Santal Bloom

omfg, this is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOOOOOOD! Warm, fresh, light, sexy, clean, deep - I'm gonna break my cardinal rule with this but I feel like it could work in every season - and from looking at other reviews I'm not alone in this belief. I rotate all my fragrances - when the seasons change, the old stuff gets put away and the current season comes out of hiding - but this is gonna sit on my dresser all year. I have the body oil, butter, and body spray. Layering all three is perfection and I really can't wait to layer pieces of this with other scents/products. I also think this has the perfect amount of sillage and longevity. The OCD in me now wants to try every Saltair fragrance....

went into Ulta for a brow pencil and ended up sniffing this and had to buy it smells EXACTLY like morroconoil hair mask like fresh out of the shower after luxurious hair products scent super clean fresh and lightly sweet i LOVE it and so does my boyfriend i walked in wearing it hes like OOOO IS THAT COLOGNE U SMELL GOOD ASF i can def see how this is gender neutral

I love that it’s a creamy dry sandalwood that isn’t attempting to copy Santal 33. It’s quite lovely and layers well with vanilla scents( as well as Santal 33 and its endless dupe options). I wonder if they’ve changed the formula along with the bottle, however. My bottle is from 2022 and is aluminum. Hopefully the formula and longevity are still the same.

This is one of my favorite body sprays of all time!! And this projects so well and last even longer on clothes! Smells like clean laundry fresh out the dryer. Just perfect for a bed time scent. The whole line scent is consistent! I love this company and I love how the ingredients aren’t harmful either. I love layering this with Mojave Ghost.

I was looking for a new body mist line since I decided to move away from BBW mists due to some of their practices. I stumbled upon Saltair and the Santal Bloom is my absolute favorite!!!!! I’m wearing it to bed, the gym, anywhere I want to smell light, fresh, clean & musky. I am definitely a fan of every body mist I’ve tried from this line!

Doesn’t last super long, but great smell and composition for a body spray. I have the 8 ounce bottle and it’s lasted me over a year.

I'm on the fence about this fragrance. I absolutely loved it in store, but after wearing it for about a week my opinion has changed. when you first put it on, you get a lot of the woody sandalwood and amber notes, however after drying down it is a very musk-heavy scent. For lack of a better description, it smells like a man's armpit. not necessarily BO, but there is a sweaty quality to it that emerges alongside the woodsy notes that I just can't get over. otherwise, its a clean smelling scent that pairs well with vanilla fragrances, especially very sweet ones as that helps counteract the masculine vibes of this fragrance. Very long lasting as well.

I LOVE this fragrance. It smells clean, slightly long lasting for a body mist, and it's not too much amber. But sadly.. it kinda smells like spit if I smell it really really really close on my skin. Everyone else says they don't smell any type of spit scent on me. So it's just me I guess😭. But I'm a sucker for sandalwood, so I do really love this. And other people say it smells great on me. But the spit scent..😔

I really liked the scent of this spray, though it gave me a headache. So I think next time I will spray sparingly and maybe that will help.

I wanted to love this but it smells almost sour in a way. It smells luxurious but also cheap in a way. Very soapy and clean but in a warm way. I don't think its a bad smell or perfume its just def not for me. The more I smell it the more I dislike it.

I felt like i kept smelling mildew ... i think it’s this :( very animalistic/musky smelling to me

Update (6/22/26) - It just went on sale at target for 40% off + 20% off for veterans so I am repurchasing it along with a bunch of others to 're-try". My tastes have changed in the last few months and I've learned to apricate scent profiles. I recall being super off & on with this so I'm thinking this might be a good one to use to layer. I'll come back after I get it! There seems to be something in all the 'Saltair" body sprays (the ones I have) that gives a weird salty sweaty smell... It's hard to describe but reading below I think other people are getting it too. It's like, it smells good and you're thinking 'Ya, this is the one!" but then something hits you (almost in the back of the throat) that is off putting. Maybe it's their particular musk DNA or the 'saltiness' they are trying to incorporate but it's coming off kinda harsh & danky? The thing is I keep going back to it... I keep smelling it... my brain is super confused. I kinda hate it, but I think I kinda like it? It's the same thing with 'Salt Water Vanilla - but I LOVE "Golden Hour" although it does have the ever so slightness of dank - but it's good in Golden Hour! I AM SO CONFUSED!!!

Sooooo good for layering!! An amazing, tried-and-true sweet, sandalwood scent to have on hand. It has such a wide appeal, I have gotten my sister and friends (who all have different scent profile preferences) hooked on this because it’s so versatile. It holds well on clothes, so I love when I put it on my pajamas and can smell it when I wake up. For the size of the bottle....amazing value $$$ OMG

Its nice, floral soap type of clean smell with a woody base. This is for you if you want to smell like a literal classic white bar soap. I might get this later its very fresh, im just likeing different scent profiles at the moment.

I love this line! These bath products are the perfect companions for many sandalwood fragrances. For example, EL Sensuous, TF Santal Blush, Samsara etc. Sandalwood makes me feel calm and centered.

It smells like armpits to me. I loved it the first couple of times but then something happened and it’s smells like an armpit that got a little sweaty but there’s a nice deodorant on it

Lotion version smells like horrible soap and dirt. Unusable
