Peach's Revenge

First proper wearing today from branded sample. I purchased a full bottle direct from Sarah Baker as they are offering free sample and returns on this if you decide not to keep it so figured it would be a great way to test it out. I will be keeping my bottle as the scent is gorgeous! I love fruity and sweet scents, and have a few of Chris Maurice's offerings amongst my favourite perfumes (Methexis, Panda) so was very excited about this one. The peach and guava are both the most prominent notes to me in the opening - together they pull ripe and juicy with a tropical tang. My partner said I smelled firstly of "sorbet", and then of "a Solero" (a British tropical ice lolly with a vanilla ice cream centre), and to be honest, he hit the nail on the head. This is creamy from about a minute in - the caramel and vanilla combine with the fruits to give a lactonic fruity milkshake vibe. The amaretto is barely perceptible - there is a sweet syrupy ness but nothing obviously boozy or almondy, but altogether this opens very delicious, quite gourmand yet not too cloying or heavy due to the guava bringing a freshness. I love it. I will say it turns into a peach sherbert kind of feeling on skin after the first 30 minutes or so, there is a hint of powder, but it's less prominent than the accords here suggest, which I'm glad about. I don't really notice the orris, or spices overtly at all. From the first 30 minutes on, it's fairly linear with not a lot of development. I would say this is most similar to 2 perfumes I've smelt previously: firstly, Cruz Del Sur 2 (same perfumer), but no where near as straight up milky as that. If the lactones in CDS2 are a 10/10 in intensity, this is about a 3/10 so not as polarising, and here we have the peach instead of mango, with less greenness than in CDS2, but conceptually and structurally I can see some similarity. Second - THOO BonBon Pop - the sweet creamy peach note is similar. Now the downside...this had pleasant and noticeable sillage for the first hour on me, but after that is minimal in it's projection. I've been wearing today for about 5.5 hours now, and can just about detect on skin close up, but really after about 3-4 hours it wasn't really present any more. It also seems to not project much from clothing, and again, the scent is far softer after this time than I would hope or expect, especially from an extrait. I do think this will be a softer wearing scent than many from the house, and also than many in my collection. I like the scent enough to keep it, but will need to experiment more with temperature etc to see if warmer weather helps with this (today it's about 13 degrees C). Honestly, I think this could do with more prominent base notes to really anchor it (creamy woods a la sandalwood for example), and can see that the lack of this won't be to some people's tastes, which is a fair critique, especially about a house and perfumer known for heavy hitters. As a result, I can't see this working in cooler weather really, but again I will update when I've done further testing.

I sampled "Peach's Revenge | Sarah Baker Perfumes" a while back and really loved it, but after reading reviews I decided to sample "Pastel Rumours | Sarah Baker Perfumes" and "Rococo Pie | Sarah Baker Perfumes", along with "Peach Macaron | Theodoros Kalotinis". The idea was to only purchase the one I loved the most. "Rococo Pie | Sarah Baker Perfumes" was the only I really disliked "Pastel Rumours | Sarah Baker Perfumes" is a gorgeous, creamy, candy, peach/vanilla yogurt fragrance. Im really glad I can’t smell the cardamom in this. It does smell quite similar to "Peach's Revenge | Sarah Baker Perfumes", although I think this is the more versatile, safe, mass appealing, easier to wear option. I love it! This is the one I’d probably get the most wear out of. "Peach's Revenge | Sarah Baker Perfumes" is memorable and made a lasting impression on me. It’s a gorgeous, more unique and complex candied Peach, Guava, vanilla and cinnamon/amaretto scent. I do sometimes get a bit of a mustiness in the dry down, which I guess is the peach/cinnamon combo, but due to this I do have to be in the mood to wear it. I was really captivated by the Guava note though, which is 10/10 to die for! It gives the scent that little something special and made it a real struggle to decide which one I liked more. I love Peach's Revenge for its uniqueness, and it lasts the longest, but I honestly couldn’t decide. "Peach Macaron | Theodoros Kalotinis" is ok, but my least favourite. It’s similar to "Pastel Rumours | Sarah Baker Perfumes", but I feel Pastel Rumours is higher quality. I didn’t find Peach Macaroon particularly unique and actually thought it was a bit harsh and screechy. The longevity on me is also poor, so this was a definite no. Conclusion - Both "Pastel Rumours | Sarah Baker Perfumes" and "Peach's Revenge | Sarah Baker Perfumes" are stunning scents and absolute loves! They are both high quality, project and are long lasting. If you have one, you really don’t need the other. I just couldn’t choose a favourite between them and had to have them both. I’ve even been layering them. Out of my full collection these are my current favourite scents!

