Signorina

Yummy. This is a blind buy which I just got like an hour ago. This was such a steal. It's cheap $45 more or less. I bought the 100ml tester without the cap. Damn it's lovely. Real good quality, and love at the first sniff. The first spritz reminded me of a Nina Ricci perfume I used to have 10 years ago (I forgot which one, but it had an almost similar shape of bottle with this perfume sans the bow). The difference is the Nina Ricci one as I remember smelled mature and reminded me of my rich aunt (lol). Signorina is more all age appropriate, not too mature, not too teenage-ish, just perfect. It's also very versatile and sophisticated. What comes to mind when wearing this is a picture of a pretty, playful but kind rich girl. She's genuine and fun yet she has other side of her that have yet to be discovered, like who knows, maybe she can be strict, maybe she can be mysterious or alluring (I wonder if other Signorina flankers would be able to describe this other side of her). Does that even make sense? Lol I could smell soft whipped cream, slightly sweet in the perfect amount, banana? It's probably the pannacotta. I detected a hint of rose but it's just there at the background, making sure that everything is well balanced. There are also Jasmine which is a little stronger than the rose, and I think peonies. There's also Red Currant that give it that slight fruitiness to it. I don't know yet about the dry down, sillage, performance or projection. Gotta wear it a few days before I could have my final say. But so far, it is much better than La Vie Est Belle L'eclat, or Tresor Midnight Rose that I currently have. I feel like I have found my perfume–I guess we'll see. I'll update in a couple days UPDATE: It's more than a couple of days now and all I can say is that sillage not good, performance not good, it's an intimate fragrance that sits on your skin. I could be applying 5 sprays in the morning yet I feel the need to touch up after lunch. Just can't smell it anymore after 4h. I don't need the whole room to smell like me, but all I wanted is sillage, a trail of my fragrance if I pass around. You won't get that with Signorina. Still, a pretty perfume. It's safe and sophisticated, I found myself reaching for this more than everything else these days

It's just plain stupid how addicting this is! My first spray of this blind buy (I knew I'd at LEAST like it) was strong peony, which is sharp, but I love it, AND cedar (pencil shavings). I thought this was a nice spring scent! Thennnnn....I got this weird (different and unknown)scent and kept sniffing. Ohhhhh, THIS is the panacotta, YEP! It takes about a half hour before this is totally panacotta...nothing else! To me, this is like a perfect Britney Spears Fantasy Intimate Edition, which by the way, fell short of joy for me. You can wear one or the other in like situations. Myself, I will always choose this! The bottle is beautiful to me. SO sparkly, as if the liquid is inside of liquid. It makes me want to turn and turn this, like a snow globe. If there were glitter OR snow inside, I wouldn't love it as much, but it has that effect. Oh and the SPRAYER. It's a good one! Whoa! It's the lightest I've ever owned. It's not even a "spray", it's FOG. I thought I'd have to spray a million times....NOPE! This scent packs some serious "I gotcha covered". It is substantial in every way. It lasts hours upon hours! I was sure it was going to be fleeting but, it just got stronger and stronger, beautiful wafts when I move, and it's sheer. It's a force field. You can't detect it. It just seeps into your senses. THIS is BLIND BUY. THIS is worth ten blind buys gone bad. I will never NOT blind buy, just because of scents like this. So very few turn out bad for me. It's kinda fun, because when they ARE bad, they are SO terribly bad, it's funny and makes me laugh! It's fun for conversation. I'm bad, I like a good bashing party once in awhile! My friends are like me. We can bash each others scents, and run outta the room gagging! We can all laugh at ourselves! But I'm afraid this scent won't send anyone running! I may be Miss POP-u-larity....just this once!

