Via Venti

The opening is glorious: an angel descending from Heaven to the music of a divine chorus, mellow harps and joyful golden flutes. In shimmering robes of clouds and light, it floats above the ground without a single flutter of its great ivory wings. Its halo shines like a star, a honey-colored jewel and a roaring fireplace as seen through a fogged up window, all at once. Ever so gradually, the angel assumes a humbler human form but, although the otherworldly radiance might have faded, an echo of it remains in the rosy glow of their cheeks, the sparkle in their eye and the purest white of their pristine starched shirt. Upon drydown: a wonderful cloud of softly fruity powder sugar, dusted over vanilla blooms and gently whipped cream, seems to surround the wearer. Ethereal, sweet and creamy; it blends with feminine skin to perfection and leaves a polite but tantalizing sillage.

It's a wonderful scent. It is fruity in the opening but then it gets into a floral warm creamy scent. It does not scream, cause of the soft - powdery notes, but it has a good lasting power and a medium sillage. I sprayed 08.00 in the morning, 2 sprayers in each hand , only hands not clothes, and i could get sniffs of it 5-6 hours later as i was typing without putting my hand in my nose. It is 16.00 now and i can still smell it as a soft skin scent of course . All in all is soft, warm, powdery, creamy easy to wear perfume, and in my opininion in warm days and nights it will bloom. It semms like it will be perfect in extremely warm weather like we have in Greece in summers.. The more i wear it, the more i like it, its addictive almond-vanilla bittersweet scent..

In the opening this is a classic fruity floral in the style of many fragrances before 2000's. In the drydown it is reminiscent to some modern and niche marshmallow fragrances: it's powdery in a powdered sugary way that marshmallows are spricled with some soft and fresh florals. It is sweet from the sugar but not syrupy, it's more dry and a tad bit green, too. Soft, airy, light and delicate, special in a certain way but very simple on the other hand. Yes, a great everyday scent but probably not a signature fragrance.

This is a beautiful, affordable, fruity-powdery scent. Very feminine, sophisticated.
