl and forgetting to turn the vent on. The biggest thing missing is the sweetness. A lot of herbal or dried plants have a distinct soft sweetness. I just don’t get any with Sweet Leaf.

Definitely a unique fragrance. This one, I feel, is all about the dry down. Sure, you get the big blast of dank cannabis at first, but it's quite strong and the herbaceous tone is a bit harsh. Intriguing, but harsh. Once it dries down, though, it becomes quite lovely. I saw someone call it a patchouli bomb. Well, yes and no. There is definitely a distinct patchouli base but its softened with some lovely jasmine. It's not an overly complex base, but its a nice one. Now for the bad part. The performance on this one is very poor. While the opening is loud and maybe even aggressive, it stops projecting in about 30-45 minutes and it becomes a total skin scent by the time you hit the hour mark. There are no musks, ambers, or anything else to make this stuff last. Its a shame, really, especially for what is supposed to be an eau de parfum concentration. This is pretty upsetting since the dry-down is so nice.

This is a very interesting perfume. It is not really my cup of tea and therefore I think I would not go for a while bottle one I finish my sample. However I am really wnjoying wearing It. Although It has more notes for me cannabis is the main note here, but in a very weareable and pleasant Way. This gives to the fragrance a very Green and a bit Smoky and incensed character. The eucaliptus is Also perceptible and gives the Woody vibe to the mix, apporting a bit mentolated touch as well. The rest of notes close the fragrance, perfect for daytime during not very Hot seasons. As I have said I probably dont want to smell like this but for those Who like this type of scents is a great ootion, with High quality, not very overwhelming and fairly priced. On my first spray, I just laughed (literally) to myself... It's 1988. I'm smoking in the boys dorm with my then-boyfriend and his roomie. The guys are burning some weird grapefruit incense they bought at the flea market to try to mask the pot smell from the RA. Pink Floyd is on, Comfortably Numb... this smells exactly like that. What a great memory, love how scent can do that. I have plenty of perfumes that mask my personal marijuana smell, as a grown up now and a legal cannabis grower. Picked up a purse sized sample and doubt I'll wear it out of the house much. But it's super fun, I truly enjoy a good "perfume experience." Update... sometimes it definitely smells more *oregano* than cannabis, which seemed less obvious to me when first reviewing. And the eucalyptus note is sometimes just out of *nowhere.

I think it’s actually really well blended which I can’t say that for a lot of cannabis fragrances. The opening is really beautiful especially with the jasmine, angelica and grapefruit morphing and floating around. I find it to get a little more challenging in the drydown where heavy eucalyptus emerges with kind of an oregano/bay leaf feel to it. The funniest thing is that there is absolutely no cannabis note or smoke in this which is what I was expecting the most. To me this is pretty much just a unique and great take on a green fragrance. I find it to have some approximations to king cobra or Coven. If you you like those try this! Going to test on skin to see if it’s full bottle worthy :) Update: not full bottle worthy :( Dry down became more camphoric and herbaceous

On first snif it was a bit of a disappointment as this really doesn't smell like cannabis to me. I thought "wow this smells so herbal it's almost medicinal but not the medicine I like to use". Turns out this perfume is actually quite addictive to me! There is a juiciness at its core that keeps me coming back. I don't know if I'm getting lavender from it, or if it's just addictive in the same way lavender essential oil is addictive to me? It also has a sweetish bitterness that really reminds me of valerian tea, only the positive parts of that smell, not the farty aspects. Think very cool nonbinary witch opens up their herbal tea cabinet and makes you a custom blend to soothe all your woes. I love it love it!

Grabbed the 10ml after a brief side-quest to find a perfume with a weed note similar to the one in Hayley Williams' limited edition candle "Sanctuary" (and also to commemorate a recent trip to the Bay area). This bears only a loose resemblance but has the same comforting, vaguely sweet, chillout effect. Overall green, tangy, herb-garden-esque. Minimal longevity, even as a skin scent, so very much lives in the "just for fun" category. I'm told it also smells exactly like a plant that grows by a campsite just outside Yosemite, so that was a nice unexpected local connection!

this smells exactly like a cannabis plant but a citrusy strain, it's not skunky at all. i'd imagine to most people it would come across as green, fresh, and herbal, and the citrus is very pungent almost coming across as a little spicy. in my head i've renamed this "pot farmer's daughter"--the past couple summers, my dad raised a few cannabis plants [legally]. he also completely lost his sense of smell from covid, and it never returned. this scent totally reminds me of him asking me to describe what his plants smell like!

Personally I’m undecided on this one... So its definitely, unmistakably a citrusy, fresh, green sticky bowl of MJ, minus the smoke. Regardless of your feelings about Cannabis, this is a remarkable combination of notes; the middle is creamy, slightly leathery and less “weed”, and more grapefruit and jasmine. If you can’t get past the initial scent/top notes/cannabis, you won’t smell the beauty in the other notes... in the end it’s a subtly bitter citrusy, lightly sweet white floral.

As someone who recently quit smoking, I'm finding this a surprising satisfaction. I think for a lot of regular smokers the ritual of crushing and rolling is just as much a part of the experience as the high. That smell, that lingers on your fingers, is what remains in the drydown of a pleasant citrus freshie opening. It puts a smile on my face. I think this will go a long way to give me the strength to keep going with my abstention

its more citrus heavy, the weed is more in the background. Like if you started cutting up grapefruit in a frat house the day after a party. I was most excited to try this one out of the discovery set, but i probably wont be buying a full bottle. Edit: Ok i think the scent is growing on me, but the longevity is TERRIBLE I put it on in the morning, took 1 hour to get to school, and you could hardly even tell i put anything on!

