Rave For Women

This is such an inexpensive gem. It reminds me almost exactly of Crystal Love For Her by Attar Collection, but I just got that one a month ago so I know it needs a lot more time to sit and develop. I found this at winner's, just smelling random perfumes. I sprayed it, and at first, it has that over ripe almost rotten fruit smell from the plum and it was very watery with no sillage. However, I knew from scents like Giorgio Armani sí that if I wait for it to settle, they will come alive. And it DID! It's a beautiful sweet and slightly powdery/woody femenin scent. Had a middle Eastern vide but not heavy or oud like thankfully. The powder from the Orris root is more fluffy, not cosmetic or baby powder like, which I hate. It's sweet but balanced very well by the papyrus and vetiver which are not detectable, they just prevent it from becoming immature or simple sweetness. And best of all, it's only $14!! The lasting power and projection are nothing special, but not horrible. I would say moderate, 4-6 hours, and I've gotten compliments on this one too. I will say though, for this to shine, it really needs to sit. Mine has been sitting for over a year and now that the juice is so dark, it's nice and sweet and stronger. In the beginning its more woody and dissappears faster. If you happen to see it at winner's, Marshall's, or TJ Max, try it out. It's a cute one to add to any collection for the price.

To my nose, this is a mildly sweet, amber saffron fragrance. The amber and safron are the stars of the show. I also get a bit of a smokey suede thing going on. Honestly though, there's a sourness that dominates the fragrance for so long, I can't stand wearing it. It smells like a gypsy wagon filled with sheep skins and old cat pee. Could just be my body chemistry tho. Does anyone else get that cloying sour note that persists for the first few hours? The more I sniff and ponder this concoction, I feel that it's missing some resinouse incense to give the fragrance some texture that would help to break up that cloying sour note an round out the experience. It just smells too synthetic for my tastes. Will likely be giving this away. Beware, this definitely shouldn't be getting a 4+ rating. I'd say it's a 3.2 at best. UPDATE: Not sure if this is due to maceration but this perfume smells waaay better now after leaving it sit for about 5 months. The cloying sour note is gone and what I smell now is a chocolaty vanilla suede saffron warm hug. I absolutely love it!

This is one of my must-have-all-the-time perfumes, and I’ve got A LOT of perfume. I’ve already gone through an entire bottle and started on my second and I only discovered it about 6 months ago. I keep it by my bed and wear it almost every single night. Feeling stressed? Sapil Rave. Feeling sad? Sapil Rave. Just want to smell AMAZING? Sapil Rave. God I love it so much. I do mostly wear it at night because it’s comfort in a bottle to me. It’s slightly sweet, perfect amount of powdery, slightly woody. It does get better with time, I will say, as the second bottle isn’t as potent yet as the first, but I’m sure it’ll get there, for the price I might as well get a 3rd one now and spray it a few times and “let it sit” for when I’ll eventually need it, haha. I hope they never stop making it. Love love looovvveeee.

I found this perfume at Marshall's the same price as stated by Lady Licorice. It caught my eye from the other bottles without boxes. Its flacon design is sleek and modern and made out of thick glass. It is obvious that is not cheaply made. I checked the bottom and it is marked made in UAE (United Arab Emirates). Knowing that the Arabs love their perfumes, I know it must be good. A single spritz on my wrist and waited a few seconds and took a sniff, it smells divine! A few minutes later, another spritz on the back of my hand and it smells heavenly! Love at first sniff.

O my goodness! This is absolutely beautiful! I found a bottle on Mercari and just thought "that looks interesting"... I fell in love! It resembles, to me, Bonfire Bash by Bath and Body Works!!! But better! What!? Rave is the best perfume buy in a very long time! So delicious. Rich and almost tobacco or leather and a soft creaminess. This liquid in my bottle looks a bit different than the juice featured on the Sapil website but omy I don't even care! It must've just aged and became this wonderful scent I am smelling! Need backups for certain!!!

