Its very interesting to me how many people say "it smells synthetic" regarding fragrances. Don't people understand that fragrances are MADE OF SYNTHETIC INGREDIENTS?? Nobody is extracting oils from praline, marshmallows, etc.. How do they all think Solar notes, leather, velvet and suede notes are created?? Definitely not by a distillation process. As for this fragrance, it smells very nice. It's juicy and sweet smelling, with a fruity, feminine and whimsical feel to it. I know there are florals in the composition but they are floating in the background while the sweetness of the fruits stays in the foreground. This fragrance is rather linear but thats fine with me because the notes are really beautifully balanced. If you like sweet, juicy, fruity scents, this is definitely for you. The pineapple just smells very juicy and sweet. There's no tanginess to speak of. Easy fragrance to wear. Especially in Spring and Summer.

I love the pineapple note in this perfume. It is so juicy but not overripe, it actually has green touches present in the opening that give it an intriguing factor. It is sweet but in a fresh way and does have light floral notes to balance it. It is not groundbreaking but i enjoy the wear (as short as it is). Longevity is not good perhaps 3 hrs tops on skin and slightly more on clothing. It projects moderately at first but becomes skin scent quickly on me. This is a clean brand, cruelty free and gives back with money going to animal charities.

This is a fun sweet scent even if it's not totally unique. I love the dry down on this after about an hour or two. Settles down to be such a tropical fresh scent. Layering this with something greener and spicier creates an intoxicating combo too

Instant pineapple tropical vibes, even if a little generic. Strength is underwhelming - I find myself needing several extra spritzes for the sillage I prefer. Also doesn't last very long, which is a bummer.

This is fruity, slightly green, and gives me shampoo vibes. Nice for spring and summer. I don't know if I'd want a full bottle, but I'm glad to have a sample size. I can see this being worn occasionally.

generic but sweet and unoffensive

My least favorite thing about a perfume is if it smells generic. And this smells so incredibly generic. For some odd reason, I find this perfume reminiscent of a fragrance my dad used when I was a kid, and for that reason, it feels too masculine for me to wear. And I am not someone who actually enjoys masculine leaning fragrances. I love wearing Black Afghano for heaven's sake. I prefer the dry down way more, as the pineapple starts being noticeable. The opening is just weird Edit - I figured it out. it smells so similar to Nautica Blue. Synthetic and unappealing.

with apologies to the person in the comments who doesn't seem to grasp that a synthetic ingredient can *smell* synthetic just as much as it can smell natural, or that a scent can be blended in such a way as to smell synthetic: this smells synthetic to me. cheap fruity/green shampoo with very little depth, similar to my impression of PdM greenley. i like the lion's share of what sanctuary have put out, but this is a whiff for me.

Received a decant of this and am so underwhelmed. Super generic, fruity, “perfumy” scent. Nothing special. Reminds me of a cheap celebrity perfume that you could find at Ross for ten bucks. Makes me also think of a cheap body spray from Walmart that people overspray after having a smoke lol. Longevity isn’t there either, it lasted less than a hour on my wrist. Save your money, this isn’t even decent.

This faded from my wrist fairly quickly, but I also sprayed it in the crook of my arm and it’s lasted over 12 hours. On that part of my arm, 12 hours later, it still smells like tart peachy pineapple with musk. I was not expecting the pineapple top note to last! The last time I tested this, the fruitiness evaporated leaving a sweet musk that brought me back to the mall in high school, maybe the Abercrombie store.

I do not get the pineapple note at all but definitely a very sugary note, however, I love it. I do tend to lean towards more of the sweet perfumes but am always disappointed with how little they project or last. This one really does last decently well. Also, while this is sweet, I don't find it super juvenile.
