The notes here on fragrantica are a joke. And so are the comments that say it's a generic department store level fragrance. Here's from the official website: Top Notes: Bergamot, apricot, cassis, star anise, elderberry, rhubarb Heart Notes: White flowers, absolute jasmine sambac, absolute damask rose, absolute Turkish rose, magnolia, absolute florentine iris Base Notes: Patchouli, white musk, sandal mysore, cedar wood, gurium, absolute vanilla Madacascar Beware: the anise note is STRONG.

A delicately pretty but rather non-distinct fragrance. I find it to be very feminine...fruity florals supported by sugary vanilla. It is the type of fragrance I could see being sold in a department store. I was rather surprised at the cost of a full bottle because this fragrance isn't very memorable, doesn't have strong projection, and isn't very long-lasting. So while it's delicately gorgeous, I can't imagine justifying $200+ for it. As a side note, Fragrantica notes are very incomplete for this perfurme.

I just bought Royal Crown’s Catherine from Fragrance.net and I regret buying it especially for over $300. I don’t get fruity at all no peaches no berries just powdery vanilla sugar with a hint of wood. As I continuously wear it on my wrist it keeps growing on me. I can’t stop sniffing my wrist. It smells like this is what my wrist is supposed to smell like. Like a sweet vampire kiss, I can’t explain it. I think I love this perfume. Definitely isn’t a usual perfume I would get because I bought it blindly because the notes said fruity and peaches. As the scents fades from my wrist I can say, this perfume is okay but overpriced. Powdery, vanilla, and a tiny tiny pinch of spicy wood.

This smells a lot like Gucci Rush. At first spray, it was so familiar to me, but I couldn't figure out why. I just figured it out- it's Gucci Rush. They share many of the same notes such as peach, freesia, and vanilla. Rush has a coriander note, and I swear this does too, even though it's not in the official note pyramid here. I don't like Rush, and I don't like this, even though I so wanted to because my name is Catherine and my birthstone is sapphire, so this perfume is me all over (the surface anyway.) Anyway, if you like Rush, I think you would like this a lot.

I would agree with the below review. Seems like anything the house has put out since 2020 is more toned back, and less natural. Overall it’s a pretty fragrance but I can agree this one maybe over priced. But the bottle is beautiful this is one of the royal crowns that I believe they totally missed the mark on. They should have turned up the fruit and floral aspects. Instead they toned it all down to allow the sandalwood and light vanilla to shine through. I understand why Antonio built it this way, but he should have ampt up the top notes for more impact.

At first spray I get a blast of pineapple. Five minutes later there’s peach, freesia, damask rose and blackcurrant - sharp sweet. Few minutes later Jasmin kicks in and makes the scent tiny bit less sweet, warmer and a tad softer with vanilla in the background. Because of first spray the impression I got straightaway was ‘this reminds me of Ananas Fizz by L’Artisan’, however as the scent develops on my skin it’s like nothing I smelled before. It’s distinct and interesting, equally strong fruity and floral (freesia jasmin) Definitely try before you buy.

Beautiful fruity floral. The black currant is so beautiful and animalic; you can smell the natural jasmine&rose. The dry down is magical this radiates of the skin all day with beautiful wafts of vanilla and sandalwood. Reminds me a lot of Roja dove reckless per femme; with all the musk removed.

Yep, this smells like a softer version of Gucci Rush- sweet orange and red fruits, heady white florals and the metallic bitterness of crushed pills. Still gives me a headache like the OG and not to my taste. Decent longevity and moderate projection.

Pretty fruity floral but something about it gives me a sense of melancholy. Like a longing for something I don't remember. Maybe its just me.
