Priscus

this scent feels like a celebration of fragrance. viscous, weighty yet light, playful and sexy, ever changing. every whiff i get of myself feels slightly different - from tart, to boozy, to unctuous, to floral, to almost soapy at times. this could easily be a signature scent. i had grabbed the discovery set from serviette and was impressed with all of the selections, but i keep going back to priscus and will be picking up the full bottle. very impressed with serviette so far and excited to see what they do next

Sexy. Mouth watering tart JUICY celebratory fragrance. Fresh wine being poured with hints of other fruit that might have been used for wine before. I really can’t emphasized enough how juicy this fragrance is. The patchouli comes off like it’s paving the road for the plum to make its grand march. The dry down is equally as charming, after the patchouli has done its job, it lies down to rest on the soft woods. Gorgeous fragrance could easily work year round. This brand does fruit justice

This was my intro to Serviette and now I’m hooked. Can’t wait to try the others. I love the presentation, the Bottega-green box, the embroidered hanky, the petite glass cube and shiny heavy pebble cap....this is a very tasteful, exciting new brand! The liquid is on par with the rest. This is a fruit scent for people who ordinarily find fruity scents a bit too tacky. It delivers on sweetness in the early stages but with a chewiness that balances/mellows it nicely, like a plum flavored licorice. There is a slight booziness and breath of floral to remind us not to drink the stuff, as it slowly morphs from sweet and light down into a cozy aubergine velour texture of buzzy woods and fuzzy patchouli. I am the least fruit-inclined fragrance lover out there and I am actually open to wearing this because I love the drydown so much. If you like plum notes or the idea of plum notes and want to try one more suited to Snow White than to Malificent, this should be on your list. 3.5 out of 5.

When I was a kid, each morning my mom would add a flintstone vitamin next to our cereal bowels which my sisters hated. They would tuck them under their napkins and spoons to hopefully get them pitched in the trash, but I loved them, especially when I got a purple Wilma or Betty - that is what Priscus reminds me of. The boozy plum wine is front and center at first spray, then in the dry down it gets more powdery, still sweet, but a touch mineralic, like a stone steeped in plum juice. If I focus, I can catch a whiff of cinnamon and woody accents, but that chalky, grape vitamin scent is what dominates for me. The scent profile struck such a chord I had to full bottle it, but my sisters hate to see it coming.