Signorina is such a beautiful and feminine scent. The first 2-4 sprays, my first thought was "holy pink pepper!" cuz it was a blast of sharpness and then dried down to something I couldn't identify. A few minutes later I could smell the florals which were initially strong and I couldn't smell any of the pannacotta which was what I was mainly interested in so I was a bit disappointed. I had a bit of regret with this purchase but remembered what some people had said about letting the perfume rest after being in transit in the mail, and so I tried it again this morning and what a difference that made. With this spray, it was sooo soft and creamy and I could finally smell the soft sweetness of the pannacotta :) It was so beautiful, I couldn't stop smelling my arm:) I don't smell the pink pepper as strongly anymore, and it's a lovely balance of sheer florals, mild berries with the sweet pannacotta. Although it's described as a fruity floral, I don't quite get a lot of juicy fruit, say compared to the Escada scents. It's more of a subtle sophisticated fruity touch with the red currants. In terms of sweetness, if Ribelle were a 10, Signorina would be a 6-7, so more subdued, but still noticeably sweet. Around the 3-4 hour mark it's a skin scent but I don't mind. I love that this is a soft, creamy, classy, feminine scent. It's not a loud, in your face kind of perfume which I appreciate and prefer. Ferragamo knows what they're doing when it comes to their perfumes and it's probably my favorite perfume house. I have Incanto Dreams, Incanto Charms, Signorina Ribelle, Signorina Misteriosa and now the original Signorina. Something in their perfumes just works really well with my nose and skin chemistry. It's super feminine, elegant, classy and ladylike and I would feel comfortable wearing this in any setting.

I just got Signorina, and I love it! To my nose, it's like a gentle, more wearable, slightly more gourmand -- but not too much (I'm more of a floral girl) -- version of Givenchy Eaudemoiselle. I get the pepper and the rose, the freshness of peony, and just a little sweetness from the panacotta (interesting to me that so many people smelled that the MOST; I don't, but that's not a bad thing); I get zero patchouli, but a patchouli perfume to me, as a patchouli fiend, is Reminiscence Patchouli and the like. Signorina is not a big projector nor is it strong enough to make a big statement or overwhelm in the heat; it just seems like a lovely feminine perfume that you could wear day or night, in hot or cold weather, I think. Also, if you really enjoy the peppery rose + fresh peony aspect of Signorina (though from the reviews, it seems that the peppery aspect of this fragrance is difficult for many...), check out Eaudemoiselle which kind of pushes this aspect to an extreme but, to my nose, is very elegant, if somewhat uncompromising. As for Signorina, I think it's really pretty, versatile, and easy to wear. I actually had a flanker of Signorina called "Signorina Limited Edition" -- a mirrored bottle in a red box -- but I didn't like it; I just got a lot of cedar. I'm not sure if that particular version is even on Fragrantica; what I've found just seems like the notes are wrong... But, in spite of my disappointment with that one, I'd heard that the original was so good that I decided to get a partial bottle off Mercari -- and I'm so glad I did! I hope to always have this in my collection. <3

Signorina is so addictive. I tested this fragrance over three days, I always had to run to the department store before work and after work to try it again and again. At first I thought Signorina was an extra sweet and quite linear gourmet, and I still liked it. But after the second try I noticed that it's more than that and seems to change in different weather- and skin conditions. The panna cotta note is the main note, though. It is very sweet, but doesn't smell cheap or sickly. I always get the impression that this panna cotta is dusted with cocoa powder (as opposed to drizzled with caramel or berry sauce). A dry kind of sweetness mixed with milkyness and creamyness. It definitely does smell like a panna cotta and not just any random vanilla note. There is a very faint chocolaty note, especially in the drydown, maybe this comes from the patchouli, that I otherwise don't notice. In the beginning, the red currants are also strong. They're tart, but quite sweet, too, sour berries dipped in sugar. Rose and especially peony make a big appeareance from the beginning to the end. They break through the sweetness and make the fragrance more sophisticated and fresh. Pink pepper is barely there on my skin, just a hint. I like Signorina a lot and moved it to my wishlist. While it is very gourmand, sweet and longlasting on my skin, it's also delicate and not overwhelming, through the florals and the creamyness. I didn't even want to like this, but I can't help it.

