I totally fell in love, guys! 😃 For the first time in my life, I’ve fallen this hard for a perfume with iris as the main note. The opening greets you with a dusty and dry iris, and I think this feeling lasts for quite a while. When it dries down—especially after several hours—it transforms into a boozy, vanilla-sweet perfume. Of course, the powdery iris feeling is still there. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to last long on the skin, so if you want it to last longer, you should definitely spray it on your hair and clothes. It’s never creamy. It remains powdery and dusty but at the same time soft—this feeling is somewhat synesthetic 😃. I don’t know how else to describe it. I’m not usually into perfumes like this, so I might not explain it well, but this is the first iris fragrance that truly feels like mine. 🥰 With its intoxicating and sweet dry-down, it also gives off a subtle makeup vibe. It’s a true aura perfume—it doesn’t leave a trail behind you, but it blends with your skin like a natural scent. Every time I wear it, my husband says, “You smell so clean.” 😃 I think this is the scent of a sophisticated woman. I love it so much that I even thought of buying another bottle to keep as a backup and let it age, but for now, I’m holding myself back. 😅 This was the first sample I finished from the brand. I truly deserved a full bottle. 🥰 So happy to have you with me, Heroine! 💖

Definitely Iris! This perfume feels clean. I will review all Seven Gates perfumes under three headings: 1- Fragrance composition and longevity 2- Which seasons is it suitable for? 3- How did it make me feel? 1- When you first spray it, the scent of Iris fills the whole room. Since I've never worn a perfume like this before, I felt like I'd put on lipstick, but strangely, I didn't feel uncomfortable. It's a long-lasting and perfectly developed scent! 1- It's a very long-lasting unisex perfume; I don't know how it would smell on another man or on my own skin, it's definitely closer to the feminine side. 2- I'm trying this perfume at Christmas (-2 to -8°C). It's very suitable for winter, but it can be used year-round. If you're invited to a family dinner or have a first date with your boyfriend and you're a woman who doesn't want to take any risks, this scent is perfect for you. 3- This perfume is a masterpiece made with quality ingredients, smelling beautiful, feeling clean, and having a touch of nostalgia. Frida Kahlo is one of those women who, in my opinion, elevate the female gender with her story and her way of life. She is most famous for her self-portraits, a choice that was born out of necessity in the hospital, after the tragic accident that literally changed her life, when Frida could only portray herself thanks to a mirror. At the same time, for her, Art was a tool to express her troubled personal history, made up of great physical and sentimental pain. A woman who has always lived with her head held high, firmly believing in her principles and never bowing to anything or anyone. How to celebrate her? With one of the most elegant and precious notes of perfumery: Iris (which I love), here in a creamy sense and accompanied initially by accents of cognac that make it enveloping and warm and then by very light incense and spicy scents. Ambroxan does nothing but anchor it even more on our skin, making it nothing short of magnetic. A hymn to women, to femininity but also to the strength that is in each of us. Blind purchased this one, and I couldn't be happier! Truly universal in its ability to be appreciated in nearly any setting. I can see this being a lovely daily wear without compromising its ability to stand on its own for some of the most important occasions. Warm? Sweet? Clean? Powdery? Boozy? A gentle but noticeable romantic dance on the senses, maintaining a delightfully moderate staying power that evolves as it settles into the skin. I usually avoid any perfumes that include musk, as they don't always agree with me. But this was an exception. My first from Seven Gates, or this perfumer, and I am now looking at others from the brand.
