Evergreen in Snow

Evergreen in Snow unfolds with remarkable clarity. The opening is bright and crisp, where citrus and green accords feel like cold morning air. As it develops, snowy nuances, pine, and clean woods emerge seamlessly, evoking a quiet forest after fresh snowfall. The drydown is smooth and velvety, with cedarwood, amber, and sandalwood melting together into a softly glowing base. Nobody that has voted on or rated this have actually tried it. I have it in hand, and can say it's very easy to enjoy. It's light and crisp. Despite the name, I could actually see it being worn year round. This is a much more realistic and pleasant evergreen note then you would get and something along the lines of the newer YSL Y Le Parfum. The citrus in this is juicy and delicious, too. If you are looking at trying something from this house, this would be a great one to start with. Edit:Realizing the top is super similar to afternoon swim. It's like a more woody afternoon swim.

Why would anyone take the time to put bogus votes on a small house like this? Review bombers are ridiculous people. This is a perfectly lovely new evergreen scent with a little bit too much sandalwood. Kind of reminds me of Guy Fox's new release Palmer. I am a fan of Scents of Wood but of the three Pura collaborations this is my least favorite of the three. Spruce In Mist is the clear winner followed by Joshua In Glow.

This straddles the line between innocuous and pleasant aromatic with a bit of a cool, icy, ozonic feel....and (sigh) Windex. I stress that this is completely my own perception, but it is a pine forest scented Windex combined with a woody, green fragrance. I try to be merciful these days, but I just had to get it off my chest. P.S. The scent strip was effective in making my bathroom smell nice.

First spray was good. But as it settled in a couple of seconds it smelled like pure piss in grass.