This is a very unique, classy, and beautiful fragrance. I tried two other Salvatore Ferragamo fragrances, and they were pretty, but not my personal taste, so I returned them. However this fragrance was an instant love. It just smells so good! With panacotta, you would imagine this to be a super sugary dessert fragrance, but the sweetness is subtle. Done with a light hand, but not so subtle that you cannot smell it. For me, the panacotta is the main note. I get the hint of red currant, and the pink pepper in the opening, but I get the pink pepper in the middle too. The pink pepper is strong, and I love it. For me the pink pepper elevates this fragrance. Makes it feel classy. Then I get a hint of florals, and that sweet creamy panacotta. Perfect for work. When it dries down, I get a hint of musk, but I do not get the patchouli. I was surprised to see that listed as a fragrance note. I don't smell anything green in this fragrance. To my nose, this is a pink pepper and panacotta fragrance. Delicious, but not dessert sweet. This is a light fragrance, but with great projection. I can smell it around me as I work. Good lasting, and lasts really great in my hair on on my clothes. Four to six hours, but I typically re-apply during my lunch break. The price was ridiculous (cheap) for this fabulous fragrance, and the bottle is adorable, with the pretty pink ribbons. It's a class act.

THIS IS THE ULTRA-FEMININE PERFUME IN A GROWN-UP GIRLY WAY. One of my most favorite scents indeed! If you love sweet, floral scents that remind you of spring or garden blasts, you will LOVE this one! It's very pleasing, charming and GREAT LASTING POWER so wear sparingly to avoid any headaches. It made me feel feminine and elegant in a modern way which attracts compliments on how good it smells on me. I must have a good chemistry with Signorina. It draws compliments for miles around from both men & women. The most memorable one would be from a male doctor whom purposely waited for me in order to ask what perfume i used. He said it smells very feminine and he loves such smell on a woman. Am guessing that he's getting it for his girlfriend soon. Lucky girl! I just love it. It's not overwhelming and is suitable for both office and leisure time. The bottle is classy and sophisticated; looks really good on my perfume cabinet. One application is all I need for office use and it lasted whole day on me. Before I get dressed, I'll spray it on my body (on neck, shoulders, cleavage, hips, knees and ankle). Sounds over perfumed huh, it's how I apply my perfumes everyday.

I got this perfume around my junior or senior year of high school from my mom who didn’t like the scent very much on her. When I put it on, I was immediately greeted with bright, juicy florals and a sharpness that peppered my nose. I liked the way it smelled, so I kept it on for the day. Then, oh man, after about twenty minutes, the fizzy brightness moves to more of a silky, rosy floral with a clean musk. The brightness was still there, but it was no longer in the foreground. I was completely in love. This perfume smells great all day, and it stays ON. I would wear it during the winter seasons and in summer of 2022 I can STILL smell faint traces of it from fall and winter of 2021 on my sweaters. I have to REALLY scrub to get this addictive scent off my skin. It isn’t a scent that’s meant to fill a room, it’s much more of a gift for anyone in close quarters, which immediately gives it a wonderfully intimate effect. I’ve had the same bottle for 3-4 years and I’m only halfway through the bottle when I wear this perfume almost every day. It’s a little pricey, but I fully plan on wearing this scent for the rest of my life.

My sister gifted it to me some years ago, and I thought it was a little strong, but she and my mother said it was really good. I didn't wear it for a while, but I caught the perfume bug, and I revisited it. It’s delicate and inviting, neither bright nor loud, and it feels like a lot of thought went into its composition. The bottle matches the content: so soft and feminine, and the dry down is silky and creamy. I'm reminded of a Campino Strawberry candy. Although it smells sweet, it’s not sticky or cloying, at least not to my nose. It has a floral touch that cuts through the panna cotta note (which is so yummy), and a hint of musk that gives it more depth. I find it so elegant and comforting. I just think of pinks and pastels, rose petals and a milk bath, a bookish/Audrey Hepburn-esque gal listening to jazz music, and sinking into a cozy/luxurious fleece blanket before dozing off to sleep. I’ve only worn it in public a few times because I find that I usually have an unpopular opinion when it comes to fragrances, but I spray it at home before going to bed, and it’s just like a warm hug.

