Kham-Sin

A slightly spicy blast of orange to begin with that slowly fades away to tonka bean and amber. Not overly sweet even if it may seem so, petitgrain keeps it on the dry and serious side. It melts nicely on my skin and has a lovely calming effect. Wonderfull cozy scent. I honestly do not understand why Salle Privee makes a point of their perfume line being designed for men. The juice is lovely and not lamberjack masculine and i am going to wear it whenever I like. I've tried the whole line and everything is perfectly unisex.

Really warm and seductive scent that is absolutely gorgeous in my humble opinion. I think it deserves so much more attention than it does at this moment. About the price? WAY too high!

I really liked this one, but this is certainly not a unisex fragrance (it's incredibly feminine - IMO of course). I would love to smell this on a woman at pretty much any occasion, be it work, a date or private time. I found it quite sweet but at the same time not overwhelming, nicely balanced by some spicy elements. 7.5/10

Only mandarin/orange and tonka, no signs of chocolate, thyme or violet. Generic fresh fruity deodorant and any clone of OldSpice or basic drugstore shampoo can do this level of "perfumery". This is nowhere near niche perfumery levels but price of 220 EUR ? Joking?! Poor longevity, though moderate sillage. After 2 hours you need to search for it on skin or you have tu put at least 5 splashes and reaply multiple times a day if you dont want to end with flat sweet tonka powdery lactonic scent of drugstore aisle. I dont see a target group of this attempt and I see it more as an additional sale of a designer boutique with an unjustified price.

Absolutely amazing perfume, addictive, and seductive! Kham-sin is such a nice warm perfume, sexy in a sensual way, totally unisex in my opinion, and perfect on men who like a bit gourmandish, silky perfumes. The perfume is soooo smooth, it totally depicts the name of perfume Kham-sin - it's like a blast of the wind, but on the contrary very mysterious, soft, and alluring. It's just gorgeous. Although it has tonka and chocolate it doesn't feel to sweet, it's has a nice elegant gourmand feeling, perfect combination with amber note. If you stumble upon this brand Salle Privee, definitely check this out!

Worth mentioning that the nose for this fragrance was Tanya Deurloo, a fantastic nose also trained as a chemist and operating out of her studio in Amsterdam.