There are two reasons I got this. First, I love what Chris Maurice and Sarah Baker do and was curious to smell a non-oud juice for the brand. Second, I wanted to know why everyone was going crazy for it. If I hesitated, it was because the word "sweet" occurred time and time again in what people wrote about it online and I'm self-confessed as not really liking sweet fragrances. In hindsight, I should clarify that I'm not a fan of sweet fragrances that evoke cotton candy. But this is very different from those kinds of perfumes. The sweetness comes from the peach and other fruits. It's the olfactory equivalent of the joy of a healthy piece of succulent sweet fruit versus a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down. Though it's definitely a gourmand, there are these spicy, woody and amber notes that come through in the dry down that really make a difference, to me at least. Because it's both sweet and spicy, I favour it for more smart occasions rather than whizzing about on daily business. It feels like an "occasion perfume". But that's just me. I think it is unisex but with certain qualifications. I think if you're a man who always heads in the direction of citrus or aquatics—freshies—this is probably going to prove a little complex. But, it you're a guy who likes spicy, woody fragrances, you should definitely check it out. There is still something very fresh in all that sweet fruit that gives it something really different. If you're a woman who likes sweet fragrances, gourmands, heavier and classic "feminine" fragrances, this is definitely one to try. It's a powerful, long-lasting fragrance, but with a light touch from ripe fruits. Regardless of your gender, I you want people to notice what you're wearing in a good way, this one really lives up to the applause. It's a real "all eyes on me" fragrance.

It's not the typical, pretty peachy cheerleader who is too cool to be friends with you but someone who is a little quirky, odd, and beyond endearing - you don't just want to be friends with this person, you want to be them. This was one of the first tester's I tried in my perfume journey. I hated it, it had an overwhelming spicy / scratchy note. I could not understand the positive reviews. Fast forward a couple of months and today I tested out a small selection of peach perfumes and decided to try again and see how it faired in comparison. Today it is just gorgeous. It smells incredible. How can this be? I get peach, guava and a hint of fireballs (that would be the cinnamon!). It is hands down my favourite of the peach scents tested today in order of favourite: Peach's Revenge (I want to be you, you quirky cool kid), Bitter Peach (nice, but you've smelt it before), Peche Cardinal (artificially sweetened peach cordial) and Hundred Silent Ways X (just perfume).

Went to a local boutique and came across this one. This was left a lasting impression on me that I ended up buying a 50ml. Usually not into gourmand-y fragrances, but there was something about this one. Opens with a fresh and sparkling peach and guava. I feel like people either love or hate guava. I personally love it, but that's because of nostalgia. Seems like it is going to be a nice spring/summer scent, then in comes the sweetness with the vanilla and caramel that gives a milky note. Not as much as Pastel Rumours. Pastel Rumours is more of a bowl of cereal. The funny thing is you expect the fruits to go away, but they stick around and punch along with the sweetness. This lasts all day. I think this one is very divisive. I personally love it, but my wife can't stand it. She says that after the initial fruity-ness, she gets a medicinal cough drop. Then the vanilla is too much (she is not a vanilla lover). Definitely a sample before you buy.

My interpretation of the name’s origin is that once you try this fragrance, you fall into it really hard and the actual revenge is that you have to get it right away. Just like I did. On a casual 40C noon, while I was running late and had to rush through my errands, I tried a small sample of Peach’s revenge ... For god’s sake, this fragrance came to invade the space!!! It is insanely lasting, but also super creamy, mouthwatering and juicy, very sweet, but also classy, it follows you like a good karma but slaps you in the face if you dare to get unfocused - already an odd concoction of assets, isn’t it? The Peach is in this fragrance is dipped in sweet yoghurt, with good amount of sweet cinnamon and caramel. My most unexpected but beyond loved choice for the summer vacation! This is my first ever experience with Sarah Baker and I have to say is that I’m excited to explore further!