The quick shot of the pink pepper hits you first and makes you aware of the sweetness that comes next. It's spicy in a fleeting, sexy way and it wafts sweetly and clean after. I got this as a valentines day gift and I was pleased to see it was something other than a Versace bright Crystal or yellow diamond (both are favs, but I had been wearing for 2 years). If you like bright Crystal but want a kick of spice and warm, try this. It reminds me of feeling sophisticated and youthful in a way. Great for when you want to attract attention. I always get compliments on this. My bf doesn't like the initial spray in the air bc of the pepper but he loves smelling it later bc of the warm, classy sweetness. I feel like this is a nice play on current popular fragrances, it's got chic quality but it's still unique. It's summery in a non tropical way, maybe medditeranin or north east (new York, Boston summers) Edit: this lasts forever on me and I also get compliments whenever I put it on. If you have any "in the stars" products from bbw, put them with this perfume and it will go perfectly!

I get a very bright and high pitched floral, with absolutely zero pannacotta or milkiness. There's a sweet and tart note from the red berries. Lot's of lush flowers, but there is no depth. Nice enough and won't offend anyone but too boring for me. I put this in my further testing pile before deciding whether to keep or trade. With so many great perfumes out there I really only have time for new loves. I kept this because every time I went through my collection to select what I would wear for the day, I'd take the cap off and sniff the bottle and think, mmm not bad. On a crisp autumn morning with the sun promising to be warm during the day, this scent finally works for me. The high pitch florals have tuned down a bit and it feels refreshing in the cool air. I found out that my husband's 86 year old grandma has this perfume, so I guess young ladies are not the only ones who would like this zippy number.

I SUPER SUPER LOVE THIS PERFUME its just so strange that everyone never talk about this like Ive tried chance chanel and chanel gabrielle , prada, fendi but nothing smelled like this!! this is by far the best perfume Ive ever smelled till now. At first i compared this one to misteriosa and i liked misteriosa way more than this. but after I smelled the middle notes i started thinking this wasnt bad at all but at the dry notes nothing could ever beat this one! I dont know why I think because its soft spiciness that made me feel that way!! this is the one i wear when i feel like wearing pastels colors like when I feel innocent (school, day outing) but not really recommending this one for a night out. The misteriosa is a good one for night outing but still love this one so much!!

It’s strange to me that people really seem divided when scents like glossier you, that also has a strong pink pepper note, seem to be so well received. This smells very reminiscent of glossier you but a little bit more interesting to me. It lasts for at least 5 hours on me, although I can still smell it after 7. The initial scent is very peppery but it dries down into an amazing sweet but not basic vanilla/sweet gourmand, which I personally find so many gourmands boring and over done but this is a very intriguing almost sexy scent. I like to spray this on top of a unisex scents, recently un jardin sur la lagune by Hermes, and layer it to sweeten up more masculine scents and add interest. An amazing gourmand for anti-gourmand people aka me.

It’s a lovely clean, and versatile fragrance but too similar to another I have! edit: Ok this is now my go-to daily no brainer type perfume. It's just the slightest touch of creamy/vanillic/sweet with that pannacotta note, but so clean and skin-like as well! I would say yes, perhaps a tad bit generic but I think it's just unique enough. It's definitely a warmer type of skin scent, which I typically prefer (especially in the colder seasons) and not in the least bit cloying. I think it is a perfect perfect choice for maybe a wedding or dinner with your significant other's parents. It does give that gentle soft rich girl vibe but not something in your face. So pleasant. I'm SO glad I kept this!! And that NOZZLE... the best sprayer I have!

Yes, yes, I know it's not niche and it has become a discount house favorite, but I still find it absolutely lovely. It is floral, but multi-faceted because it is also spicy, warm, and lactonic. The result is a beautifully smooth fragrance. Patchouli is not a love for me and the wrong patchouli can ruin a fragrance, but this one seems to only add a tiny hint of lovely warmth/bite as part of the base notes. Importantly, it doesn't have the typical hippy/Chanel patchouli notes to me. The litmus test for me is to enjoy a fragrance through all notes - and to enjoy being able to wear it even when I sleep - and Signorina wears beautifully at all times. I am unapologetically fond of Signorina.

