When I bought this fragrance, I was looking for a scent for everyday use, but I chose a niche option that turned out to be quite complex to wear. I never regretted my choice for a second — the fragrance is incredibly beautiful and unusual, and I like it a lot. Upon the first application in the store, it seemed fresh, citrusy, and watery-musk, somewhat reminiscent of Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana. However, with subsequent uses, I found no further similarities. After a week of wearing it, I can confidently say that I don't perceive this fragrance as marine. For me, it is associated with the center of a big city. The scent reminds me of an open window on the 75th floor of a glass skyscraper. There’s a lot of ozone and sterility in the fragrance, creating the feeling that lightning is about to strike, while the air rising from the lower floors is infused with heated metal and concrete. There’s a sense of modern minerality. The salt is not very prominent; it makes the fragrance even more 'lifeless.' The citrus notes are scrubbed to the point of being unrecognizable and don't resemble real citrus fruits; rather, they feel like something out of a laboratory. Sometimes, in the middle of the scent, I hear sterile gauze bandages. The fragrance is cold and very clean — an otherworldly purity. In the base, there’s a clean and fluffy musk that slightly softens the sharp woody notes and spices, allowing the fragrance to maintain its lightness throughout its wear. I can't pinpoint specific spices, but there's something that adds a sparkle and sharpness to the base. The technical characteristics are good: the fragrance leaves a trail and projects within arm's reach for up to 4 hours, and it lasts on the skin for up to 10 hours, even after a shower

Opens very dewy with a citrus support, but then a very forward neutral marine aquatic accord comes, that has a ozonic, salty edge, in that order of intensity. The water becomes more intimately familiar, a bit more metallic (possibly some nondescript type of spice), and more salty. The metallic edge is tamed by the mild woodsy notes, as they seem to tame each other out since the woods here is particularly difficult for me to pinpoint. As a whole, a smooth saltwater marine scent, that has a salty skin-like accord fabricated in the aforementioned manner. I liked perfumes like Ganymede for featuring the metallic facet, but I preferred it to match something a bit more intimately familiar—the way the notes are done here is something I LOVE. It’s somewhat in the same vein as Dark Ride by Xyrena but in purely a salty marine-skin sense, while having just enough ozone to materialize this profile. @Farrque provides an almost picture-perfect alternative interpretation of this frag, but it's not dirty like Dark Ride by Xyrena. Personally, I prefer this over Concrete Lightning by DSDurga. + 1 * Aquatic -> -- A favorite olfactory expression by Rosendo Mateu.

If you want to smell like the ocean that's the choice. It reminds me of some Bvlgari fragrances, especially Aqva and similar, but this is kinda better imo. I loved Bvlgari fragrances when i was younger, today I'm more gourmand oriented but, for those who wants blu marine perfumes this is a great choice!

I was fine with this one until my husband remarked that I smelled a bit like an old moldy towel...and that definitely put me off. I don't think it smells THAT bad, but the aquatic nature of the scent, plus the fact that it's not really sweet or herbal or anything else...I can see how we get to old towels. It's kind of just an aquatic, and an absence of anything else. It's ok, it's not off-putting to me personally, but I don't love it out of all men's aquatics.

Smells like walking along the beach on a cool brisk day. Very ozonic, fresh, mineral scent. Liked it more in store than once i brought it home. Smells nice but the way fresh air smells nice. Not worth the price point for me. I'd honestly rather wear Azzaro Chrome. Smells similar but better. And much cheaper and actually pulls compliments.

Saline beast, very white-blue in hue with a distinct non-nostalgic locker room scent. Arguably the worst category in perfume in my opinion but this one does have some reedeming qualities. The borderline realistic impression of mineralic ambergris along with the dry woody spiciness and a soft muskiness is honestly quite pleasant. It doesn’t save the perfume from being a big no but it may be a fantastic scent for lovers of the genre.

Ocean breeze and bright sunlight. I am reminded of Bvlgari Aqua amara and aqua Divina. I have those (well my husband has Amara) and I feel a mix of both scents in this fragrance, but adorned with a stronger dose of musk. It has great projection. I think I prefer this scent on a man.
