Signorina Ribelle

Sugary, velvety vanilla & coconut ice-cream~ Sultry, sophisticated yet delectably gourmand~ All wrapped up in an adorable, tastefully adorned bottle~ The opening of 'Ribelle' reminiscent of 'Amo Ferragamo' (but not the same) with a burst of mandarin orange. The pink pepper is faint, but still adds just a pinch of spiciness. Oh, how I wish there was a higher dose of this amazing opening! Within 5 minutes the scent quickly settles into super-creamy sweet yellow florals on my skin, overpowering the opening. So incredibly delicious though! After 1 hour 'Ribelle' transforms into a pleasantly whipped, buttery vanilla ice-cream with coconut milk. I can see why people are reminded of 'Black Opium' because there is a distinct weight & elegance to this fragrance. To me this isn't a cold or icy vanilla at all: rather thick, warm and seductive. 'Ribelle''s smooth, rich characteristic is also comparable to 'Girl of Now' by Elie Saab, but I like this one soooo much more. This oozes femininity! Projection is FANTASTIC for 1-2 hours, prepare to waft around the room with your frangipani vanilla cream goodness! From there it gradually drops down to a skin scent. Longevity is so-so. 4th hour 'Ribelle' still remains on my skin, but very faint / skin scent. I love how this isn't synthetic or sickeningly sweet and still retains sophistication signature to Salvatore Ferragamo. For me this is a perfect summer-to-fall transition fragrance or something to wear on a cool summer night, as I can imagine this being slightly cloying for mega-hot daytime weather on my skin. This is a dreamy number (hehe reviewer underneath :D ). Worthy of being permanent in my collection. Beautifully blended, flirty, scrumptious and classy. Love love love.

What a charming scent. A dream gift for a young female, surely. I am, however, no longer a teenager but it is so well done that it is timeless and not juvenile so it fits also me well. It is such a subtle and intricate sweet cloud that invites overspraying, which has plus points, especially in winter. I used 2 sprays near my ears, neck hairline, a cloud on my hair and on my dress two sprays and I am just enjoying a fluffy, delicious cloud without any side-effects, without it being too much, without risk of getting into a car and feeling bad due to too strong perfumes. In a way, a lot of Italians share this feature. It is a hot country after all, and their scents surely need to be subtle enough and yet present. It is not easy to describe the notes. The scent is perfectly blended into a new sensation out of the notes. The vanilla ice cream is tempered by pink pepper and frangipani. Ylang adds milky notes, too. Mandarin and coconut add refreshing, fruity feel. It feels luxurious and pampered. The bottle is gorgeous in color, style and shape. It gave me joy when I first tested it, but now, winter time, and after overspraying to my heart delight I am so satisfied with the scent that I am changing to love. It is a new love for me. Given the performance and scent profile, Ribelle should be perfect for any season and occasion, it is so well done. I clearly felt it for 8 hours and in the morning the drydown still lingers on my wrist and clothes.

Oh my goodness I LOVE this perfume!!! It was love at first sniff for me:) I've had other Ferragamo perfumes but none from this line before. I was watching a lot of perfume reviews about the original Signorina and from there, I learned about Ribelle. All the notes sounded intriguing to me, especially the ice cream and coconut notes and after reading all the other reviews, it sounded like something I wanted to try out. This fragrance is so beautiful, sweet, feminine, smooth and well blended, nothing harsh at all, not heavy, artificial or cloying. I don't agree with the description that this is an "amber floral" and I'm so glad I didn't let that deter me from purchasing because I'm not a big fan of amber. I don't get the pink pepper or citrus but I don't mind because I'm here for the ice cream note. This isn't a beachy tropical kind of coconut fragrance, but a delectably yummy, creamy, deliciously sweet and sexy coconut-vanilla dessert kind of fragrance. I've had it on for over 8 hours now and I can't stop smelling my arm. I'm so happy with this perfume and I can tell it's going to be one of my favorites :) The bottle is also very beautiful and looks perfect on my vanity:) So so happy it's in my collection! :)

Ohhhh, I love this so much. 😍 Signorina Ribelle is so soft and feminine and that ice-cream note is playful and addictive. This is my first Salvatore Ferragamo perfume, and I'm not disappointed at all. (Dammit, now I want to try them all!) It was a really difficult decision choosing which one to try first, but this gorgeous pink coloured bottle really stood out for me. The presentation is classy and pleasing and this would make a lovely gift. Opening blast for me is coconut and vanilla ice cream with hits of frangipani and pink pepper. This is sweet without being sickly and feminine without being too cloying in the warmer weather. It's so fun and delicious without being overbearing. I love coconut in perfumes and this one is so dessert like and yummy! More gourmand than a beachy fragrance in my opinion, but I can see myself wearing this for Spring and Summer, maybe early Fall. Ribelle for me is a feel-good scent. Date night walking along the pier at sunset in a pink dress and lip gloss kinda perfume. It just makes me feel so lifted and flirtatious. I absolutely love it. ❤️

Such a nice fluffy scent for summer. I am a coconut sucker and I bought this lil magenta flacon just for basking in the glory of the tropical sun. Well it doesn't exactly live up to that kinda desired vibe since miss.coconut prefers to take a backseat here. Does it make me like it less? Nope. Signorina not-in-the-least Ribelle is a soft lovely bouquet of tiare and ylang ylang grounded in vanilla-soaked woods. Creamy woodsy vanillic florals with moderate sweetness. This frag can be fitted into the gourmand category as well, but it's a demure gourmand haha. Doesn't indulge and all. Ice cream can be evoked thanks to the power of suggestion.
