Tarea 2011

I love this one. my friends say it reminds them of an old lady, but I see it as a sporty active fragrance. so if you wanna work hard and smell good at the same time, tarea is for you. it's based on the active lifestyle of a sporty teen girl (that's what the roster at rue21 says). so I highly recommend it to anyone who is active in sports.

I have the entire Rue 21 perfume collection and this is my favorite! It is a nice floral–fruity fragrance.

It's a good nighttime perfume. I enjoy it.

It opens as a fruity, but not too sweet, scent. As it dries and sits on the skin for a while, it becomes purely vanilla/caramel to my nose - and very sweet. I like it, though I was pretty surprised at the huge difference between the initial spray and the dry down; it's amazing that such a difference comes from the same perfume. Also, it's staying power is pretty good compared to other Rue 21 fragrances. I don't feel like I have to re-apply it all the time, so that's good too. **Update** I'm not sure how it's so different, but every time I've worn Tarea since my initial review, it is not super sweet. Maybe it's the different environment I wear it in now. This scent has very much changed to my nose. I still like it though: it still has the fruit and vanilla and caramel, but I'm not sure how to effectively describe it yet. (I'll come back later and edit again.) It is a Rue 21 scent with more "backbone" than the others. It's not as good for mixing with other Rue 21 scents like they're designed to do -- at least, I haven't tried one that mixes really well with it yet. Etc and TwentyOne Black are okay mixers, but Tarea seems to "fight" them somewhat. Best when worn alone.

gross. had to give it away to my sister. sprayed once, thinking it was tarea 2005, NO SIMILARITIES very warm, very sugary, candied, heavy, i think it's waaaayyy too overdone. cheap.

I hate this perfume...it smells so cheap and almost like plastic

Got this perfume for Christmas. I am so happy I discovered this perfume. I am a sucker for light and airy scents , and this is perfect. it is a little strong when you first apply it , but once you move around and are exposed to the wind, it should lighten up. but you only really need a few sprays. I think this is more of a nighttime perfume , but I would most likely repurchase myself. would smell good on most people , so a good present.

I have this and surprisingly it's very sophisticated. I don't wear it much because i feel to "grown-up and 40 year old woman-ish" When I wear it. When I smell it I get viva la juicy mixed with kim kardashian's gold mixed and some sinful sugar by material girl in a mash up. It's interesting but not for anyone under the age of 16 in my opinion( i'd even say 20)

good juice for the price! Similar to Polo Big Pony Pink..
