A Capella

A Capella by Roos & Roos is a delightfully done perfume for the rose lover. The rose is freshly blooming, pink, fresh. The supporting green notes are crisp, almost citrusy. And the white wood is dry and ultra clean. Longevity is moderate, about four or five hours on skin. Similarly projection is light. I don’t mind though - I prefer a perfume with a gentle presence. I find this fragrance really chic. A Capella, as the name might suggest, doesn’t need a symphony of notes to create something lovely and pleasing to the scenes. It’s not trying to be bold. It’s is a subtle composition. An effortlessly well done fragrance I plan to enjoy.

This perfume is for the "rose lovers". Clean, delicate, romantic, a natural rose scent. Very simple with rose, rose and rose. Perfect for spring, more for women. With Ivy, a touch of green, very fresh. I do not smell the base of wood. I recommend for open space. It is similar to "à la rose" of the Maison Francis Kurkdjian, but less expensive! 7/10, I will wear it during spring

I agree with it smelling like Rosa Gallica by Brecourt, but I prefer the ebony wood in that, as this is lighter and more airy. As beautiful, naturalistic and delicate of a rose that this is, it’s just a bit too light and becomes a very wishy-washy rose on me, like a rose water toner.

It's very pretty, uplifting and fresh. The rose is obviously the main star, but the ivy and woody notes help to keep it in a natural, green, sphere instead of becoming a powder bomb. Definitely smells of freshly rained on rose garden on a dewy spring morning.

Crips and fresh - rose, greenery, dry wood. It is linear, with all the notes always present. Very refreshing and uplifting. Lasts and lasts. Very nice. Perfect for summer.

A very simple rose soliflore. Certainly very pleasant, though hardly breaking new ground.

Fresh rose perfume. Pretty but quite boring if you ask me. Lasting power is weak on me.

Very strong and clear smell of roses

This perfume is beautiful. It's clean and has great staying power. Definitely a summer perfume, I personally wouldn't wear in winter. The notes I smell are exactly as listed Rose, Ivy and White Woods, nothing complicated about this lovely frangrance. I only own two Roos & Roos A Capella and Bloody Rose both masterpieces. Who would of thought less notes the better.

I Like it. It's remind me Rosa Gallica Brecourt, but more soft. It's not sweet but pepper and green. It's a romantic and screatching rose. Also good for an elegant man.

god this is just stunning. A light rose grounded by the subtle woodiness and a little fresh and green underneath. not powerful at all very understated but so beautiful

To me this is similar to Perfumers’ Workshop Tea Rose or Paul Smith rose, just a clear, strong, pink rose scent. It lasts a long time and projects.