I am not sure how this can be in any way overpowering; it is as sheer and delicate as silk and no matter how much I apply - it feels like a semi transparent body mist which stays close to the skin from the beginning till the very dry down. It is pleasant inoffensive fragrance; very feminine and romantic. I find peony and panacotta the most prominent notes. If you are a silage monster lover I suggest you invest the money elsewhere. If, on the other hand, you fancy owning a bottle of something refreshing and perfect for an extremely hot summer day - Singorina will tick the boxes. Loveable. Money well spent before Summer season :-)

I did not expect to enjoy and love this perfume because the scent did not impress me when I tried it in store. But I love the dry down of this scent because the jasmin stays in the background. I love jasmin, but I think the perfume market is saturated with it, so it's nice to find a perfume that doesn't hero the jasmin but instead stays in the background as a supporting scent. The berries in this scent are not overpowering, and the dry down is an amazing musky feminine scent on my skin. For me, this perfume can be classified as classic because it is simple but elegant.

Whoever says that this perfume is an awful and cheap scent- I respectfully disagree with you. I do not smell many perfumes like this. This is a gourmand but in a panna cotta sort of way. Panna cotta is usually only lightly sweet and very creamy. It legit smells like panna cotta garnished with rose sauce! I'm not sure who would not want to smell like that. It's very delicate, feminine, yet not overtly so as the pink pepper shines through. It reminds me something a ballerina would wear. It's honestly one of my favorites and very affordable.

Wow, this one is so pretty! It's spring at the moment where I'm living, and this smells so comfy and beautiful. It's simple and elegant - the name "Signorina" (Italian for Miss) is perfect for this fragrance - it's graceful in such an understated way. This one is long-lasting with moderate projection on my skin. I get no pepper or anything spicy or sour here, this is a cozy gourmand on me. It's sweet, but not sickeningly so - the redcurrant and the panacotta make this smell delicious! I LOVE it. Perfect for any occasion.

Gosh, this one's great!💝 It's sweet, fruity, refined, delicate, elegant and a bit edgy - really versatile! I got a sample of EDT from my precious friend - I loved it so much that I ordered EDP, not knowing that what I'd had was EDT... Well, I love them both!:D EDP has this sweet note as the most prominent, but not overwhelming one. EDT doesn't really have it - not that I'd notice. But it's fresh and gorgeous too. Either version is worth trying and buying!

This is one of those (rare) perfumes I clicked with right away. After the initial fruity burst it becomes a delicate sweet milky rose on me, and within an hour is pure panna cotta. I love this perfume, it's perfect for every day wear and I could see it becoming my signature scent, especially in winter. I live in a hot climate though and tend to go for more fruity/tropical fragrances in summer. This perfume is light and sweet and classy.

It was love at first sniff. I really like this scent, it's pretty nice. I think it's my favourite one, maybe bacuse of the pink pepper. I love the bottle with that cute pink ribbon.It's elegant, but girly, fresh, but creamy. It's everything I want in a perfume. I bought it in spring because of the flowers, but I'm sure it's a perfect scent for autumn as well. I've already tried Signorina Eleganza, but it's much better than that.

Was comparing D&G the one and the Signorina... I couldn't decide but my heart seems to sink in more onto Signorina because of the soft fruity smell which I adored. I love using this during days when I prefer light and fruity but delicate to smell on. The longevity is not the best... about 4-6 hours on me depend on the weather I'm in as well how sweaty I am. But other than that I love this perfume! Prefer this to Dior.

As usual in my case,it was a blind buy. I love it.Signorina by Ferragamo is a sophisticated, fresh and elegant scent. At the first sniff it's fruity.After a couple of minutes it brings out the elegance and the sweetness in it. It's not girly as it was described but mature... and if i close my eyes i can imagine it worn by a lady in a silk dress taking a walk on the rocky shores of Cinque Terre.

I loved it. In my nose, I can smell the combination of the pungent pepper, panna cotta, rose, peony, and musk blending together nicely. It's a creamy, sweet floral for me. I really love floral notes and hate sweet notes, but this panna cotta smells so yummy. On my skin, when it gets to my sweat, the aroma smells even stronger... loved it!

