The Silk Eau de Toilette

OMG! I just got preview sample for this. I always think: Can they bottle that fresh but very luxurious scent what they have their skincare products? I`m huge fan their skincare products, so I anxiously waiting this one for the market. So can they bottle it? Answer is: YES THEY CAN! It`s smells pure luxury, but fresh & pure. I definelity can smell bergamot and pear in it. Lily of the valley is the strongest note in the middle. In the end it`s warm and musky. I think I can use it around year, but it`s great spring/summer scent which suitable also for evenings. It`s not the most unique scent in the world, but I love it. Cannot wait to test EdP. Longevity is moderate, I can still smell it on my wrist after five hours. Sillage is moderate, not so soft what I first think. Bottle is nice, I love lines on the surface, but top is little bit tricky (stiff) when you open it, you have to be careful not to break it.

I love love this! To me it’s an every day year round fragrance. Soft, non-cloying musk and light florals. Safe blind buy imo. I’m surprised no one has noted the similarity with Guerlain Musc Outreblanc. The opening is almost identical, but The Silk develops into a lighter, fresher scent and it doesn’t last as long. Both are absolutely gorgeous if you like clean musky florals with a bit of amber, but I personally prefer Musc Outreblanc.

very pretty scent which is easy to wear and perennial. first I had the edp version which is quite similar with the edt but a little bit more tense and heavy, let's say not easy to wear. To be honest, I regret I didnt buy the edt version first. EDT is just how it is supposed to be. this scent has a uniqueness of its own not easy to describe in words but you feel that way while wearing it. from a different world... very, very nice

there was once a review here on fragrantica which caused me purchase Sensai the Silk ... I look for it but couldn't find, I assume it has been deleted by the author... there was told the Silk is mystical. This fragrance has some kind of magic better say, it is magical somehow... this is not easy to describe but you get the magic when you try it on. today on 12:12 i felt its magic once more...

I got it today from my son as a birthday gift ;) It is lovely scent that unites sour and sweet notes in a way I like. This one is delicate and feminine. Warm and sweet notes are not overwhelming but keep a discreet intensity. Silk will fit to white "office" shirt and summer dress. It is more about woman that about everything else.

I liked the EDP version, so I tested this one too. I don't think there's much of a difference. They smell almost the same. This one seems to be just a little less sweet and just a little bit more floral. I sense less sweet orchid note, that I liked in EDP. But I have the same words to describe it: feminine, close to skin and smooth. It makes me feel cozy.

Lighter and fresher than the EDP, it seems so elusive you almost don't notice it. Although that may be the point of it, I regard it as too weak. However, for those looking for a scent that is simultaneously really elegant and very quiet, this could be the one. ***

Better than the original. A delicate and fresh sweet violet scent. It reminds me very much about Meteorites Le Parfum from Guerlain.

I don't know if I got a faulty bottle but compared to the EDP this is rather weak. Comes out spicy, I end up feeling pepper and amber after all, the alcohol makes the flowery nuances evaporate immediately. It smells almost like hairspray and then I keep sniffing around for food because the pepper is so prominent in this. Makes me want to open the window. It's a very flat perfume for me. I got the EDT because I wanted a lighter version of the original but this smells too different and too sharp. I think it should be half the price too.

It's fresh, but quite oriental, I can mostly smell a lot of amber, tonka bean, musk and pink pepper. Really nice fragrance in a beautiful bottle.

Very much like the original, but lighter, fresher and not so warm. It also doesn’t last as long.
