Dance Midnight

This perfume smells fabulous! It makes me feel seductive and ready to slay the day. It smells like a combination of Good Girl by Carolina Herrera and Black Opium by YSL. This one is in the family among those two. But this one has less of the white floral note as Herrera’s does and this one gives a much more mellow note of the coffee note from YSL. This one gives me more of a sweet chocolate scent than a strong vanilla/coffee. It opens like YSL and dries down to Good Girl. So if you like any of those two this one is sure to be your scent. I really enjoy both of those scent profiles, as I’m mostly in search of gourmand fragrances. And I’m in love with all three of these fragrances. Also, Midnight Dance is not as loud as Good Girl is and, unfortunately, not as long lasting as Opium is on me. I still love to wear this on those days when I want to smell nice but this one doesn’t give off anything serious. It’s really a nice, sweet, and everyday scent.

This is absolutely gorgeous, very elegant, feminine & sophisticated 😍 Performance is great, lasts very well throughout the day & smells divine 😍🥰It is quite similar to Carolina Ferrera Good Girl indeed 🤩Sillage & longevity are both good 👍 The pink pepper, pear, tonka bean, hazelnut cocoa spread, vanilla & jasmine can be detected & blend beautifully 😍 A beautiful fragrance & a bargain from Amazon 🙂🥰

TWO WORDS: Grown & Sexy!! For starters, i am in LOVE with the bottle. I've had my eye on this fragrance for months and finally decided to give it a try. I love that Shakira decided to revamp her body shaped bottle and give it a more exotic shape. It definitely suites the juice inside of the bottle. Upon first spray, i get a sharp blast of Blackcurrant blended with Bergamot and some floral notes(Jamsine and/or Muguet). It gives me a LaVie Est Belle/Si by Giorgio Armani vibe. Surprisingly, i cannot detect the Pear, Tuberose or Licorice, which i expected to be prominent. Now the opening isn't unpleasantly sharp, but it comes off very bold and seductive. The Blackcurrant and Bergamot carries out through the fragrance and is eventually accompanied by Vanilla, Hazelnut Cocoa, and Tonka Bean in the dry down. Dance Midnight lasts about three and a half to a good four hours at best, which isn't the greatest, but it's the perfect date night scent. Sillage is pretty decent, giving 2+ feet of projection. People will definitely smell you passing by them and it's definitely a masterpiece for close encounters😉 Overall, Dance Midnight is a well done scent. And for what i paid, I'll say it's definitely worth the money. Scent: 7/10 Packaging: 9/10 Performance: 6/10

This is a beautiful scent similar to Good Girl by Carolina Herrera. Most of all I can smell tuberose and tonka beans. At first, the fragrance is a little sharp due to the sweetness, but over time it becomes very soft and pleasant. You have to be careful with application, two or three applications are enough to smell good and not intense. Longevity and sillage is good, I can smell it all day long on my clothes. The golden bottle with glitter is perfectly suitable for the richness and brightness of this perfume. Good blind buy!

Didn't expect much but was very surprised with its performance. Very elegant and feminine, reminds me of Good Girl by Carolina Herrera and it could be distant cousin to Si by Armani. Lasted better than Good Girl on me. Best performance was when I sprayed a bit in my hair and clothes. I could smell it the whole day.

This is nice! It is better than good girl in my opinion. This is a more vanilla oriented scent with the coco hazelnut smell with it too. Very nice and very creamy and a bit spicy. This leans unisex to me as well

SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FLANKER. I thought that Dance Midnight was the more interesting option when it comes to Shakira’s “Dance” fragrance line, andddd I was wrong... Even if I got it for free, it still feels like I lost money... Now it doesn’t stink, doesn’t look bad when it comes to the overall aesthetic, box and bottle. I think it suits the perfume’s vibe perfectly, but this perfume is so so faint. It disappears so quickly, can’t even count one hour of wear even if over spraying... It smells (when it lasts) a bit intense with the Pink Pepper/Black Current and really really shy if not invisible Licorice. Which is good because I was scared that Licorice would be prominent, I hate Licorice. A bit creamy with those white florals (Jasmine Sambac, Lily-of-the-Valley and Tuberose), bright and fresh with a subtle hint of Bergamot and Pear. Then it gets a bit more sweet/creamy/intense with that Hazelnut Cocoa Spread, Vanilla, Tonka Bean and Benzoin. I get mostly of these notes but I get Hazelnut Cocoa Spread, Tonka Bean and a bit of Vanilla more than the Benzoin. Vanilla is present but a bit outshined by the Hazelnut Cocoa Spread, White Florals and Black Currant. It definitely has a potential, but it never was found in time to add it to the scent. We don’t even know the nose behind that fragrance, I think he/she got ashamed and scared of being assigned to that fragrance for life.... It came out in 2020, maybe they thought that we all had covid and lost our smell senses, which could explain that tremendously (and ridiculously) poor lasting power... Probably a 5/10 the blend is messy and lasts for a couple minutes only.

I blind bought this perfume because it was so cheap and I was sure that I am gonna like it. Because the notes are my favorites. Unfortunately it vanishes after 30 mins. I cannot smell/ detect notes other than the top ones. My husband literally had to bury his head on my neck to being able to smell it after 30 mins. He said it is there but very faint. I mean it was super cheap so I am gonna use it and I must say bottle has a good quality. I can say that bottle has better quality than Black Opium consider the fact that both bottles have glitters yet this one has beautiful color and figure :) I probably gonna go through this bottle very quickly by showering my self with it but definitely not gonna buy it again.

I was expecting more from this one. It’s pleasant but generic. I was expecting it to be way more floral, but it’s sweet and creamy. It’s more mature than many Shakira’s scents but it’s nothing groundbreaking. It has a Good Girl vibe, but it’s a bit too linear. Not very chocolaty on my skin.

It’s a CH Good Girl Dupe! In an even cuter bottle. The beautiful combo of sweet fruits and florals to start that ends with the seductive base of cocoa coffee. I don’t detect the licorice which is good. This is absolutely divine. I would not consider it quite sweet enough to be gourmand. But it’s Perfect for going out at night as a mature strong woman. This is a deeper sensual scent for those who are looking for that kind of vibe without it being offensive. Can’t wait to gift this out a few times this year. I think others will appreciate this scent. It’s not too simple yet not too complex and I just don’t think you can hate it. I will be keeping this in my collection, atleast until I get my hands on a bottle of good girl. <3

I just received this a few days ago and I’ve been wearing it since to give it a proper review. It’s really nice but to me it smells almost identical to Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl, so if u already have that one I would say this one is not necessary. However if you are looking for a dupe for that than I would definitely check this one out. It’s an edt so it’s not as powerful as Good Girl.

I find it too weak. It ́s a pity because there are good celebrity fragances and if one takes a look at the notes, they promise a lot but do not deliver. I understand it is a cheapie but it could certainly do with more intensity