Oh boy do I find this scent very pleasant:) it's subtle but projects nicely. I get a soft and powdery mellow rose opening, then when it dries down, the Panicota and patchouli create this milky sweet Cheesecake kinda scent with very subtle rose. I indeed like Signorina and I recommend giving this a sniff

Am I the only person in the world not to be able to smell this? I've just covered myself in it and all I can smell is my shampoo. Close up I get a vague peppery scent that's reminiscent of wood shavings but that's it, nothing more. Disappointing blind buy for me. The bottle is beautiful at least.

normally, i don't really like gourmand, but this has uniqueness than any other super sweet gourmand. for me, this is really pretty. such an easy reach.. perfect for every occasion. this last on me really well too. like 6 hours, maybe 8 in a cooler weather. my husband also like this a lot.

I actually quite like it. The pink pepper note is strange in a nice way. This perfume reminds me of my mother so that’s probably why I love it so much. Again, the pink pepper is a strange, like I can feel a perfume-mated pink pepper taste in my mouth but it’s in no way a bad thing.

Love at first sniff. Oh my goodness! This is the first time I ever smelled a perfume with creamy and peppery combination. Not offensive at all and I get compliments every time I wear this. Quite girly perfume but not the typical fruity floral type.

Love at first sight this one. Sweet, elegant, clean. Sweet in such a sexy yet innocent way. I cannot put my finger on what stands out from it but immediately reminded me of 2000’s baby doll by YSL. This perfume smells like a millionaire heiress

Wonderful scent, a delicate, classy and feminine floral. Rose, peony and jasmine are simply divine. The drydown is warm and alluring, not too sweet, just perfect. Suitable for every season and occasion. Lovely!

Sweet and lovely. Not too sweet like Toy 2, it's feminine enough for a young lady in her most beautiful days. Bright and pure. It lasts more than 6h on my skin in hot weather. Rcm for 20s~30s ladies.

I love this fragrance. One of the few that I never get tired of. Feminine, delicate. A magnificent floral, on a slightly sweet base. Gorgeous!

Had worn this perfume for a few months previously and emptied the entire 30ml EDP bottle, but I had forgotten completely to write a review because I finished using it right when I had to shift house! Without spraying the perfume and just by sniffing the cap area, I could smell something spicy (the pink pepper) and also vanilla / caramel. One spritz and the scent came on strong, quite sharp, almost sour (like gooseberries even) but after half a minute to a minute it transformed back into the pink pepper and vanilla / caramel scent I smelt on the cap. I was slightly concerned it would be too cloying-ly sweet. Instead, it turned out to be quite a gourmand and delicious smelling perfume that grew on me, thanks to the slight peppery note to it. The longer it is worn, the more powdery it becomes. By the end of its life, it's a powdery rose with slight vanilla notes to it. Delightful. It's actually quite a warm scent to me, and while it is quite sweet, it is not sickly, sticky sweet. I would still not recommend wearing this out on a hot summer's day. I live in an equatorial country which is hot and humid all 12 months of the year, so I had to make do with wearing this to the office (which is air-conditioned and relatively dry). It's best worn in autumn / fall or winter even. I would love to have worn this on a cold winter's night while bundled up and wrapped up in a scarf and smelling all yummy and sweet. The sillage is moderate, someone else standing about an arm's length away would be able to smell it without finding it too offensively strong. A spray each to the chest, the top of the back, the bottom of the back and the belly area will last you an entire 12 hours, although by the 6th to 8th hour it would be a pleasant skin scent. I would not actively go and buy it again, since I'm quite fickle when it comes to perfumes and I like trying new ones, but if I received it as a gift I would gladly use it again.

