Oh wow. I adore this. I knew I would, considering the notes. At first I only smelled Sandalwood, which is funny since that is not a listed note. On second whiff I definitely smell that mysterious Juniper and gaiac and incense combo I knew I would be a fan of. I can see this is easily going to be a new favorite.

Oh my God this one is wonderful! Smell like true trees, resin. Never had such a natural woody fragrance before. The only bad thing about it is that it sits very close to the skin. Longievity is also poor.

This does smell a little like Gucci Rush but i think this a dead ringer for Susanne Lang Tamboti Wood. This is a one tier fragrance which includes a Nestle cocoa nuance with creamy wood and a pinch of spice. Not a complicated fragrance at all. It gives about 5 hours of longevity and small to moderate sillage. This is the epitome of a blind buy, signature scent and a layering-type of fragrance.

Light and airy, with some whisps of benzoin and spice AND vetiver (that no one has mentioned, not sure why) .. but a whisper. Reminds me of airy synths from the likes of Phaedon. It is very pleasant, and warming; definitely a goer. Grab a bottle and have a spritz, 30 mins before you are with company as the silage and stay is not overnight.

Hmmm, a lot of people in Europe have been comparing Silvan by Rouge Bunny Rouge to the discontinued Gucci Rush for men.. Rush is one of my all time favorites.. Now can anyone else confirm this? Is this worth persuing if you already own CDG Wonderwood which is somewhat similar to Rush?

Sorry, this is just diluted cashmeran in a pretty bottle. I'm all for synthetics if they are used in a balanced composition but there's no composition here. Nice, but depressing

This is a good one for guys who like abstract faint politically correct fragrances from brands like Le Labo or CB I Hate Perfume.

And again the juniper ruins this for me. Otherwise lovely woodsy spicy smoky scent.
