I am surprised to see this house mentioned here, I did not expect it so let's start, Rose Kazan originally was a flower shop but eventually they shifted into perfumery. I have been buying and using their fragrances for the past 10 years and I can say that whatever recognition they have, they are still underappreciated. They have so many niche quality fragrances at prices that are quite baffling. The quality of the bottle, juice, the glass, the atomiser all speak for themselves. 2nd December is not a mass appealing scent, nor is it a blind buy safe, it is for those people who can handle Oud, and by Oud I mean a LOT of oud. Paired with amber it has a very distinct resinous like sweetness to it with that touch of citrus that gives it an airiness. The leather acts like a vessel that elevates the amber. Sounds overwhelming and is for many people but anyone who is into powerhouses will appreciate and understand this. It is a very unique scent profile that works well in pretty much any situation, though I would suggest spraying it in colder weather to not choke someone out. The performance is spectacular, there are not many fragrances that keep projecting despite you going to bed and waking up. This is one of them. This is easily something which can last anywhere from 12-18+ hours depending on your location, skin chemistry, application and routine. Overall, I am very glad to see that this house has made an impact to be mentioned here and I urge people to give them a try, they have some intriguing scents catered to various tastes.