I don't know exactly why I chose signorina edt over this one.they're both soft,delicate,milky and delicious in a subtle,non supersweet way.signorina lacks citrus freshness of edt which makes it warmer and wearable year round while I can see myself wearing edt just in warm,sunny days of spring and summer.there's also this spicy punch in EDP which makes it charming.now I think I prefer EDP and if it was cheaper(they're both about 60$ here)I'd purchase a bottle but in this price point I'd rather save it and buy misteriosa flanker It opens with a fresh,juicy fruity note(which has nothing to do with red current) and a dash of pink pepper(which I often dislike but not here).soon fruity note fades and something milky/creamy and delicious takes over scent and becomes prominent.it's sweetness isn't sharp or in your face,it's like milk shake and whipped cream and just a hint of peppery powder sprinkled on top of it On my skin it's not a floral or a fruity scent.Just this soft milky yummy thing but if I smell deeply I can pickup musky peony.it's very pleasant and addictive I agree it's simple and youthful but it's not out of place on a mature lady Ass it dries down I like it even more.I can pickup more of musky florals while there's slightest hint of patchouli and pepper to give it an adge.drydown smells like a soft soapy rose blended with powdwer and some milkshake I'm intrigued to collet the whole signorina line Longevity is about 5 hours and sillage of this subtle scent is moderate

I know very well this parfume Is one of my mother's scents. Sometime I steal also a spray or two for my skin. The main protagonist, at least to my nose, there is the pepper. It stays prominent from the beginning until the end. One may think, considering also the name of the parfum and its promo campaign, that this would be a light, girly, freshy, lighty spicy, peppery fragrance. Not all all. On the contrary, to me this is a rather heavy and opulent parfume. The pepper gives more a heavy-spicy-oriental vibe than a freshy-light spyciness. The pepper sets on a strong blend of flowers, the rose mostly, and patchouli. Signorina has been defined airy, light-hearted. Where? It is heavy, but not in a bad way, more in the sense that it is rich, full. To me is more a night scent, and the prominence of pepper and patchouli gives an oriental twist. And this is a woman's parfume, not a girlish one, as the name may suggest. The fragrance has overall a good quality: good persitence, sillage and longevity paired with a relatively low price point. I think that all the signorina's line has an excellent quality price ratio. I also have signorina ribelle, which I prefer over this because neither patchouly, nor pepper are really my cup of tea. But, a part from personal taste, signorina remains a very good, and too underrated, parfume. It deserves more fame, imo. Now I'd like at least to try signorina misteriosa too.

This perfume was a blind buy recommended by my mother. Because she has such a good nose, I did not hesitate to order it right away and I was happy with my purchase. I have ordered this one with the Misteriosa one but that one was unfortunately too sweet for me as I tend to lean towards white floral, and aquatic florals. But this one hit the spot so well. Firstly, the spray mist is just so awesome! I wish it was a standard spray for all perfumes! All my fragrances are quite floral and aquatic best worn during summer and spring, hence I wanted one for cooler weather and this one hit the spot right away. Luckily on me, it's warm sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet but rather peppery, spicy, and sexy sweet. I definitely feel put together, confident, and yet feminine when I wear this. The dry down of this perfume is very beautiful both on skin and clothes. Sillage and lasting power are very good on my skin and clothes and my husband especially loves the dry down on my skin. Of course, this is not a perfume for people who love bold, strong, or oriental notes as it would be too subtle. I feel like it would be perfect for people who like floral, white floral notes like me but looking for a little heavier and sweeter (but not cloying) cold-weather perfume.

Peppery is the first word that comes to mind when i smell this perfume, warm, sweet and comforting, while it's tempting to wear this in the spring I'd only recommend doing so if spring where you are tends to still be a bit chilly as hot weather does not mix well with this perfume in my opinion, instead of being cosy yet romantic, it becomes clingy and bratty and the minute you fan yourself you keep getting wafts of heat from your perfume to the point of it becoming nauseating. I'd compare wearing this perfume in hot weather as in seeing Christmas decorations in summer. Aside from the weather comment, I remember loving this when I brought it as I found it to be very feminine, cute and somewhat quiet but it knows what it wants and does it in it's own time. Young maybe but not to be taken for granted, I can't imagine many teens loving this but a young woman in her early twenties might make it her signature scent, maybe it could become her first "serious" perfume, one that takes her by the hand and accompanies her into a more mature but still girly world; Not saying someone older wouldn't like it, for me this is age 20+ The bottle is very cute and elegant, yet simple, describes this perfume perfectly, even the colours on it are ideal!

