Garden Of Youth Baag-e-Javaani

It is growing in me. It's quite spicy but delicate-- feminine at the same time. It's like a Chanel #5 with powdery, slightly creamy facets. No sharp edges and well balanced. The opening is fresh, fizzy, and spicy, then it becomes softer and rounder. The dry down is slightly dryer with a mature elegance. The rose who was the show stopper fades in order to give space to the patchouli and the leather.

Fruity almost minty floral. It's a solid and perhaps necessary addition to the Sasva repertoire but by no means their standout offering in terms of storytelling and creativity. Shares some DNA with Reverie de la Rose due to the saffron and rose However, RDLR is a beast compared to this. I think it's quite forgettable, sadly.

With the exception of Junoon, I think I've smelled all the fragrances from Sasva and I've had the opportunity to test some of them on skin, but I have to admit that it's not a brand I'd gravitate towards. Bearing in mind that I don't like to leave negative reviews, I will try to write a few words about the ones I tried. Garden of youth is really as the name suggests: a garden of white and yellow flowers, none more pronounced than the other; it's not sweet, on the contrary, it smells a little spicy and green, probably from the pepper, saffron and black currant. I would say it's quite feminine and probably the one I liked the most from this brand, but I wouldn't purchase it.
