Eclipse

Absolutely gutted. Ordered a 50ml bottle and it arrived yesterday with 2ml in it. No signs of leakage or damage. Zero smell inside the box. The scent? Stunning. A wonderful woody, earthy blend that opens quite sweet before drying down to a powdery vanilla and amber. On my skin, it’s perfectly unisex. Sprayed it once last night around 8.30pm and I can still smell it on my arm 11 hours later. I’m a little shy to order another bottle just in case, but if you’re thinking of pulling the trigger, pull it hard. This really is a hidden gem. Fantastic.

All I could smell in Eclipse were the resins, vetiver and patchouli, which gave it that earthy touch. Unfortunately, it's not the kind of perfume I like and I would have prefered the iris and violet notes to be more present. Also, if you like patchouli, I think a more suitable choice would be Patchouli vision.

Eclipse is a beautiful powdery, orris heavy patchouli. It is a lovely blend with the other notes present, but dancing in the background. Patchouli can be harsh and lean towards heavier winter/fall scent, but Eclipse does it in a way that makes this a perfect springtime powdery sweet patchouli!
