There is not as much black pepper or grapefruit as people make it out to be. In fact, those notes can be omitted from the olfactory pyramid, and nobody would bat an eye. It is floral, just exceptionally great smelling florals. It reminds me of reflection man a bit, but way less heady, no jasmine ylang. Waxy creamy lemony tinged florals, possibly from the magnolia. It smells of exceptional quality, but it's another fresh laundry smell. Seems like this house loves to use a huge dose of high quality musk as the base, which is very apparent in the drydown. I love it, but for those who want to be challenged, look elsewhere. For those who want to smell great and love magnolia scented detergent, it is here to impress! Great longevity, modest sillage, 4 seasons certified! Those who come into your arms length scent bubble will love the way you smell. It is without a doubt a people pleaser!

The dry down smells like Xerjoff Opera. If you want something quality, this is what to go for. I absolutely adore this. It’s my second favorite from this brand

Another beautiful scent from Royal Crown

Tzar does remind me of Opera by Xerjoff, which I already have. Both perfume have this waxy heady quality to it. However the resemblance comes in the middle. This perfume is long lasting with moderate to strong projection for the first one and a half hour and then it sits a little closer to the skin. Interesting fragrance, but redundant to purchase if already have Xerjoff Opera. Another aspect may be that I am testing this in August on a pretty warm day and I think this may smell way better in cooler weather. Will give it an another go once the weather cools a bit.

the first 5 minutes of this caused me a lot of regret...thoughts like: "why do i continue to blind buy expensive fragrances?" and "how many times does this have to happen before i learn my lesson?". those first 5 minutes are quite disgusting...a powdery/floral thing that smells like a soiled hospital gown. In fleeting whiffs, it smells nice. But if you take a concentrated - intentional inhalation, it smells putrid. There's a bit of a rotten smell in this. Now - you might say: "well you said the first 5 minutes was garbage...but what about the rest." Ahh! good point, fellow enthusiast. The rest is also garbage. Fermented piss with flower petals and arsenic dropped into the yellow pool of jenkhem. In terms of gender: not for humans. In terms of season: apocalypse age: post mortem Alright...i'll try to get serious here. It's not the worst scent i've ever smelled. Probably not even my worst blind buy. Do i like it? Nay. Would i recommend it to another man? Nay. It is strange...powdered/peppery vetiver floral. If that doesn't sound appealing to you...well...it's because it's not appealing. As one of my comrades below mentioned - maybe it's the magnolia note? Maybe i simply don't know what magnolia smells like - and now that i've had a taste, I wish hell would rein down upon me. Could be. With that said - i'm thoroughly turned off by this frankenstein abomination of rot. I can't recall feeling this offended since i smelled Amouage Myths Man (which ironically - also has a really cool bottle). Is it the coolest looking bottle in my collection? Aye. 2/10

This is the fragrance that taught me that I hate the magnolia note. High quality, well crafted, I just hate that note which is unfortunate. On the flipside if you love magnolias you're gonna love this!

This was a complete surprise for me. I hadn’t heard much about the brand, and this wasn’t something I was looking for—it was more of a personal discovery. But once I tried it, it just clicked. It’s incredibly well blended. Smooth, composed, and intentional. Nothing sticks out, everything just works together. It has presence, but it’s not loud. It sits close, feels comfortable, and comes across in a really inviting way. There’s a quiet confidence to it that reminds me of the feeling I get from Gris Charnel. Not in scent, but in how it carries. The kind of fragrance that makes someone lean in and ask, “what is that?” What surprised me most is how wearable it is. This doesn’t feel like a “special occasion only” scent. I could easily see this as an everyday fragrance, something you reach for without overthinking it. For me, this was a hidden gem. Didn’t expect it, but it fits.

I just received this Fragrance and although it does, remind me of opera by xerjoff, in no way, does it smell the same. Except for a fleeting moment in the opening. I’m going to put it away for a couple months. And see if the Fragrance evolves. I will update when I revisit it. Right now it just reminds me of root beer with nutmeg. And yes, I bought it from the authentic website. I don’t purchase from discount sites because I have received fake too many times.

Lovely, opens peppery grapefruit, quite woody on the dry down. I’d say leaning more masculine, I’d love my man to smell like that. Well blended and the smell is quite soft, for somebody who doesn’t like strong perfumes but wants to smell good :)

Similar to Gris Charnel and Gentle Fluidity silver. It’s smoky with a heavy vetiver. Very masculine in my opinion but very sexy.

Beautiful long lasting spicy oriental perfume. Smells identical to xerjoff opera but more natural ❤️ 👑