I love this! Very mellow comfortable smell. The very top is like a bright vanilla that quickly gains depth and delicate character. I just wish it could be more powerful, but it is a new favorite! Also just found out that citrus oils are quite poisonous to cats, and this has none, so, especially cat friendly 😊

What a wonderful surprise this was for me! I've had this on and off on my list for a while and decided to buy it. The price was great and omg this is to my nose exactly as my all time beloved Casablanca. It's feminine sweet and all season all occasions fragrance. At least for me. So I order two more!!

Amazing unisex Fragrance long lasting found it at TJ Maxx for $13 performs better than fragrances that are $100 beautiful sexy mysterious fragrance!

EDIT: I remembered what this reminds me of: The Architects' Club by Arquiste but with a plum note instead of the juniper berry. Niche and pricey. Sapil Rave is a fruity, woody, plum composition. The vetiver, amber and papyrus really give it a woodier scent than it should have if you believe the listed notes. I pick up cedar. I have smelled something quite similar and it's definitely NOT Swiss Arabian Casablanca. Rave is sweet but just when you think it's going to be cloying those woody notes kick in. To my nose the plum is like a sweet plum jam. I quite like this and while I see why some make a comparison to Casablanca, I think it's the fuzzy, woody notes in both, Rave has that strong plum note that Casa doesn't have. Moderate projection and sillage. The longevity is good though that is dependent on how many spritzes one does.

I had spritzed this on my wrist at TJ Maxx, waited in a long line, sniffing my wrist wishing I'd grabbed this perfume. I was almost next in line, got out of line and went back and got this. The bottle was on clearance, the paint is all disintegrating around the sprayer making it pretty unattractive, but this really doesn't smell like a cheap perfume. I knew it smelled familiar, I think it smells like Marc Jacob's Decadence. It's really sweet, and wears a long time on me. Update: I think this is like Decadence mixed with 25% that familar BR540 smell. It's sweeter than Decadence. I think it might remind me of a Byredo perfume too, can't think of which one. I also think I'm smelling cardamom?

This is a great little cheapie for the fall and winter. It was $15 at tjmaxx. I have to say, I do not care for iris/orris typically, but this one is not too powdery so I don’t hate it. It’s blended well with a sweetness that keeps it from being too dusty. This is a warm, almost boozy fall winter scent in my opinion. I don’t get too much closeness to Casablanca or Police Dark, which is way too sweet for me! This is just the right amount of sweetness for me! It does need time to mature, but I like it!

This smells so nice. The plum note is actually reminiscent to that powdery tangy note in Al Haramain Junoon Noir. This scent smells like a mix of Casablanca and Junoon Noir of which I own both. Wrap that on a dry, smoky, leather-like base and you have Rave. Love this, perfect for warm weather. It is sweet, pretty, and strong.

Beautiful. Found at TJMAxx for $15. Smells like Casablanca and Libre had a baby. I was surprised to see the top accords are woody and earthy - this smells like an expensive caramel fruit candy. If you like Casablanca and/or Libre, you will like this. I think it's blind buy friendly but look at Marshalls or TJMaxx first.

Blind bought it on a whim and I do not regret it! It does resemble Casablanca which I own and love but that does not mean the two are identical. Rave is fruit sweet and not as complex as the caramel sweet Casablanca. Both offer a soft yet dense vail of sweetness and comfort. Thumbs up.

I like it but from the reviews I expected something very sweet flowery rosey but it’s NOT. I am amazed at how this smells so different on everyone. I couldn’t smell any saffron, flowers or fruits just a very amber-y earthy sweet warm perfume. Definitely for the colder seasons😍

A grown up version of Sol de Janeiro's Cheirosa 40! In fact, the two would be lovely layered together. A warm rich albeit basic vanilla, aided by fruity plum and with a smokey and sultry woodsy note. Not groundbreaking but definitely an easy reach

If you like smoky and sultry scents this is for you! I don't really get any florals or fruit here and there is a mysterious unisex vibe going on. It is a nice smell but not for me, great thing I bought it for my aunt and not myself.

Very feminine, fresh, floral, fruity and ageless. Smells nothing like MBCB, with some youtuber even compared it to OG Dior Homme, lol, no way. Smells much better than the 10$ price tag would suggest though... on a woman.