Strong sweet and tart opening with a sprinkle of pencil shavings. The kind of smell from when your grade school teacher gave you Sweet Tarts (the candy) and you put them in your pencil case for safe keeping. That might not sound good to you, and frankly I’m not a fan of that either. Thankfully the opening settles within 30 minutes. Then the peony is still bright, but slightly sweet. It’s almost like a peony and rose dusted with powdered sugar. Still sweet and tart, but pencil shavings blew away. After 30 minutes or so the panna cotta note begins presenting itself. I like it, but don’t love it. Peony is a flower a love, but a note that I find almost headache inducing. I’d like it more if the smell of the dry down was there from the beginning. I’m left wanting this to be sweeter, richer, more vanillic. It’s definitely not a gourmand fragrance. All in all, it’s good for spring/early summer. Probably not complex enough for a serious perfumista. Update: Drydown arrives fairly quickly on me and at that point sillage is soft. Longevity is moderate, but most of that time it’s a skin scent. Disappointing but I got the 100ml gift set for $18 and change. At that price, I don’t feel robbed. It’s a good bedtime and high heat option.

And yeah finally got it. I will be very honest. The only reason this perfume attracted my attention was the panacotta base (an Italian desert in case you don't know. Mikly and simple desert, something it can't describe this perfume at all) I am a gourmandise perfume fan and boys & girls I have an advice for you. I understand this while I am getting older and I want a more 'mature' perfume. Go for the perfume you love, perfumes don't have genders. They exist to make us more 'visible' to others, to remind us happy moments/persons and to refresh us. Signorina opens with a tricky pink pepper wave that has a base of red currant (I understand the note as I have already a perfume with red currant) It's inches away to be called fresh from me and I don't like it that much. I have to admit it's a rare smell but not for winter. Then the floral notes make it more full and there is also a whisper of vanilla. Where is the milky, light, fresh panacotta it promised? If anybody knows something, please text me! Soft spicy, soapy, elegant and playful. When I smell it, the first thing it comes to my mind is someone waiting for his/her favorite friend in a summer hot day while drinking a sorbet frozen drink.

I know this is listed as sweet but it’s a fairly subtle sweetness surrounded by a fresh floral fruitiness. Very nicely balanced between floral and gourmand and I didn’t realize there was a coffee note in there at first but that mixes well with the muskiness and patchouli...also quite subtle. I wasn’t impressed with this at first cause it’s easy to write of scents like this as cookie cutter fragrances but upon further observation it is very very nice. Not too floral, fruity, sweet or musky. Basically if I were to pick a gourmand scent for all occasions and a scent that I could rely on to be decidedly laid back and girly while still retaining excellent quality this would be it. It’s perfect. And I like that the sillage isn’t in your face as well. Also worth noting...I wear frangrances all the time and this is one of the few I have received compliments on from my family. And I borrowed it from my Mom. Go figure. We all swipe it from her dresser and spritz it from time to time. We can always rely on her good taste it seems.

♡ owned for: 11 months. ♡ i smell: peppery flowers. ♡ ages: older teens & up. it's not giving me much sweetness, it may smell too mature for anyone under 15-16. ♡ sillage: moderate, you'll likely be smelled by people close to you, but not by the room, or anyone coming in a few minutes after you. ♡ longevity: moderate, it smells great for 1-1.5 hours, then the smell begins to decrease throughout the hours (in my experience). ♡ my thoughts: i got this as a gift, & i do genuinely think that it is a great gift! the smell isn't overwhelmingly anything. it's not too floral, too spicy, too sweet (admittedly i personally don't smell the panacotta). it works well for mostly day, but it's a good scent for more chill night events. maybe you'd look for something more powerful to go clubbing or to a formal event. it's also not something i find overwhelming, i've gotten compliments on the scent, & in the 11 months i've had it, no one has told me anything negative about it being cloying. ♡ would i recommend it?: yes.