I really loved the initial opening and mid of this perfume. It is an interesting scent. I can pick up the Guava, peach and orris on the initial spray. I get the sugary, fizzy, jelly like, fruit note in the beginning. I definitely get the link to Haribo sugary/fizzy peach rings. This is it in a nutshell. It then dries down into a gorgeous candied peach. I still love it at this stage. After around 5-10 minutes, it turns a little sour on me, but it did go though. Its unique and fun. The far dry down does flit between the guava and peach notes, but there is something about it that ruins this a bit for me. After wearing it for 2 hours, it actually gave me a bit of a god of fire / hibiscus Mahajad vibe but not in a good way. Id give this scent 7/10. My partner hated everything about it, so it won’t be a full bottle buy.

Smells GOOD. Don’t think I’ve smelled something like it before. Obviously mostly peachy, but I can definitely detect a sour tartness from the guava. It’s also thick and syrupy—not sure if that’s the caramel, amaretto, vanilla, or what. Also nicely spiced! Dries down into a subtle, close-to-skin ambery vanilla. As a not-easily-impressed gourmand lover, I’m pleasantly surprised. Edit: revisiting this, as I’ve been wearing this nearly every day for weeks. If I could describe the overall scent, it would be: spicy, creamy, woody, peach rings. With a lil sour guava/nectarine note at the top. I was a little surprised by the woodiness after I really started spraying it all the time, but ultimately I’m glad it’s there—this can get SWEET. Still love it.

A delightful fragrance. On first spray, you're immediately exposed to a burst of sweet fruity goodness. I personally love peachy scents when it comes to fruity perfumes so this smelled divine. I left the Jovoy with a tester card, curious of the longevity, and it only got more intense. Through hours of walking and shopping, up until I got home and placed the tester card on my desk, until the next morning, the next day, and the day after... I could STILL smell Peach's Revenge. It only got warmer and more addicting. It's been a week and I'm still dreaming of testing this again, this time on my skin. One I'm considering a full size for. I feel like you could wear this any season, maybe not winter since it's too bright, but other than that yes.

Don't know where Fragrantica moderators are looking but I see here lot of fake haters account with empty profiles leaving negative comments. I guess some begfluencers got rejected and are acting all salty. Anyhow. To sum up the fragrance, it was the best thing I tried in Esxence last year. I think it is year's best release within artistic niche brands realm as well. Polished, sophisticated gourmand with many beautiful facets. Very unisex too. Others from trilogy are more feminine leaning in my opinion. While Peach's Revenge just strikes the right genderless balance. Lasts forever on my skin and has the second skin undertone that is very comforting and erotic in a way. Without being dirty and "in your face" type of sexy. Beautifully done!

I think I found my perfect peach fragrance. Going to Nashville a month back I had the chance to visit the amazing La Jetée Perfumery store, and thanks to the help I got from the gentlemen there I had an absolute BALL. Yes, at the beginning spray this one takes a bit getting used to; but that's why its an opener and not the entire fragrance so quit being a snob about it. We're all in the same tax bracket, so quit acting holier than thou about scented water. This one settles down to a juicy, ripe peach smell that is to die for. It projects for the first 5 hours and settles to a really nice skin scent that you need for some intimate date night settings. 10/10 and I will be getting the others out of the connection as a gourmand whore.

Well absolutely brilliant. Evidently a social media phenomenon , and although I’m weak in my attachments it nevertheless got to me.. Smells like peachx + vanilla squared. Sweeeet fruity but without that generic department store fruity. I do believe that the peach aldehyde is very persistent (life long Mitsouko wearer). Probably many more flavours and odorants. Apparently a smash hit and not surprised. The fruity vanilla dry down is gorgeously sweet and very feminine . Yep, nailed it 👍🏻👌🏻👍🏻 Thinking later, after impulsive ideas It’s hard to imagine ANYONE would not find this beautiful and attractive on their lovers skin, many hours later. I mean, it just seems like peach fruit vanilla sugar but clings sweetly and softly

I was curious, but would this would be overly synthetic or cheap smelling? Thankfully neither was the case. It’s not necessarily realistic, it smells more like a peach candy with vanilla, but with some layers and something ripe, musky and succulent about the peach rendition that is addictive. Sweet peach tea perhaps? Only complaint, for my sweet tolerance, this is a bit too sweet the first hour. I was regretting using 4 sprays despite enjoying it a lot in small doses. It does settle down in to a very nice vanilla as the sweetness calms down, by this point the peach is faded into the background. Was itching for a full bottle until I saw the retail price in Canada.