Beautiful scent on a women. Scent seems very exotic and alluring to me. It's flowery with an edge, which keeps it from being too overwhelming up close. Scent smells deliciously sweet up close.

A pleasent sweet floral scent without being "flowery". It does get a little cloying but Im also sensitive. Overall, its a simple scent that fits young adults better than the mature crowd.

Partner gave this to me as a birthday gift and I'm pretty happy with it! A bit mature for my usual taste, but still intoxicating

After three months of sitting I can barely smell anything... so I’m decluttering.

I think you really have to let this perfume sit for its amazing qualities to come through. I first smelled this at a store, where there was a very old and beaten-up-looking tester bottle available for use. it was also more than half done. I sprayed it on my shirt and omg, it smelled like such a deep and rich vanilla/woody scent. I immediately ordered it online a few days later. however, when I sprayed the new bottle I bought, it smelled VERY light and airy and was missing that deep richness I smelled from the tester in the store. another thing I immediately noticed was that the color of the juice in my new bottle is somewhat lighter than the color of the juice in the store. so yeah, I know the potential this fragrance has bc I fell in LOVE with the tester at the store. I've sprayed this new bottle a few times and will now let it rest for at least 2-3 weeks before making a final judgment. hopefully it changes a bit and becomes richer. I will give an update after I've allowed this to "settle" for at least a month!

First impression straight out of the box. This feels pretty shaken up from the trip, I get the feeling this will get better as it settles. What little I get from this I like. For now this is mostly a iris and a tiny bit of plum, on the dryer/woodier side. On paper the scent feels pretty light. Slightly sweet. I'm a little bit confused about the casablanca comparisons (i dont have that one, but from the notes and reviews). The only thing my nose can compare this is Zaras Vanilla Vibration. Not bad, I have high hopes for this and I wanna see how this changes with time :3 Will report back Edit: Next day, trying on hand. Feels a little warmer and seweeter. I get more soft vanilla and less the cold iris. Some kind of sliiiight playdough feel? Promising!

I received it yesterday. Not expect much considering it's 17$CA. I'm happy to make this jump. I got the Lattafa Raghba and rid of because it didn't suit me well. The oud in it maybe... With this one, it smell almont identical except it's a more softer version more wearable in all seasons and all day long. The projection is good and the lasting, a beast. So if you're like me and want a more feminine version of the classic raghba, and find this one, grab it. For the price, you will not be deceive!

I just received this in the mail... It is a total Love at first sniff. I am already making plans for a backup bottle. I get the most beautiful sweet smokiness from the scent. At first sniff I was reminded of golden sand by Al Rehab. To my nose they smell almost identical. I cannot wait to layer the two together. This is an absolute gem of a fragrance for the price. A definite part of my fall lineup... Second bottle worthy in my opinion 🥰

Very unexpected top 15 perfume in my collection - love it! 😍 I received a sample of it with a purchase and immediately bought the full size. This is a very inexpensive perfume that smells like it’s expensive. Notes are blended well, and it smells so feminine and comforting. I spray it in my room and pillow sometimes just because it’s so nice. Easy go-to option. I have others I like more, but this is still up there.

oh my gosh! I can't believe this is in the Fragrantica database! Nice job! : ) this is a steal I found at Marshalls for 12.99 the notes say one thing but I smell something else. it is a warm cosy woody vanilla. if you love al rehab golden sand or Michael Kors midnight shimmer, GET RAVE by sapil, it is a cheapppp dupe its made in the UAE as well so the quality is strong I love this perfume!

This is an expensive smelling perfume. Expensive gourmand with Caramel, sugar, vanilla and a bit of lemon and woodsiness...it is the same DNA as Casablanca, Vanilla Woods, Choco musk....sooo underrated and I would easily spend 100+ for it , judging by the scent quality..longevity is average, sillage is minimal

This is a gorgeous low cost perfume. It definitely gives Casablanca and Qasamat Ebhar vibes, but side by side, Rave has a spiciness the others lack. The longevity isn't bad for a cheapie either, and I'd say this is a safe blind buy.

This smells so beautiful. It’s identical to Casablanca, but it’s so much better because it doesn’t have that woody oud-like undertone that overpowers in Casablanca.
