Ytzma

This is a LOVE for me! Incredibly smooth, soft, luxurious, leather. Yes, this is leather a la Tom Ford style, but many levels and degrees beyond that, so much more elevated. Obviously, if you love, like, and tolerate leather, this is going to be a hit for you. If you don't like leather but are open to it and want to explore it, this might be a very good [and expensive] option. If you don't like it, don't want it, don't care for it, no way no how, then this is not for you. It opens up with a warm semi-spicy & semi-sweet apricot-like scent with a faint leather-ish note in the background. This leather note/accord/feeling/vibe, to me, is the star and everything around it supports it, softens it, and rounds it. It keeps getting better and better and more polished as it develops. It's never sharp or edgy. Stellar fragrance. In terms of gender, it really depends on your style. I think it has the perception of something more masculine just because most women [not all] tend to shy away from these deep sensual scents, but if you can appreciate the artistry and sophistication of this, gender can go to hell. 10 out of 10 for me. Period!

When I first got this it smelled amazing I thought it was different and then I bought PDM the godolphin OMG AND THEN I SMELL TOM FORD TUSCAN LEATHER just a little nerd rage going on regular people won't be able to tell a difference plain and simple if you wear this PDM or Tom Ford you're going to smell the same Royal crown is a little more Fuller to the nose but in the air it's the same unfortunately this was $500 and I wish I would have shut my dick off before I bought it if I wouldn't have known I could have got PDM which I did and instantly got angry however it still smells good as hell I usually layer it cuz it doesn't last as long as PDM so I'll wear them both kind of

This fragrance is the scent that Yzma from Emperor's New Groove would wear, it's a fragrance for one of the women who are one of the men. This smells like the exact scent of the bottom of my mother's luxury purse in the 2000's. It smells like mint gum melted at the bottom of a leather purse with lipstick at the bottom, with the core of the scent being a sweet perfume that spilled at the bottom that ties everything together. It literally is the EXACT scent of what I just described. I will say that after a while it does smell like a hot breath of mint gum in a way that only the nichest of niche would appreciate, which I most certainly detested. As far as lasting power, it has a great sillage - when I walk and then pause, the smell catches back up with me and I can smell it radiating off my shirt, I'd say projection is a foot or so, lasts a working day. At first you're going to be like - I can't smell it and get annoyed like I did, I had to spray maybe 5-10 times and waited a few minutes and then it was hard for me to miss the scent. After spending some time with this fragrance I regret purchasing it, happy it wasn't full price purchase but $225 was a loss for me of a fragrance I will likely not wear alone. I have found a way to wear this and not gag, and if I use this as a base fragrance and spray Guerlain's Angelique Noir... it is otherworldly, it's like the base that was missing from Angelique the whole time. I'd go for their safest offerings like Sultan, the more obscure scents from this house look pretty on a shelf but not for long-term wear.

Closer to Kilian Royal Leather than Tuscan Leather imho. Same dry tannin and nutty like woodiness. Dry and no raspberry or the like, such as in TL. Very nice, I prefer it to Tuscan Leather but don't like it as much as Royal Leather which really takes this nutty dry leather feeling to a deeper level. This one does have a nice tobacco element though, which others might prefer. Thumbs up.

This a very spicy fragrance. I do not smell much tobacco, dried fruits, or orange in this, but I do smell plenary of spices. I find this masculine leaning and do believe that this would smell incredible on a man during cool weather. The longevity and sillage are average.

I won this together with Tabac Royal and the female Noor fragrances, and though it was a nice smell, I prefer Tabac Royal (which I loved) over this one. Still a nice scent, but not something I would get as the Tabac Royal would probably be my option to buy.

This is the smoky/spicy versión of erba pura

This smells like a smoker's cough If Yzma from The Emperors New Groove developed a nicotine habit then a gambling problem, I'm a million percent sure that this us what she'd smell like.

Ytzma opens with an earthy and spicy landscape, vast and sunny, reminiscent of Tom Ford's vision of Tuscany. Here the illusion of leather seems to be created by the seamless blending of pepper with nutmeg, geranium, vetiver, tobacco and patchouli; much fresher illustrated here though with the ambergris providing a feel of salty air and the citrus notes providing vigor. A very sensual floral-green bouquet glorifies the impression with soft violet leafs, creamy ylang and heliotrope, magnolia, sweet and luminous peach Antonio does so well, and the rose. For the gents that enjoy floral oriental bouquets a la Britannia or No 1 the heart of Ytzma is another most fabulous example of floresque masculinity. The underscoring base is dark and earthy in its juxtaposition to the bright elements - and at times animalic, wild and sensual through castoreum, tobacco and ambergris Ytzma unfolds as a multifaceted olfactory journey before it decides to settle into a long chypre-influenced oriental dry down. A very dynamic, highly complex and noble scent by one of my favourite houses.

Ytzma is an oriental scent chypre woody balsamic leather spicy fruity animalic floral; with a brief and slightly citrus opening, it is above all a warm, woody, leathery, spicy, creamy, fruity perfume with an ever-present and pungent Burma 'Oud' signature of the House, and with the milky woody creaminess of Indian sandalwood making its presence felt along with citrus, spices and especially very striking dried fruits. Its floral portion arrives with a diverse and discreet but noticeable bouquet, it remains slightly tabbed and during the evolution on the way to drying it begins to become vanilla and a very prominent leather accord appears. An animalic facet of castoreum in the background makes the fragrance even more manly. It is an intense, dense, vigorous and very tasty chypre. Bombastic Performance!

This one is more like a leather dried fruit scent with some dark slightly rancid scene. i sniff saffron, tobacco, dried fruits, nutmeg, and few sour notes, and i believe it's the citrus mixage. It's not a unique blend to be honest, i have smell something not really similar but something near that. It's not a sweet fragrance, it's more like a leathery with hints of sweets to soften the blend.

Beast mode super long lasting oriental stunning masterpiece. It’s simply and absolutely stunning the bottle the cap the fragrance 20/10. Can’t wait to try habanos now! This ytzma has something in it that is bright dark and seductive all at the same time it’s like a kaleidoscope of olfactory pleasures anyone who compares this to that Tom ford ***** has no nose

Bombastic spicy fruity leather. Beautiful but a beast of a scent. It reminds me of Daim Blond but amplified and energized, it has more fruit, more leather, and the woody notes also provide significant substance. I like this a lot.

So many elements for such a soothing subtle scent, especially for an oud fragrance. Honestly the shining star in this is the tobacco. I loved the blend of florals with the smoke. truly intriguing.

Smells soooo good! I don't smell much oud, thank goodness! Sweet spices, soft leather. Clean, nice!