I’m glad I gave this a second chance. Right off the bat you’re hit with this medicinal opening, reminiscent to cough syrup. I accepted my blind buy fail but before I came to terms with it, that’s when Peaches Revenge gave me a run for my money. The dry down made my mouth water (not exaggerating). I didn’t know that Guava & Amaretto could make a fragrance intoxicating where I couldn’t stop sniffing my wrist. Truly blown away after letting it sit throughout the day. If you hated this, I’d suggest revisiting.

Peach's Revenge is a sweet, fruity piece of peach pie with vanilla ice cream melting on top. It brings a smile to so many people's faces, and reminds me of drumstick lollies from my childhood. It is a gourmand of course, and while I personally would not wear this regularly I really enjoy smelling it on others and seeing the joy it can bring to people. The peach gets her revenge in making people obsessed with her sweetness and hypnotising them into loving her. Fun, fruity, and oh so flirty.

This one took me by suprise. I expected a synthetic and a gone bad peach, but I got a great realistic one. It reminds me of some peach yougurt I ate as a child and it brings me to the beach where I used to eat nectarines and peaches as well. Very nostalgic sort of smell that lasts very very long as well. It opens with that fruity goodness and it dries down to creamy, milky and yougurty vanilla that is a little "cold smelling" The best peach fragrance I have tried.

Beautiful, delicious happy, juicy, fragrant candy peach, in the best way. Does not smell cheeap or like skanky musk, nor like cinnamon or rotten fruit... No, it is just beautiful, young and amazing peach scent, like candy, but still somehow a sophisticated, high quality gourmand! Pastel Rumours is also very close and just as amazing. Performance is okay, makes me want to overspray though, as it is not a beast, yet absolutely delicious.

I received my bottle in Jan, I was so excited, but it smelt awful to me, something wasn't right, I read reviews of this being sweet and warming, all I got was chemical warfare.. BUT, I left it alone and forgot I had this, I sprayed it again yesterday... Ohhhhh it's beautiful! It's warm, peachy, fruity goodness, I kept smelling it all day and it was still on my skin this morning, I will be repurchasing this once I've run out <3

Mmm, fizzy sherbet sour peach sweeties. An instantly nostalgic smell, slightly juvenile yet joyful. Artificial but addicting. There is a satisfying spiced warmth and sweetness from the cinnamon and caramel. As a perfume extrait this performs well. Peach’s revenge is very feminine, even girly, but of course the only rule of perfume is to wear what you like. This is a fun and frivolous fragrance for carefree days. I love it!

This is fun joyful and flirty. Takes me back to being a Georgia Girl drinking peach faygo sodas being the cutest girl in the club. You know those peach oring candies you get that wonderful scent beat fragrance to take on vacation with you to tropical jungles. If you want to smell vibrant and youthful this is the scent. Will definitely love a back up

The opening is amazing ; Sweet realistic peach and guava with the addittion of amaretto that ads a boozyness. Later on it becomes more creamy and musky and it kinda smells like a nice creamy peach yoghurt. The opening is fantastic but sadly the dry down is not as good but still nice and enjoyable I just wish it was less creamy. 9/10

surprising and unexpected, this is an exciting fragrance and one of my favorite new purchases. it is so juicy i literally salivate when i smell it, i just got a big size bottle because my first is nearly gone. i'm surprised to see some very negative reviews below, i imagine its because the brand received so much hype on this.

I love peach in fragrances! This one is no exception! It’s a very jammy peach with a touch of spice. Longevity is amazing lasts forever. sillage is strong. This is the first time that I smell every note in a perfume. Sarah Baker and Chris Maurice are phenomenal perfumers, I want to try more from this house 10/10

I didn’t want to love this as much as I do because the longevity/sillage haven’t been great on me but this is a truly special fragrance. This is the kind of scent that could make someone fall in love with you, granted you let them close enough to smell it. Unfortunately, I will be getting a full bottle.

