Neroli & Basil

This was my favorite mist out of the line, and I'm not a basil fan. It basically smells like a watery clean lemon peel with a slight herbal touch from the basil. It's not a floral perfume. More like a spa scent. It's fresh, so you could wear it on a hot summer day. Tried this at Sephora. Smell: 9 out of 10 Strength: 5 out of 10 Unisex, leaning slightly feminine

I have the lotion and body wash, my favorite scent from the brand. Fresh kitchen garden scent - basil forward, then citrus and other vegetal notes. Honestly, the best bottled basil scent I've smelled thus far. Captures the freshness perfectly. Green, high summer, yet relaxing like a spa. Body wash and lotion are not overpowering and easy to wear. Comforting.

Agreed 100% that it's about time this was added! I love, love, love this body spray. This and their Oud+Rose are my favorites in the line. It has zero longevity, but what do you expect from a body mist? The scent is divine and it just makes me happy. Triggers something in my brain that is the perfect pick me up.

The basil is refreshing and the neroli is bright and charming. Smells sophisticated but relaxed. I think the strength is excellent - one good spray is noticeable but subtle. Makes me think of water and gardens.

Really obsessed with this one, fresh, green, zesty, energetic and very lovely, more into the masculine side but very unisex!

I have it as a deodorant. Smells just like basil picked fresh from the garden. I'm obsessed.

I love the way this perfume smells - I wore it all throughout my summer vacation in Italy. It’s fresh, herbal, and somewhat spa-like, amazing for hot weather. Smells like if you took a good shower to get ready for a very fancy dinner on a summer evening and put on crisp white pants, and while your hair was still wet you went into the garden and took a big whiff from the basil bush. Perfectly unisex imo. Unfortunately it fades very quickly.

It’s about time this was added. This is a very pleasing, summery, herbal fragrance. It feels modern and fresh and not too dissimilar to Bergamot & Hinoki. The opening, mid, and base notes are all present, and honestly feel like they hit all at once rather than in sequential order. The shiso and basil, to me, invoke Thai basil and makes me think of pho soup.

Very herbal, calming, natural. I bought the deodorant at a spa in Victoria. That's the perfect description of this scent, spa like. Green and calm.

Not sure if the store had a bad batch or what... smells like wet clay. Legitimately just a ball of wet, grey, art class clay sitting on a plastic sheet.

Didn’t like this at all. Not a good mixture of notes. Made me feel sick. Very herbal. 🫩

I tried this first in the deodorant, from a gift set given to me. First reaction was : "love love love! The neroli is rich and pretty without being heavy and the basil is fresh cut and very clear. It’s basil forward. Tuberose and lavender don’t show as themselves, but instead blend as a background note that adds a sweet floral hint to the bergamot and gives this a playful underbelly. Mostly I get herbal fresh basil greeness lightened and sweetened by the florals. So very very pretty. I adore this. Wearing the deo again and yes, it’s a true love. I just adore this one. Green neroli sweet candy herbal nip...win win win." HOWEVER, the body mist is not nearly as nice as the deodorant and body wash. Not sure why, maybe it’s thinner? And there’s a hint of scream in the back. The body spray is just thinner, sharper, less defined and lacking in the nuanced, gorgeous layers, coming across almost like scented hairspray. So very disappointed with the body spray. And it doesn't last at all,. The deodorant scent lasts all day but the body spray is gone so fast.

I wear the lotion and deodorant all the time. In the heat this is gorgeous. I get wafts of this honeyed neroli with the green herbs being secondary. I assume the tuberose is making the neroli feel so creamy and kind of sweet. And I’m obsessed with the way it smells when I go swimming. The water mixed with the fresh scent of green herbs and white floral nectar is amazing!

I have the body lotion. The scent I expect will become more popular as there is a trend happening of vegetal garden scents. The lotion is light in fragrance and smells like you can smell herbs and florals from distant gardens. Although much lighter in fragrance it reminds me of my Jo Malone poppy & barley. It's nice.

This scent is absolutely delicious and I would definitely use it so much over the summer but it lasts a combined of 30 seconds on me. Longevity is practically non existent unfortunately. A very crisp and clean citrus scent nevertheless. 7/10 purely due to the horrendous longevity

This is Salt and Stone's best scent, hands down
