This fragrance opens up with a fresh spicy accord with a slight candy scent. Over time a lovely Sandalwood appears and becomes stronger and creamy. This Sandalwood starts to dominate the fragrance with a underlying sweetness. This sweetness smells like a combination of Jasmine and vanilla. For the first three hours the projection is very good and I'm constantly getting wafts of the scent. After that it projects a bit less but I can still smell it for over eight hours on my skin. So Longevity and projection is excellent. Even though it's called French Oud the star of the show here for me is the Sandalwood. It smells really good and creamy, the scent is so well blended. The Sandalwood here reminds me of Trumpers Sandalwood though with the Sandalwood dialled up and the sweetness dialled down. This fragrance only cost me £9.99. Excellent!

This luxury woody scent has a tremendous smell making it one of the best woody scents around. The master perfumers at Scent Salim have bacfled me again with this distinctive unique scent. The amount of each ingredients used are perfect which is why i love it.

One of my favourite ouds in the world, the beautiful sweet note hits the pure ingredient of oud and this scent becomes absolutely magnificent. Would recommend to everyone
