Rose Masquat

This is the perfect rose, IMO. It's not a thick, dark, velvety rose, but definitely nowhere near that thin, early morning English garden/tea rose (the only genre I, a rose lover, actually dislike).. Anyone who is hesitant when it comes to rose fragrances should try this. It just may change the way you think about rose.. This one is definitely sharp, as the previous reviewer described. The roses dominate, and I suppose what makes it stand out is how beautifully the other florals are blended into the fragrance. I do sense the citrus, fruits sandalwood and saffron in the background. I love the sharpness... This is undoubtedly the best rose fragrance I have encountered, very modern, very classy, totally unisex, just perfect.

This is nice. A fresh green rose, which is dewy and sweet at the same time. A must try for all of the rose lovers. This is feminine. I don’t see how a man can pull this one off. A great signature scent that can be worn day or evening for a rose lover. The longevity is average on clothes, but after about 30 or 40 minutes the projection becomes more close to the body, but still able to catch the whiffs with movement. I would not be mad if I would get this as a gift.

Beautiful fruity Rose scent with terrible (talking 40 mins) longevity. The melon note is a prominent and may be reminiscent of some VS body mist but it's been taken several notches higher and made more sophisticated. A clean modern take on Rose with a wispy salty facet.

I was hoping I’d love this as I adore rose. On the strip it’s lovely, it’s a spicy, soapy rose with a salty, almost aquatic and ocean-like background thanks to the ambergris. But on my skin at least, the watery melon takes over and the entire fragrance fades away very quickly. I don’t manage to enjoy any of the exciting base notes of ebony, sandalwood, oud or the ambergris. On my skin, it’s a watery melon rose scent. (On the strip it’s still lovely, so I’m disappointed).