I’m convinced Sarah Baker is a genius. This award winning peach fragrance is a unicorn 🦄 🍑 It is so beautiful, sweet, juicy and aromatic yet never childish. I think this is the best peach fragrance ever created 🤩 🧡 (yes better than TF 😉)

This is so beautiful it took me by surprise. Strong fruity peachy notes, then a creamy custardy caramel vanilla. It's strong without being obnoxious and lasts a decent amount of time. Really pretty and cozy, love it.

I received this fragrance in April of this year. Within 3 months it has really evolved and smoothed out. You guys let it sit for a while and come back to it. It gets better with time.

Awesome! I love it! Sweet but not toothache sweet. Beautiful rancid dirty peach. Balsam vibe is funky but sexy funk. Fruits are so clear and hav depth.

Real peach! Very nice photorealistic scent, now there is too cold to wear it, but I keep the sample and come back in spring time! 😊

Ostensibly simple yet subtly complex. The first spritz can best be described as sharp peach syrup -- ripe peaches ready to be transformed into a tantalizing liqueur. It's somewhat linear, establishing a strong, fruity baseline dominated by peach, with a bit of guava and the juiciness of a nectarine. Yet, this isn't the scent of fresh fruit plucked from a tree; rather, it's a masterful recreation achieved through a blend of synthetic notes that mimic the juiciness of idealized peaches with an almost candied intensity. I would like to describe the opening as "vaporous" as "sparkling" doesn't seem aggressive enough. As the fragrance settles, the initial burst of fruity sweetness gives way slightly, allowing for a creamier, more gourmand facet to emerge. Vanilla and caramel notes waft through, evoking a dessert-like richness reminiscent of a decadent Peach Melba -- the peaches grilled to bring out their sweetness. However, the expected lushness is somewhat overshadowed by the presence of amber, which casts a wide net over the composition, at times overwhelming the delicate balance of the lighter fruity and creamy notes. The spicier elements of the perfume—cardamom, ginger, and cinnamon—are subtle, almost elusive. They lurk in the background, providing just a hint of warmth and complexity but are never bold enough to stand at the forefront. This faint spiciness contributes a layer of depth as though to add texture rather than define the fragrance. While I expected a simple peach scent, its complexity and sharpness (reminiscent of Tiziana Terenzi's Kirke) fit its name and copy. Looking forward to wearing it out on hot summer days! I was recently walking through the produce section of the grocery store, and was hit with the overwhelming aroma of fresh, ripe peaches. It was one of those olfactory experiences that made me remember why I love scents and fragrances so much–they have the ability to transport us, invoke memories, or in the case of me walking through the fruit aisle of the grocery store–stop me in my tracks. And it made me remember how absolutely delicious peaches smell, and my next perfume mission is to find a fragrance that captures that. I saw someone on Tiktok recommend this, and said it was a juicy, photorealistic peach, so I ordered a sample. I’m thinking she and I must have different ideas of what fresh peaches smell like, or this is just one of those examples of people’s sense of smell being so diverse! The first hour on my skin this smelled like a peach Arnold Palmer. Sweet, fruity, and flirty. (I didn’t check the notes before sampling, and I was genuinely shocked when I checked that there wasn’t a tea note listed.) After about an hour some of the freshness that I originally got paved way for a much more candied, jammy peach. The drydown leans more towards peach candy on my skin, or a peach candle. Bottom line: was this the juicy, fresh, photorealistic summer-peach-in-a-bottle I was looking for? No. Is it still a delicious, fruity, yummy scent? Absolutely. It’s not exactly what I was looking for, but I know others would love this!

ok first of all keep in mind I'm not into sweet smells nor fruity ones too much so my tolerance for sweetness is quite limited/low. Here is how i experienced it: the opening is delightful, very fruity indeed and you can clearly smell all three notes i.e. peach, agave and nectarine. sweetness it's not overwhelming, I would say it's well balanced. I don't find fruity notes to be synthetic or generic. it reminds me of freshly cut ripe fruits waiting for you to bite them. This is brief though. On me it lasts for about 10-15 minutes which is kinda disappointing. in the next 30-45 minutes fruits give in, you can still smell a hint of peach covered under a soap aroma and a little bit of vanilla. Then peach notes become more prominent again and less soapy which is good since I find soapiness to be dull in general. The main problem I see here is that beautiful and fresh fruitiness from the opening does not stay with you longer, it changes to quickly so while "full story" last for about 4-5 hours in total, after 1 hour it's quite over already.