Opens up with an eucalyptus-cannabis-grapefruit blast (in this particular order). Aedes de Venustas is its more cultivated and sophisticated auntie. The cannabis note fades in about ten minutes leaving me with a very PC citrus-herbal-camphory scent. Appropriately, correctly assembled cannabis fougere. Yesterday’s stoner is now washed, combed, having a job and is accepted member of society. Liking it 🌱🙂

Comforting, in the dry down. It surprised me - at first I thought it would drag my memory back to my stoner days, and maybe it does, but that’s subtle. I live in unisex fragrances, and this hits. Also, it has a sexy quality, so subtle, but a touch of a rough and playful bar hookup with an emotionally unavailable friend. Familiar but evasive. Will wear for bedtime, shows, dives, and second dates.

This has a powerful celery smell to me, with a bit of oregano behind it. Not really what I want to smell like, but not really unpleasant. Not for me. EDIT: This has weirdly grown on me. The herbal, celery smell is still there, but it combines really well with sunblock and sweat so it's become a go-to on the weekends for me this summer.

Really lovely. At the beginning it's a grapefruit bomb that after about 30 minutes mellows into a stylized sticky bud smell that is not realistic (as I had hoped-- I wanted it to smell like weed) but nevertheless gives off the vibe in a wearable way. Very yummy, green and spicy. <3 Cannabis is definitely a note but I don't think it's obvious. Quite strong but when applied in moderation my friends said they could only smell it within arms' reach. Clean but still earthy. 2.5ml for 5 euro right now is just right for my budget.

Ever seen Black Sabbath live? This is what it smells like. Yes, you're expecting cannabis, but what you get is the smell of a thousand joints that have been lit then snubbed in dirt, fading into a cloud of ozonic faux-fog and wrapped in well-worn leather jackets.

got a sample of this and cherry punk and fell in love with both of them. while being cannabis heavy, it's not too potent or in your face, a really delightful laid back scent that smells exactly like weed without being synthetic or overpowering

Extremely realistic cannabis with a little touch of mint thrown in for good measure. Fresh and herby. I wouldnt wear this when going through customs at an airport. Decent performance.

Nice Smells like pine needles, Definitely smell the cannabis in it, and a little bit fruity. Really stands out, whether that’s in a good or bad way will be different for everyone.

Review based on a sample-sized bottle from the Room 1015 discovery set. As several comments have pointed out before, this is not a photorealistic cannabis perfume, but the accord is undoubtedly there. It's not skunky per se, but a note of patchouli in the base lends it a little bit of funk. I see this primarily as a eucalyptus scent, which dominates the whole time, initially with a mentholated blast. It develops medicinal, green and slightly bitter, with a touch of resin that makes itself known in the drydown. Sweetness rather absent, leans masculine to me.

This scent is strong to the point of being overpowering upon first spray. It initially smells smokey, herbal, and definitely cannabis-like, but it dries down to a spicy scent I enjoy. I was disappointed that I couldn't smell and grapefruit or jasmine. I have to layer this with another perfume on top because the initial scent is too much to go out with (or even to on smell myself.) Its good for adding some complexity to other scents because of the strong spice, but it's too one-note to wear on its own.

this scent absolutely needs to be stronger to really make any sort of impact... it's fresh and green with an undercurrent of skunky heaviness (it doesn't actually smell like weed, but very gently emulates it). unfortunately, it wears off very quickly :( after maybe twenty minutes, it's barely noticeable even when trying to get a close, big whiff of it. from the brief time the scent actually stayed on me, i really enjoyed it. just wish it were stronger and more long-lasting.

I really dislike cannabis notes in perfumery. They're never true to the smell of the growing plant - humid, heavy and green. Nor are there any scents that convey a true to life sense of smoked marijuana. Therefore I tend to assume this impression is loosely thrown in for marketing purposes. This fragrance is a heavily mentholated fougere which dries down to a dry, floral and eucalypts scent. Nothing revolutionary here.

Photorealistic DUI; I'd not allow someone in my vehicle if they were wearing this fragrance. Smells like you were getting blazed and made a poor attempt to cover the smell with an air freshener. I don't hate it, I just don't know why anyone would go out of their way to smell like that. EDIT: apparently, my cousin is the "anyone" who would go out of their way to smell like that.

You know, I don't think this is working for me. The sort of fruity-herbal fresh-funk of a cannabis bud is there, but on me it only lasted about five minutes. Then it sort of just became patchouli bomb. I loved that top note of grapefruit, and I was hoping the herbal notes would stick around a lot longer.

Wow, I get straight up weed with this. Seems like different people get different scents, and some don’t even get weed at all, but for me that is 100% what it smells like. I don’t really get any of the other notes. It’s interesting but do I want to smell like this? Probably not.

I don't get weed at all. It's zingy and green, not too unpleasant on the nose, almost athletic in a way? Smells like fresh sweat, if that makes any sense. Definitely not my kind of scent, but I didn't run to wash it off. I'll probably gift my sample to someone else.

I like how long-lasting this is but it's a little too masculine for me! i prefer to layer it with a sweeter scent.