I blind bought this - it came with a sample. I've tried it for 2 days running. It is very peachy, but it does have a sharpness to it. Peach isn't my favorite note, but I do really like it in Histoires de parfums 1969, which opens with peach but dries down to a chocolate sandlewood patchouli loveliness It opens with peach rings but with a more green or sharper peach. The peach isn't one dimensional and it's not a linear scent, but it lands in the dry down as a lovely skin scent - musky and really nice. That said, it's not as interesting as 1969 to me. Peach's revenge is complex and animalistic, but the musky ending is just too 'your skin but better', which isn't quite my cup of tea. If that is yours and you love peach, it's definitely worth sampling. It's pretty long lasting (extrait). Personally, I wish SB had a lower price point overall. I love her stuff, but I think $175 for 50 ML is overpriced even though she might be my favorite house at this moment.

Sour peach rings and sweetened condensed milk. Nothing vengeful about her. This is a succulent candy peach – floaty, giggly, cheeky. The sweetness and linearity of it would ordinarily be cloying, but the tartness of the peach keeps it from floating away into a Migraine Gourmand. I also much prefer Revenge to Tom Ford’s spicier, muskier Bitter Peach. I don’t get a whit of rot or fermentation to her, nor do I get any potpourri spice. I do, however, get six straight hours of an insatiable craving for Haribo peach rings. Mental Snapshot: Arianna Grande as Glinda teasing you about your outfit, but in a light-hearted way. tl;dr: princess peach 🍑🎀

To me this is like a peach cobbler with a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting in it. a cinnamon kinda spicy without smelling overly sweet considering its also a slightly syrupy scent to me (like canned peaches kindy syrupy). REALLY pleased with it. I think its perfect for those 70-84 degree summer days but might be a bit cloying for anything hotter than that. definitely unisex, makes me wanna wear some really nice clothes and go outside hoping someone smells how incredible i smell. layers well with Fenty's cinnamon drop body butter imo

I am in LOVE with this. I’m just a sucker for peach in perfume. Amaretto is also a weakness of mine. On me this dries down to get sweeter and more caramelized. Yum! Me and this girl here are meant for each other. Full bottle for me. Update: I thought I loved this but the more I wore it the more slightly cloying the sweetness became. The peach is also slightly screechy. It went from a love to a like. I still think it’s a good perfume. But, I’ve found better peach fragrances.

Very interesting! Started off with a strong peach ring candy scent, almost boozy, like schnapps. Melted down to a nice peach and Carmel scent. I’m not getting any powder notes. A really nice summer pool day to dance club scent! Very little projection, I can’t smell the scent on my wrist at all while typing this on my phone. She’s fun, could be a little more edgy, but worth a tester or travel bottle.

This is a shape-shifting perfume on me. Sometimes, it's a big bite of super-ripe peach that is so juicy, it runs down my chin and hands. Sometimes, it's peach pie filling, syrupy sweet but with a hint of almond extract to give it depth. The base, after everything else has evaporated away, is vanilla and amber, lovely in its own right.

I was really hoping that this would be a fresher take on Tom Ford's Bitter Peach, but it definitely is not it. I don't know what it is, but there's a unique note there that just doesn't hit right for me. I'm going to try layering it to give it some depth.

The scent is really beautiful. The first 15 mins or so I get a strong smell of peach, guava and caramel. The dry down is phenomenal on my skin. The guava goes away and I'm left with some peach, spices, vanilla and caramel.

in the opening im getting a minty peach skin scent, but the peach is so ripe it’s almost rotten! very intriguing fragrance

The opening is delicious peachy fruity sweet scent, but the dry down is another ,,erba pura’’ unfortunately :(
